Very very awesome place! I will be back! Thank you for the wake up calls and trying me so nice! So this is my 2nd time coming up for. Work and man I got there late they didn't, so so sweet as always but I got two complaints need the Jacuzzi or pool and that poor lady that works the night self time Victoria I think her name was whether last day and she was sweet need more over her, rooms are very spotless, and thank you for call, mayb I could get some lil tiny of points hahaba.

First the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful so this isn't directed at her in any way. The hotel itself… The "front" door looks like the back door and is at the back of the building, not clearly marked at all. We got a queen handicap room first. Immediately after getting off the elevator there was this awful smell. We got to our room and it smelled so bad we had to run to the window and open it to air it out. The bed actually looked like a double and the room was so small that 2 people could hardly walk around together so I have no idea how anyone with a chair would function. I opened the closet and the smell about knocked me on my butt. There was wet marks and mold starting along the baseboards (didn't notice till after we asked to switch rooms). We called down and luckily got a 2 double room to move to which, in comparison, was huge. It didn't have the awful smell so that was great and we had much more room to move. Weirdly the bathroom was the exact same size as the "handicap" room. The bathtub in this room had a stain that looked like some personal "skid marks" in it. I cleaned it to be sure and it was a stain so that was good. For 2 beds there was only 1 bedside table between with 1 plug for charges or whatever (no USB plugs). Had to search for other outlets to plug in our appliances. Overall, while the clerk was very kind and helpful the condition of the rooms will definitely make me never stay here again.

I am currently in town for a professional event. The company provided these rooms to higher level employees. I am regularly visiting my supervisor for meetings and the customer service has been excellent.

The Good — Good parking. Great location! The Bad — The bath tub had roaches in it, and some weird residue near the drain that looked like dried vomit. I wanted to take a shower and when I called, front desk said all she could do is get me another room. Inconvenient when you have already unloaded all of your belongings for the night, So I declined and will speak to the manager in the morning. Apparently the cleaners only come once a week, and they don't have actual cleaning crew at the ready. Something that would have been nice to know before booking. Can't shower. Misc. Papers and plastic all around the room; V Unkempt. Cleanliness is very important. Overall — Unsatisfied. Learn from my mistake; stay at a different hotel.

The rooms are large compared to average hotel rooms. There are kitchenettes in the rooms which is nice even if you're there for a couple of days. There is a small food selection downstairs for purchase. They also have board games and kitchen items available to take to your room. There is a nice fire pit area outside. It is also very close to Tiger Town which is a plus.

I can't put my finger on it, the room was clean and spacious, the lobby was inviting. The staff was nice, but there was something odd about it that made me uncomfortable.

Great welcome, nice rooms, affordable and clean. Love having the candlewood cupboard available 24/7

Nice extended stay suites, quite location just minutes away from downtown Auburn and Opelika. Free Laundry and Gym. The only thing missing is a pool.

I love how big my room is! The only issue I have is that the TV sits in an awkward spot in the room. It's hard to get a good viewing angle from the bed.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious work full size fridge and stove. Gym is very nice. Free laundry. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. The staff is super friendly, and the rooms are extremely clean, as well as updated. The store is on an "honor" system, which is really cool. If I were to have a complaint at all, its only that any noise outside the rooms can be heard very easily, but that is not at all any inconvenience for me personally.

Extremely friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Mostly great experience. But when I got here I Drove 4 hours in 90 degree weather with a cat. I get here and want to get in our room and cool down but manager wouldn't get off their butt to check the rooms so I could check in. I'm in a strange town with a cat and no where to go. Not a great first impression.
