I gave this a 4-star rating because it is better than A3. Nice bed, quiet room and a pretty good breakfast bar. All in all well worth the money.

We had a great experience here. Great staff, awesome rates and decent facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Room could have used some updating but was clean, cold, and comfortable. Great location right off the highway.

This is a fairly decent hotel but I feel like they can do a better job at some in some areas. The exercise equipment seriously needs some work especially the elliptical machines. Both of them are broken but in two separate ways. There were also no towels in the exercise room or alcohol wipes to wipe down the machines. Over all this Sleep Inn has more to offer than other sleep Inn's. I like the fact that they don't mount the TV to the wall restricting access two HDMI ports for a game console or a streaming device. The staff is really friendly and its overall cleanliness is very high.

The beds were super comfortable and the pillows, while a tad stiff, worked wonders. Further, the breakfast in the morning was phenomenal! They had biscuits and gravy which was surprisingly good. I will recommend this location to friends in the future.

Great location if you're in town for a weekend softball tourney at the nearby complex, but the hotel could use some updating. Bathroom sink water pressure was terrible (shower was better) and the controls on the AC didn't work well. Free breakfast was OK with lots of choices and was identical to what I've seen at Comfort Suites.

Definitely a good place to stay in Aurburn, AL. The only issue is the lack of fresh air in the rooms. The window was screwed shut and the air conditioner didn't have a fresh air option. The only option is to run the bathroom vent fan when you are not in the room.

Sleep Inn & Suites in Auburn, Alabama provides excellent accommodations for an hotel stay in the Auburn, Alabama area. Accommodations at the Sleep Inn & Suites won’t disappoint. The hotel staff is always friendly, happy, helpful, and attentive to your needs, they have yet to let me down. The hotel is always clean in the common areas, elevator, and pool area. When we book our room there, we always book the suite because we are usually a party of five. Our room has always been clean, even the bathroom upon check in time. My family and I always book the 2 queen bed suite, which consists of 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa that can easily sleep 2 people. The suite are very spacious and I do mean spacious, there is enough room for all of us to walk around and not bump into each other. Sleep Inn & Suites also boasts a nice sized pool that’s heated and indoors. They also have an exercise room for your convenience. I may also add the hotel serves a full continental breakfast to get you ready for your day and their breakfast goes something like this fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, regular eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and milk, bagels, muffins, and other breads, grits and oatmeal but they provide the hot water, coffee, tea, juice (grape, orange, and apple), hot chocolate. They have vending machines on site.

Well Rested when we stayed & have reservations again for 2days next month. Pray we have a great stay this time.

Room was simple elegance but disapointed advertised heated pool is no longer heated. Breakfast was ok one day and dried up burnt the next. Inconsistent.

Staff was very friendly and nice, however the hotel room itself was not worth the over $150 that was paid. The shower would change temperature on its own and I found hair in my towels. The beds were so so. I feel like there is some work that could be done In the rooms to make it more attractive and worth the amount paid.

Sleep Inns are usually great stays, this one is no exception. I only wish the free Wi-Fi speed was higher for today's times.

Excellent staff, my husband came here after a surgery and they treated us and our kids, (4 kids under 10-1) like family. There beds were super soft, room was super clean. Breakfast was clean hot and great! I just love staying here the next time we have to stay in a hotel this would be the one! I highly recommend it to anyone! The love kids. They have been super nice and helpful to! Extra towels or whatever we needed no problems here!

Room 217 was very clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and took pride in their work and service. Very good breakfast with hot items. I would recommend staying here.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend requesting a top floor room just in case so you don't hear the room above you at night.

Breakfast was impressive. Room was comfortable but small. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Negatives: The bathroom had nothing to hang towels on and the price seemed high for the level of amenities.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We got a king room on the newly renovated main floor right next to the pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast that was included was great! it included a number of hot buffet items as well as fresh fruit. The location is just off the main stretch which has a number of chain restaurants and a walmart. It was a great value for the cost and we definately recommend it to anyone and would visit again.

My husband and I stayed at Sleep Inn in Auburn for 2 nights during our stay here. The hotel is undergoing some renos but there was minimal noise during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. We loved all the options at breakfast. Only complaint is that the doors to the outside that are supposed to need a key card did not appear to latch, not a huge issue and we still felt very safe!

Upon arrival I was unaware that there was a full renovation going on. July 31 — August 5, 2017 There were rolls of carpet and furniture throughout the lobby. Hence there was no seating. On day 3 my husband had to stay in the room because the elevator was out do to the renovation. Thank God there was no emergency. There is only 1 elevator. The bathroom had no towel racks — not 1 which are greatly needed. There was also mold in the shower. This location needs the renovation the carpets are horrible. Pet Friendly Our overall stay would rate this location a 6 on a 1-10 scale.

Literally the worst hotel in Auburn. I came for a business trip and this hotel has made it the worst business trip thus far. The first night, I was lying in bed when noticed the biggest cock roach ever crawling on the ceiling and then on the walls. As it crawled I packed my things up immediately and went down stairs and asked for a new room. I was then upgraded to a king suite. Thought the madness was over, WRONG! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with mold in the shower and hair everywhere. Do not stay here!

It was nice, the Wi-Fi was meh though. Room was nice and clean.

I will never stay in this hotel again! I have tried to call several times to speak with the manager before I wrote the review, but no luck. When we arrived it was in the evening, so we were ready to go to sleep. The bed was made, however with dirty linen. We called down to the front desk to let them know and were told that we needed to come get sheets to change ourselves. We were not offered a new CLEAN room or that they would change the sheets for us. The bathroom was awful as well. The bathtub had dirt and hair in it and the toilet had to be wiped down with alcohol by us. We were scheduled to stay a couple days, but checked out early and found a new hotel. Worst stay ever!

I will never use this hotel again or advise anyone else to The rooms were disgusting. We arrived at 1:00 in the afternoon and the room they put us in had not been cleaned yet. And the second room they put us in, I mean the beds we made but that about it, the shower was not cleaned, the coffee maker was not cleaned out, the room was not vacuumed, and they left other tools food in the refrigerator, and I got bed bugs from the bed so ig the just make the bed and not wash the linens, and the pool was foggy and smelled like fish.

Very convenient, pretty much clean. The carpet in the halls were a little dirty, room was clean though. I'm tired of all these hotels though that have the air units that switch from air to fan so often. Can get pretty hot.

Great room for the price! Decided to stay in Auburn, AL location during a road trip. Really great choice. Spacious and comfortable bed. Will recommend in the future.

Toilet looked a bit rough. Besides that I was very surprised. The rate was really good for a hotel that was clean and neat. I enjoyed my stay for sure.
