Very nice hotel, helpful and courteous staff. Most importantly clean.

The room was ok, but if you want it clean to your satisfaction, stay and watch the house keeper because unsupervised, they do a poor job of housekeeping.

Filthy, horribly stained carpet, lots of mildew in the shower, no remote for the television, loud and noisy. Worst room I've ever reserved.

So incredibly dirty. From the front cute but inside was so horrible we left.

I absolutely love the experience I have had at Intown suites in Auburn AL. The property manager, Taylor, is awesome a long with the rest of the staff. Everyone is understanding and extremely helpful no matter the situation. I'm so very glad I picked Intown Suites in Auburn AL.

The location is great with its proximity to the mall and Walmart. The rooms are decent. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen and utensils are provided upon request. The room was for fairly clean and the TV had HBO and almost all sports Channels. Overall a nice and economical place to stay for a night or two. Book early if you're planning to come on a weekend where Auburn is playing at home. College football drives a lot of visitors to this town.

I stayed her over the Memorial day weekend and it was great. The hotel staff was good to me and my Kibbles. The pool was clean and quiet. I wish I had some silverware and dishes (I didn't need them) in my room but other than that nothing was wrong with my room. The hotel was quiet and peaceful so I enjoyed my vacation there.

Great service, pleasingly decorated, staff was personable and attentive.

Very nice rooms for a reasonable price. There was a TV in every room, AC in every room, ans a fridge and kitchen. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi is $1 a day, per device, with a $5 max per stay (so after five consecutive days you do not have to pay anything extra). For the cost of the room it didn't warrant detracting a star, but it was definitely a negative. Overall I recommend staying here.

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were dated, but well-maintained. Parking and Wi-Fi were free, and rooms had kitchenettes and large TVs with nice channel selection.

Comfy bed and pillows, but the hotel is definitely aging. Iron was missing from the closet. It seemed like the single shampoo and conditioner bottle provided had been reused. Towel bar was coming off the wall. Staff was friendly though. I would come again for game day when other hotels are booked, but that's about it.

Always clean, cozy and quiet. Unfortunately, this time my tub was stopped up and would barely drain during my shower; front desk closes at 9 so I wasn't able to switch rooms.

Only hotel I've stayed that supplies no lotion or shampoo. Provided no maid service because they're "shorthanded. " Said we could stop at office to pick up new towels but they were closed up at 9:00. Called and only got rude message service who said I couldn't possibly talk w manager until morning. What kind of incompetents run this place? Would stay in homeless shelter before coming here again.

Pros: Great value for the price. Awesome, friendly, helpful staff! Really comfy beds and pillows. Nice decor. Feels more like an apartment community than a hotel. Nice grounds/well-maintained. Free HBO and Wi-Fi. Great convenient location. Great air conditioning! (Important in Alabama in the summer. ) Great water pressure. Nice flat screen TVs. I had booked a non-smoking room, but it turned out not to be available when I arrived, so I got a free upgrade to the 1-bedroom suite with king — — definitely recommend it over the queen studio! Cons: We had one non-functioning lamp and one that had a short in it and flickered on and off. During our stay there was a leak in a storage room, causing the water to be turned off for a few hours — — not their fault and not a huge deal, but when you're paying for a hotel room, it is. Terrible drainage in the sink and tub. Overall — — definitely would recommend it and definitely will stay there again.
