We were at the hotel for event and they want above and beyond to serve us and make us feel welcome. Autumn is incredible and made us feel like we were at The Ritz. Every detail was so well managed. 5 star experience!

First time staying at this hotel and if we are in this area again, we will definitely use them again. Every member of the staff (check-in staff, housekeeping, maintenance, etc) was exceptionally nice. All staff members used covid-19 precautions which we appreciated. Room was comfortable. Very impressed with the staff!

Great place to stay if visiting Auburn University or just the city. Very clean and well organized establishment… Only place I stay when in town. I recommend this place for the overall experience of all but especially Auburn fans and family. Wde!

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed! Great location within walking distance of great restaurants and the university. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very nice stay here! I was here back in March for a event, and they are very friendly. Room was average but otherwise great access to the small town of Auburn.

I have stayed at this hotel for a total of about 5 weeks. This is a great hotel, with a great staff! The Valets, Front Desk, Restaurant, Room Service, and Housekeeping Teams where very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful place! Customer service is outstanding but safe yourself the trouble and do not eat at the restaurant. The amenities are up to date, lovely pool and the entire staff is amazing!

Great staff and the hotel is located in a convenient spot if you’re visiting a student at the university. I stayed in one of there suites while visiting my daughter. The room was great. Comfortable bed, comfortable TV room and a quite security floor. There was a hospitality room on the floor that was available 24 hours. That was a really nice perk to grab a snack and a soda after a long day of shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel for proximity to the Auburn softball fields for a summer camp my daughter is attending. The only issue I have had with this hotel is the parking. It was advertised as having free parking and was until we returned this evening which is day two out of three. All parking lots were blocked and valet is your only choice for $15. I asked why the parking was changed and the response was it has been this way for eight years and I’m just doing my job. I guess eight years except for the past two days and someone forgot to update the website over the past eight years. I don’t mind paying to park if that is the policy but clearly it is not normally and I feel they are taking advantage of the hotel guests without warning.

My parents stayed at the hotel for camp war eagle, and they absolutely loved it. They unfortunately had their room given away to someone else, but the staff at the hotel gave them an upgrade at no charge and made sure that they had a room. Great service! Great hotel!

I loved my stay in Auburn! From the point of me getting out of my car to getting to my room was an awesome experience! The nice young men that's outside of the hotel to help w/ luggage were very nice and always had a smile on their faces! They offered to help me in any and every way! When I checked in the super nice person @ the desk made eye to eye contact w/ me and made me feel as if I was the only person in the lobby! He gave me all of the information that was needed w/ a smile. I got yo my room and everything was in place & my room was super clean! The housekeeping staff that worked on the 4th floor spoke and was very helpful in directing me to my room! One lady spoke to me every morning. And stated that if I need or want anything to be sure to ask. I was there for a workshop with Apartment Services & Management! The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. The cooking staff was nothing short of excellent! Overall the workers @ this hotel all have a great attitude & then earn every single penny they are paid! No amount of money ever over rides a great attitude and the willingness to come to work and have a passion for serving people!

I stayed here for a conference recently, and it was overall a good visit. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The conference center is easy to navigate, and it's walkable to several cute restaurants.

Very nice hotel. This was my first time here. Will stay here again. Would have given five stars but did not have wash cloths replenished when room was cleaned. Young girl who came to our room brought towels and hand towels… still no wash cloths… had to call the front desk again, therefore we were then running late for our early morning meeting.

Made a reservation for the in-hotel restaurant for 1:45pm on a Sunday and were informed, only after being seated, that the brunch buffet (the only menu option available) was being taken down at 2pm. They could have done a better job of informing us that this was the case when the reservation was being made. Other than that, the setting, service, and food were excellent. I definitely recommend this place for special occasions and Sunday brunch. Just make sure you ask what time they close the brunch buffet when making a reservation.

Exceptional service from staff. All staff members great you with a kind acknowledgment. Lounge and restaurant offer a nice selection of drink and menu options. If there is a negative, I would say the guest restroom needed more attention between guest.

Very clean property with friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and clean with great pillows. Check in process was great. Auditorium has very hard uncomfortable seats and the temperature was way to warm for the whole conference. Hotel was too warm in general. Fitness center was excellent. Better than most hotel fitness centers. Only complaint was the temperature.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was pleasant. The only problem was the steam from the shower set the fire detector off. Not a big deal.

This hotel is awesome we visited Auburn recently for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is walking distance to the stadium as well as down down and bars. The bellhops are the BEST definitely going above and beyond to help you get settled in. We also enjoyed the jazz bar inside of the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here when in Auburn!

This is the LOUDEST, most un-full service, self-proclaimed-full-service hotel I've ever visited. I picked the venue knowing that after a 6.5 hour drive, I would want room service, a glass of wine, and a quiet room. Well after said drive… I have ONE of the above (and only because I pitched a fit and walked downstairs to get food and wine myself). If you are a 20-something college student (or recent college student) who wants a place to stay right off the Auburn campus, then by all means, this place is for you (and honestly it might be fun, and definitely convenient for a football game). BUT for any adult who is accustomed to staying in true, full service, 5 star hotels… find another place. I can hear the elevator every time it moves (and I'm not even close to it), I can hear every door slam down the hall, and I don't even want to say what I can hear from the floor above me (I guess good for them). After arguing with the restaurant staff, I was finally able to order more than one the 3 items (spaghetti, chicken, or short rib, btw) offered on the room service menu (I guess accommodating the business school etiquette dinner and the Kentucky basketball team is a higher priority here than the rest of the other guests), and they did finally agree to let me walk down to the restaurant and pick up some regular menu items… but no in-room dining services were available. To say I'm disappointed, well that would be an understatement.

The facility was very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The room was inviting and gently cooled. Room service was prompt and the service staff was very friendly. Everyone I came in contact with who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly. Room not so much, Got a handicap room why? Air conditioner so LOUD. We hear the elevator go up and down everytime Loud. I really mean every time. The ice machine in right behind our room. I asked for ear plugs at front desk, She said go to CVS. I had to laugh. So loud we should just leave the door open to the hallway. I am laughing out loud now as the air comes on again. I was so excited to stay here, but will not stay again. If I stayed at a cheaper hotel I would have even gotten Breakfast. $30bucks for That in the morning Ha! Now the people next door are showering and they might as well be in our room. I hear the shower on hair dryer, them talking, This is crazy Signed Really wish I had ear plugs.

I had a family emergency that made it necessary to check in a day earlier than my original reservation. When I called they were extremely accommodating (even allowing me to extend my group rate to the extra day). When I arrived a few hours later to actually check in I was told a room (of my room type) wasn't available but without skipping a beat they told me they were upgrading me for my stay. The front desk made a bad day not so bad. Then I had dinner at the restaurant. Great service and very good meal! Then to unwind for the night I had a drink at the bar where the servers there continued to just be friendly. I really appreciated everything.

The room was great, comfortable, and lots of amenities. The hot water on demand was super. Personnel were friendly, helpful and effective. Thank you for a neat stay with the DAV/DAVA.

I've stayed at the Auburn Hotel a few times. It is always a quality visit. The location is perfect for a walk downtown to local shops and restaurants. The hotel also hosts a variety of events, including Auburn's Oktoberfest. It was very tastefully done. I will stay there for many years to come.

I have been to banquet events at the hotel in previous years and attended a nice dinner at Arricia here a year ago and all of those experiences have been wonderful; however, I attended a company Christmas party there in the newly renovated banquet hall this past weekend and the experience was not good. Even though the company was told they would be able to park in the parking lot when they paid so much money to book the large party, all guests were stopped by a hotel employee when they drove into the lot and told they needed to go park across the street or down the street. It had snowed that same day and was freezing outside and many guests were dressed in heels that were hard to walk in or did not have a huge heavy coat for the weather as they had no info that they would have to walk a quarter mile or so in the cold to get to the party. At the very least, someone from the hotel should have emailed the company's party planner the week prior to give a heads up that no one would be allowed to park in the hotel parking lot. Or to make up for their misinformation, they should have provided a valet service. The party began at 6pm and when I went into the newly renovated bathrooms around 6:30 I found that my stall and the one next to it were completely out of toilet paper (this can be very difficult and awkward situation for a woman in panty hose and high heels and a fancy silk dress when there is no one else in the bathroom to help).

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is right on campus at the University. The rooms are very clean. In fact, the whole hotel is very clean. The staffing, well they are a bit snobby. The maid that came by our room was the only friendly person we encountered. The others looked at us like we didn't belong there. The beds were terribly uncomfortable for such a costly hotel. I have chronic back issues and I barely got any sleep. My children could hardly stand to sleep on them either. Please be aware, this hotel says it is kid friendly, it does not seem to be that way. Our large group had over 20 children. With that many kids, it is going to get a bit loud. Here, the walls are so thin, you can hear people talking at their normal voice in the room next to you. Some of our rooms had problems using the heat. It just wasn't the right place for us. If you are in to ritzy places and don't mind snobby people, be their guest. I don't think I will again.

The staff were open and friendly upon arrive. I was quickly setup with my room that was reserved prior due to an invitational event. The room was fairly standard for most hotels I have stayed at and the shower was nice and hot for as long as I needed.

We stayed at The Hotel at Auburn University in September 2017. We absolutely loved this hotel and the customer service was unsurpassed! Great food, great location, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The management & staff are very kind and eager to assist, they truly care and want you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely visit again soon! Outstanding!

Very nice people. Room clean. Exceptionally good breakfast. Fresh omlet was my favorite. A. C. In my room was hard to set, was getting much colder than settings.

The location was great. There was enough parking space. The food and ambient were nice. The service were awesome as well. Theu are friendly and service mind.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the hotel had an amazing smell all throughout. They are dog friendly and I especially love that they made exceptions during Hurricane Irma and allowed evacuees to bring their pets, including cats, birds, and even guinea pigs. This hotel was booked by a relative and we had no idea what we were getting into. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. If we ever visit this charming town again, we will definitely be staying here.

From my experience of staying there about 2 months could rate as good as 3 star hotel. They could make some things to make it better like front desk needs more professional presenters however stuff there was cheerful which was a good thing but missing some professionalism in communication about guests matters, I think keeping housekeeping stuff more satisfied by hotel administration would reflected at guests. I liked gym there and rooms however windows wasn't pass sun well to rooms. Its place Inside university campus gives a live life! All over nice place to stay there.

For being the best hotel in town, the experience was a little underwhelming. The amenities are average. The water pressure is very low and there is a weird ledge by the tub which causes water to pond when you shower. On the plus side, the staff is amazing; very friendly and engaging. The location can't be beat and is right on campus, just a short walk to Toomers Corner and the football stadium. I would stay here again for those reasons alone.

What an amazing place! We only stayed here for one night, but would love to go back! Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and quiet. The building is old, but you couldn't tell it from the interior. All modern furnishings, Wi-Fi, pool, etc. We actually stayed on the executive floor, and it was so great. Snacks and drinks at all hours. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was included, and it was terrific! Very close to downtown. Right across the street from Auburn campus. Perfect location!

Attended a conference for graduate teaching assistants. The catered food was exceptional. Staff were polite and well trained. I also use this location to wait for the Groom shuttle or pick up guests who use it. The staff have always been helpful when I ask them a question.

I only stopped by to pick up a friend coming in on a shuttle from Atlanta, but the lobby and outdoors looked nice and well-kept, and the front desk was manned even at a late night hour, and I was not harassed for being there as a non guest.

This place is fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it. Their customer service is great, the beds are comfortable, and the furniture/bathroom look great! My only complaint would be that the bathroom door doesn't lock (or if it does, it's not obvious as to how to lock it). I've stayed here once to visit family on campus, and I was going to stay here again today for the same. However, a few hours after checking in, I was called into work back home. When I went to return my key, they were nice enough to revert the charges due to the situation. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on all future trips!

Super nice hotel and convention center. I visit it every year for work. If you have the opportunity, try the brisket-ribeye burger. It is delicious. They also have hot food and an omelette bar at breakfast. It's not free, but it's worth paying for. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful.

The restaurant inside is where I was at. It is top of the line Italian restaurant and good breakfast buffet. I know a couple of friends that have stayed here and they were all impressed with the hotel.

Hard to beat this hotel for quality, great setting and views of campus; the restaurant and bar are awesome. Very cool setting and excellent service.

Across from the library, Stanford Hall. Great location, near downtown. Closest you can get. Huge shower in a small bathroom.

Hotel is great. The bellhops are so helpful! Location is practically on campus. Definitely do the breakfast buffet when you're there. I little pricey if you don't know what you're getting but so worth it.

Nothing but 5 stars for this hotel. From the moment we pulled up to the front door, our experience was wonderful. Even the gentleman who found us a corkscrew and 2 wine glasses was so polite and professional. Our rooms were great and the bar atmosphere was a perfect nightcap.

The Hotel at Auburn University is absolutely amazing. Great rooms, great service, and if you can make the time, a fantastic lunch buffet at Arricia. Later in the evening, the hotel has a lounge and bar with live jazz music that creates the perfect ambiance. The hotel is directly across the street from Auburn's campus and just one block from downtown, making it one of the best places to stay while visiting campus or for a fun night on the town. My most recent event at the hotel was the annual Oktoberfest, and it was hands down one the best times I have had in Auburn. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff and comfortable rooms. Top floor had amenities like a fridge with snacks and cookies at night. During my stay there were many communication issues. I asked twice for my room to be picked up, they said they'd be right up and nothing. Same for room service. Staff was very apologetic but for one of the best hotels in Auburn, this doesn't fly.

Very helpful staff and hotel was located right on campus. Also, we had a great view of the Samford building.

Professional Conference at The Hotel was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly, facilities we well maintained, and the AV staff was excellent! 5 stars.

Co-op interview day was very well managed by the hotel. No other comments needed, the event was smooth and accommodations were nice.

The amenities are nice but you're going to pay for them. This is an upscale hotel in the heart of Auburn. It is currently the only viable option for an upscale hotel close to downtown. It is conveniently located across from Auburn University's campus if you have business there or just want to visit. This hotel has a nice Italian restaurant on its first floor that offers a good buffet breakfast as well. The convention rooms are nice but all empty into a main foyer area. This means if you have multiple separate events going on at the same time, guests will end up running into each other good or bad. The rooms are updated and clean. I would stay here again.

Attended a professional seminar. Everything was excellent. The only negative (which was also a problem at a previous seminar) was the confusion during breaks regarding snacks/coffee.

Ballroom had pretty good acoustics (it was for an honor band) and the chairs were comfortable. The water was kinda overpriced tho. $3 plus tax for a bottle of water?

Attended the conference center and ballrooms for a job fair. Very nice attributes at the hotel and and very nice amenities. I think there was a place to eat and a bar there as well. Good experience.

Perfectly located on the campus of Auburn university as we toured the school. Hotel was very clean & well serviced would highly recommend!

The staff during the day was great, however, I guess they assume they want everyone to be I their rooms by 9:00pm. We were here for a wedding, and the men I was with wanted to smoke cigars, but the pool area and the outdoor patio were areas were apparently prohibited. When we asked about areas we could be in, there weren't any options but our rooms. This was disappointing since this was a celebratory event and it was such a great night outside and we wanted to continue our fellowship in a relaxing atmosphere. Also, he downstairs cafe had maybe half of the menu available.

Southern hospitality at its finest! Stayed there for the weekend, for a family reunion, never felt so comfortable! Will be back, for a longer stay next time! From, Cleveland OH.

Bare minimum on handicap accessibility. Showers require full standing to operate hand wand. Only king beds available in accessible rooms. Hard uncomfortable beds, reservation staff sold a pig in a poke. No parking spaces with sufficient space for wheel chair ramp.

My favorite hotel. Rooms are small trendy loft style super clean and comfy. Nice spot. Their brunch menu is amazing! The fried chicken salad. Is unreal. Delicious. Food was really good! Very classy hotel stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to again in the future very soon.
