The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My son was making a poster to ask his girlfriend to the homecoming dance and the front desk bent over backwards to help us get pictures for the poster. The free breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town for a game.

I attended a meeting at this hotel and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the meeting room. The staff was also very nice and showed me where I needed to go.

The best service here. The staff is so accommodating and freindly. We received a great recommendation for some superior restaurants in the area. The breakfast was amazing. Robin with housekeeping was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room.

We had a nice stay at the Holiday inn Express in Auburn. The room was clean. Breakfast was as you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Location was great. About half a mile from the freeway and a mile from the university. The whole place had sort of an odd smell but I think it was from the cleaner they used. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was wonderful for my family.

Nice hotel really close to campus. Comfortable bed in a clean room. Normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast in a nice area to eat, and the fitness room has dumbbells. Good price for the area. Good place to stay in town.

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard for this group of hotels and was pretty good. Nice staff.

I’d give this a 3 Star because the hotel it’s self is very average… BUT I lowered it because — my car got smashed in the parking lot — clearly a hit and run. I went inside to ask if they had cameras and their reply was “we do but it’s only live feed for our use because we aren’t liable anyway” ummm, what? So you spent the money for a camera system. That only plays live. So is someone supposed to sit and watch it all day everyday but can’t rewind if needed? Orrrr your a liar… and also rude for immediately stating “because your not liable”— never said you were. Just asked a simple question that could been very useful for us. Thanks a lot guys! Great customer service, glad you have your guests best interested in mind.

The location is not up to IHG standards. Unmarked construction zone in the hall. Exercise equipment broken. Sink in room leaking badly. Two nights and the room was not cleaned between, beds made or towels refreshed. Night staff was very rude and made sarcastic comments when asked to get towels. Breakfast buffet didn’t include some items normally found at other HIE locations. This franchisee is obviously cutting corners and not following the system recommendations. Avoid this location.

Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! Nice comfy bed, great pillows and great shower head for nice relaxing shower! Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. Will most definitely stay with them every time I’m in the area.

The concierge at each time of the day was equally pleasant. Truly loved the cleanliness. Even though there were some renovations, they were good at communication and keeping noise down. Rooms were nicely scented, cleaned properly and very comfortable. Would recommend for a medium budget traveller.

Rate change after booking and check-in. No explanation as to why. Breakfast was overwhelming to preparer of the food to full house capacity. Coffee was not hot. Rooms were clean and quiet. Fire alarm sounded several times on one night frightening us. Thought we had a fire. Turned out to be caused buy low fire line low water pressure.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was much better the second day. The pool was closed for winter though despite there being a hot tub.

NICE clean and affordable lodging. I stay here 3-4 times a year and am always pleased with staff, housekeeping and the rooms. Rooms are Very clean and we'll maintained. Easy access to Wal-Mart, Shopping Centers and the University. Located on main drag, with good selection of restaurants and fast food outlets. Not but a few blocks away from the interstate (I-85) making Montgomery or Atlanta easily accessible. Serves a quality breakfast daily and fresh coffee 24-7.

My room was clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that I had to go back down to reception every day to have my room key remagnetized.

Hotel room smelled like old feet. When we checked in no body was available to check us in and we had to search for someone to help. When we finally got hold of the person responsible for checking guests in, he was far from friendly. While he was not verbally rude his body language and attitude said it all. Very disappointing.

We got a suite upgrade because for free, and the room was perfect. Plenty of room, nice facility and rec room, and of course, the cinnamon rolls make the free breakfast a must-do! It's in a good location not far from Auburn University (we were there for a college tour). Though Auburn is not on my child's radar now after the visit, this is a great place to stay if you are in the area. We felt spoiled. The rooms are styled in a modern decor. The king size bed we had was so comfortable that we almost overslept!

Place was great and I would stay again bc the staff was very quick and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean. And pool was very nice along with the hot tub/spa.

I went to the hotel for a meeting. The lobby was clean and had plenty of seating. The room was large enough to accommodate our small group of about 20 people and still have the room for demos. The hostess was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door.

Had a really nice stay here. Clean room, friendly staff, and the absolute most comfortable pillows ever. In fact, I'm trying to buy some from them. Convenient location to the campus and the interstate. We will definitely be back.

Dishonest and cheap. My family and I show up only to find the front desk trying to overcharge us and that the hotel is under massive renovations! The pool was totally dry due to this! The management never listed the hotel as under renovations for the date we booked and made it very difficult to transfer us to the Holiday Inn Express right down I-85 in Opelika. Needless to say, do not trust their listings nor book with this hotel. I certainly won't make this mistake again.

Southern Hospitality at its best! I had a bad experience at the competitor down the street and the staff took on my problem like they were personally offended! Freda (Head of Housekeeping) and Chazity (Front desk clerk) were the two young ladies that helped me! They went out of there way to make sure that my experience with them made me forget about that other place! The room was nice and clean and I just enjoyed my overall stay! Next time I'm in town that's where I'll be definitely! Special thanks to the staff at the Auburn, Ala Holiday Inn Express!
