The Best vacation ever. Great food and very nice service. The room was cleaned every day. They had so many activities so the kids were never boored. The team for entertaining was great. They had a new theam Everyday and it was really entertainingly. 5 stars to the Team. The kids wanna be at the same hotel again next year. So see you guys next year.

The first thing I would say about this hotel is that it's AMAZING and highly recommended. It's suitable for people of all ages both those looking for a quiet relaxing time and those look for fun and entertainment. The food assortment is great and tasty, there's definitely something for everyone. Food is available 24 hours a day, and if you're told by the staff that there are snacks available, they aren't really snacks, it's actually full meals, so don't worry if you have a late check in. A personal request to future guests, although there's an abundance of free food of food, that doesn't mean that it should be wasted. I saw way too many guests that would stack their plates only to eat a portion of what they had on their plates. Needless waste. To the hotel; everything was great other than the Wi-Fi in the rooms, no connection at all, not  very pleasant. Another thing was that the plates and cutlery weren't always clean and we had to pick the clean ones. One last thing, you need better and tastier self service coffee machines, the ones you currently have are flavourless and limited in options. Crazy boy, from the entertainment staff, really made our time lots of fun! Bottom line this place is an easy 5/5.

Great hotel. The power system is ultra all inclusive! Rested in August 2017.2 Adults and 3 children (5, 10 and 16 years old). The area is not big, but very cozy. There is a shared huge pool, there is a relax pool (adults only) and there are children's pools. The rooms are great, everything is new, beautiful. The food at the hotel is varied, you can eat at any time. The animation in the hotel is but weak, although the guys try hard. About housekeeping I think that for such a huge hotel need more persoanala, then and clean up will be better.

Went with children 11 and 13 years in autumn 2017g. The hotel is luxurious, the food is ultra all inclusive. Never for all the rest did not bespokoilam that the children are hungry. The food is delicious, of course with Oriental Fleur, but it is not upset. The variety is what to choose from. Rooms were cleaned daily, bar replenished also regularly. Only the beach was upset. It felt like I was in Odessa in the 90s. But promised to fix for the season 2018. I recommend the hotel. No regrets.

Super Hotel. Turkey is all in this hotel. There is everything and even more! A huge hotel. With one-storey and storey rooms. Swedish table 4 bars. Every evening encyclopedias for children and adults.

What I liked the most about this hotel is the rooms! Very nice and new, comfortable beds! Always enough towels! Everything you need even the toothbrush and toothpaste is there. Even though we were only 2 people we were given the room woth 2 floors and 2 bathrooms which was cool! The interior of the hotel lobby inside is gorgeous. The dinner buffet was pretty good too but I didnt like that in order to go to any other restaurants you HAVE to be there at least 1 week otherwise you can ONLY go to the buffet. The entertainment is pretty bad. There is a lot for kids but really nothing for adults. The shows are lame with just one belly dancer and thats it I dont think this resort is good for single people or couples its mostly familes with many kids. The worst thing was the cocktails. They do NOT KNOW how to make cocktails. I and ended up always getting beer. Cocktails tasted terrible. I wouldnt call this a 5 star resort. Maybe 3.5 stars.

This hotel has beautiful decoretions. Just awesome.

The view from our room is beautiful. The food is delicious, but service isnt good, and the bathrooms spread within the hotel (not in the room) are so dirty with dirty smell. It takes them to clean the room from 9 am till 5 pm. There shows at night are not that wow…

We are planing to come in this hotel at the end of july. We have a question what about the river near your hotel? Isn't there any smell or rubish comming to the sea from it? What nationality people are the main customers in your hotel. Thank you.

New Hotel. A decent level of service relative to Turkey. In the bar, imported alcoholic beverages are a good cocktail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed linen at my request was changed within an hour, despite a later time of day. Anyway, I was happy to stay at the hotel.

Room + staff + facilities + friendleness + price.

We would like to thank all of us again with this review. The hotel is simply recommended and the staff is nice by way. I particularly want to highlight gastronomy, because it never gets boring. There is always a variety of dishes to suit every taste. We would definitely come back.

Great for familes. Clean. Big rooms. Recently built. Great value.

We can only thank you. Our holiday in this hotel was a dream from the beginning.
The check-in went well. The rooms were not ready but we were allowed to have the fabulous Frühstückksbuffet. We were very kindly welcomed there. The drinks we ordered were brought to the table and our holiday began.
In short: It's like a fairy tale.
Great food, great buffet, very tasty cocktails and a super courteous staff.
The antertaiment was very varied. There are several shops in the direction of the pool.
The shoe salesman and the tattoos are really good at always having a pläuschen.
The pool area is in itself a dream. And for the people who do not like the beach resort: get yourselves slippers and everything is top.
The rooms were cleaned every day and we also got fresh linen every day.
So also in this area everything is fine.
We can only say as a family, keep on doing so and we'll be back next year.
