Our family of 3 spent 10 days in Eftalia Village. People were friendly and nice, but also tired and eager to get tips and sometimes a bit pushy (which is something we all must expect, considering the situation). Our room was clean — the maid changed the towels once in 2 days. We left the tip daily. On the last day she let herself in the room, despite the "do not disturb" sign, to rush us out, even though we had more than 2 hours till check-out. The food was not as good as we expected (we´ve been to Alanya before). You will not be hungry, but don't expect fine dining. Itg is very crowded and self service means that you will spend 60% of time waiting in lines. The coffee was not good, beer felt diluted, wine was ok, the juices were artificial and the food was mainly deep fried. We drank only water and turkish tea and all managed to lose weight, which is not so bad. :) Something that annoyed me was the fact that you had to pay 1 euro for orange juice at breakfast. In the land of oranges, that is ironic — that is something that would not be so expensive, yet it would provide a better experience to guests. I would also recommend including healthier options, like fresh food and cut lemons and mint leaves, so that people can make lemonade, for example. The majority of the food is too sweet, deep fried which is a pity, considering how much can Turkey offer in this domein. Shoutout to homemade pastries, eggs, black olives, vegetables and cheese at breakfast.

Good small sized hotel with basic water based activities and small garden. Suitable for those love to spend time on the beach which is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Excellent place to stay lovely people TURKISH baths were really good but food not too good as a lot of the food was the same all the time.

I would not tell anyone about this resort because of our time there. Being there for 13 nights we managed to eat 3 or 4 of the evening meals and most of the lunch menu was dressed up as something else from the night before. Breakfast meant standing in line to make a bit of toast where children as young as 7 or 8 were left on their own to use sharp breadknifes. The all inclusive drink was local beer or wine and was not served in pint glasses. The pools were good but always over filled and even getting up early did not guarantee you getting in fact it was the first holiday ever to see a fight over a sunbed. Indoor swimming pool as advertised by Thomas cook had not been used for at least 18 months and was shutdown. As for entertainment that was all down on the beach and was all the same people in different costumes under another name. Walking to the beach for a rave and laser show I might have done 30 yrs ago but it was not advertised as a young and lively by Thomas cook. Please take this seriously if you want to go on holiday and relax and eat this is not the place for you Thomas cook really want to do an update on this place whose rep we got a note from under the door and that was all we seen of.

Staff, food, rooms, cats and birds eating the your food hated it never be back.

The hotel is not 5 star, but 4, all the animation on the Eftalia Island, the staff is not intrusive, but the housekeeping starts at 6am and is noisy so don't sleep. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The food is standard, but with drinks full of surprise, the first time I meet a hotel where from drinks only beer and whiskey is local, the rest is paid and it is 5 stars… Children's cocktails do not do as well as adults, only for a fee. The water park is good, the only plus of this hotel is that you can use island territory. The sea is a pebble, but there is a piece of sand. The coverage in the water park is very slippery, with children should be careful.

I'm here now. There were no places On arrival. We were allocated to another hotel (good Hotel Safira). Two days Later, a bus came after us, where we as cattle tripled with things and brought to Eftalia Village.
We were given a room uncleaned, dirty. Later it was removed, but very bad. The room was clean and clean. All the furniture in the room is flat, the mattress is sold, the bed linen with holes and stains.
A noisy electric car goes All night on the territory of the hotel. It's Just impossible to sleep.
On the grounds there are few sunbeds and umbrellas and those broken.
The Kitchen was not surprised, the full feeling of the dining room. A Lot of people, everywhere queues, very noisy. Lots of German holidaymakers.
The Beach is not a delight.
The Hotel is not at all a 4 star. And paid for 5 stars.
The Rest is fairly spoiled.
Tomorrow I'll write how our problem would be solved by a guide with a beautiful name Aladdin.

All allowed, paid extra for another hotel. We're moving Tomorrow.

For what we paid we couldn't fault it. Place is huge with the beach resort, the ice creams, waffles and biscuits were a huge hit with my kids. All I would say is that some staff could offer better customer service on the beach resort, I know it's extremely busy for them and I seen alot of rude customers. However we are not all the same so a little smile wouldn't hurt.

Nice place but the food not famous.

I'm here now. Today came, said no rooms, two hours of negotiations offered other hotels much farther but eventually gave the Holobud in the case of an apple. What No 5 it and on 3 netynet, all wretched and killed, there is not even a shower of a stall. 100 times think to go here or not!

Very nice big facility with nice service. It is not far to the beach or to shops. The food is also delicious. The rooms are very clean.

An amazing friendly place, so welcoming and so safe for the kids and in genral they are amazing people, highly recommend.

A Decent bazaar, you can safely bargain to 50% discount. Things are not original, but you can find quite decent. Good Knitwear, bed linen, underwear.

I'm very happy. We Settled in 5 minutes. The Staff is very polite. They speak English, many a little Russian, and there are those who migrated from the board. Union. The Food is very much, especially sweet and pastries. Soft drinks are free and are poured by the river. The Choice of "free" alcohol is small. The Wine is so so, and the beer is decent. The room is very clean. The Cleaning is quality. What A Spa! I Advise the first thing to go to the hammam. For €25 I Otshkrjabrli, washed, massaged, mask on the face made. We stayed at Eftalia Village for one week and everything was absolutely perfect! The staff works really hard and is super nice. There was one waiter in particular who peeked out named: Ilyas Tapanci, he is such a nice guy and works super hard! Eftalia Village is definitely recommend!

I do not advise! Look for another hotel and better in Kemer choose. The room is poorly cleaned and without a card from the room even the fridge does not work (decided for 10jevro but at the sum of the tour in $1600 as it is not pleasant), the rooms with very poor insulation, on the beach everywhere stones and go into the sea a big problem especially for children, the staff often did not understand either English neither in German nor in Russian or did not want to understand. All the animation in German and partly in English. From the room to the beach in the heat until you get to die you can. Nabuhatsja there for some problem). From the pros only slides children and food but we did not eat arrived). The photo shows how it is all included).

Brill everything on resort.

Drinks are not good. But the kitchen is good. The rooms are clean. The slides are super. The sea is great.

We were there in July and were shocked by the bad staff, how they dealt with one, as if one were not human and how they talked to one in the aggressive tone. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The cleaning lady herself was very naughty. Also, when I got burned by the staff, it was seen as if it didn't interest anyone. The holiday was more stressful for us than really a holiday. No further recommended. Didn't really deserve a star! and the Food impossible!

Nice places pity that the personal speaks not French, away from the center when you have a difficult baby to go for a walk. Good food but for 1 week because comes back every time. The room was very clean.

We were there in May and it was beautiful. Hotel was pleasantly filled. Not too much and not too few people. The staff was very nice, not overwhelmed. Food was delicious and the hotel room very clean. We had a great value for money holiday and can't complain. The water park has been great.

Not a nice hotel. The other Eftalia hotels are much better. Very disappointing.

Lots of things to do on the complex and loads of pools and slides, staff are very friendly and helpful. Very family friendly and suitable for kids of all ages.

Pure relaxation. Friendly staff, ample pools and Alanya is good and easy to reach. The hospitality of the Turks is unprecedented!

Good food great entertainment brilliant water park's for the kid's.

Rooms are very much a 2 / 3 star hotel. Beds are hard. You get a fridge and it's stocked with water daily for free which is unusual here. The fridge is in the bedroom and vents it's heat into the room which forces you to run the air conditioning all night. We have 2 rooms and one air conditioning remote control. So good luck if you want to change your settings without searching everywhere for the remote. Safes are not free. A spare key for the room is not free. You need to have the key in the slot in the room to have power so if someone wants to go out of the room they either leave the room with no lights or they have to be let back in. Room is cleaned daily and you get fresh towels. Hotel grounds are clean and well kept. Although there are large numbers of external people asking you to buy things like pictures, Turkish baths and excursions as you walk through. Pools in the hotel are perfect except for the tiles around the pool which are like wet ice. One wrong step and you're going down whether you like it or not. Slides have loads of choice and all seem safe with decent amount of splash down pool and life guards on duty. Food is plentiful as you would expect at an all inclusive with somewhere to eat open all day. Soft drinks and watery beer and cheap spirits are free (till 11). Everything else including fruit juice, Malibu, non-watery beer or any drink after 11 are chargeable. There is an attached shared "island" which is shared with other hotels in the group.

Place lovely, staff fab, room could have been a bit cleaner. Food is good but needs more choice and it needs to be labelled so you know what it is.

Anytime again. Clean good location. There's something for everyone. The food is edible but very monotonous.

On arrival at our hotel at 12:30 AM we were met by the night manager who asked for our passports and told to sit down and we would be called upon load more guests arrived and were dealt with straightaway so I went back up and asked why I hadn't been dealt with soon after we where told to go and wait outside for the bellboy to show us our room when my family and I got to the room and went inside I was instantly met with ants in the bedroom dirty pillowcases and the ants where going from the doorway to the vent in the fridge I opened the fridge to find nothing at all in there and as we are all inclusive this was disgusting so I went back down to the reception to complain and ask for another room when I told him there were ants in our bedroom he just said and? We were giving another room but when we got there there was Half bottles of water in the fridge two empty glasses on the windowsill and no drawer handles on the drawers as by this timeit was 230 in the morning and we have to meet the rep at 8 AM we decided to just go to bed the next morning we went down to meet the rep as all the family did.

Super hotel, great holiday. Happy again!

Worst place I have ever stayed, rude staff crap food look elsewhere ☹️☹️☹️

The location is amazing. Right opposite the beach and the rooms aren't that bad. They are always clean. But the staff there need to fix their attitude. All of them are either grumpy or rude. The only people there with a smile on their faces are the maids. I would hope to never again be spoken to so rudely by staff on another holiday.

Just home again from eftalia holiday village. We had a fantastic time again this year. Everything spotless, service fab, weather scorching and we had 2 very happy boys throughout our 2 weeks. Did water rafting, jeep safari & pirate boat… all brilliant! love this place. Missing it already and only back 7 hrs xx.

Good get away but sometimes it's crowded and the reception is not at all friendly. They are sometimes super rude. Sometimes we have to queue to get a place to eat so early eating is better. But great entertainment for the kids with water slides almost 26 of them. Just amazing fun for adults too if you are in to it. I recommend except for reception staff.

We stayed at village couple of weeks ago on our first visit to Turkey we absolutely loved it the the hotel was brilliant food amazing so much choice to eat either at village or island people and staff were really nice can't wait to book up again for next year.

Unorganized employees did not even when we need our room. Have arrived and have only eaten and then 3 hours we had to wait for our room. Not to be recommended.
Food is great but the pool had only until 6: 00 where it is previously almost impossible in the blazing heat. Are only friendly and helpful if you can provide enough tip. As I said not to be recommended.

Well great already but the staff is totally unmotivated and unfriendly. At night killed four on and you no room for us had prepared (had two babies at) … then pushed next door to check in what has cost US 140 euro. Mini bar was filled only two times a week despite multiple complaints and towels were not available. Food totally one-sided… Every day French fries and nuggets and now we have learned that our complete account empty… gave the Bureau de change at the beach still Really great! you need something when you come back from such a vacation. Charges against the hotel is already running.

Loved this place, we went in april 2016 planning on going back again this year, beautiful family holiday I went with my daugter and sister, food buffet style in the main restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, rooms, service, polite and helpfull staff and cleanliness were all on point the grounds are stunning lots of pools to choose from and an aqua park (eftalia island) which is included on the beach side (approx 70m from the resort) with more pools with slides, plenty of pool bars and snack bars to choose from as well as a pizzeria I highly reccommend the all inclusive package, there is a mini bazaar over the road open daily and a sunday market too get ready to haggle and if you are planning any excusions definitely go on the jeep safari into the tauras mountains in alanya the sights are breathtaking. To all the staff that made the holiday amazing thank you and hopefully see you soon xxx.

A fantastic place to be with the children love the place.

We were there in 2007 and it has indeed fallen, but it was not so that you could say was always happy.

Holiday 05.2014 and 07.2015, super system were so excited that we again have booked, plenty of water slides, Pools, and class food. In Konakli 10Min. With the Bus (2, 50 Euro) is Mitwochs market, well worth a visit.

Had an amazing time here it was my sins first time abroad he's 7 and loved it soooo much, definitely booking to come again next year ☀️☀️.

Reviews a family of 4, with two children 6 and 12 years. It's hard to find that could not enjoy it — I liked everything.

So seen everything ok, but as a beach in the sea is not recommended. Sandy beach one looks in vain, the "beach" is a disaster, nothing but rocks, and if it then but times has done, into the sea, after about 7.5 meters finally Sand. But too early been pleased, lots of rocks, not in the sea, spoiling again the joy. At the Hotel itself, you can't grumble, except maybe the cleaning lady once forgot to put new towels in the room and that we in the 9 days holiday, only 9 German have come to know, for 1700 guests in the Hotel : ( Food is very versatile and also tastes.

This is very nice place. Cats, Sea is opposite the hotel. So good hotel.

We were in this hotel in 2003 and it was called Fiesta. Small clean hotel for a relaxing family holiday. And away from the city noise and at the same time not far from shops. The beach is nearby. Nutrition for grade very good. The kids are always supervised and no ugliness.

Loveed it ;d. Riite im a teen which came ere thinking gr88. Buutt actually it was even better than america. The only problem was the flight cuz I live in the uk so it was like 5 boaring hours with nothing to do but sit but at the end when we gott there eveerry minute is worth it. Also theres a night club at night that u can go to cuz the others are in a strange language britians dont know. Please go and take my wordd ull love itt.

We were with our 17 year old daughter a week in this hotel. Just super great, the only downside was that have booked family room. We were then in a double room with an extra bed. But it was no problem for a week! Major selling point of this system: very, very nice! From the Zimmermädhen to the animators. To highlight our favorite waiter is " (*) " (or something similar). Außgesprochen charming, friendly and super busy! Otherwise the system has been very well maintained food and drink, totally ok. Drinks could have been colder of course. But if you want to complain about, you can find something everywhere. So we were sure not the last time in Turkey.

Eftalia village — a beautiful plant from which it could really do something. Pro: — Beautiful garden — great childcare — nice SPA area Contra: — hot drinks — bacteria in the pool (earache, fever) — bad cleaning of the rooms (only free surfaces be cleaned under the beds and chairs never! ) -dirty cups for beverages — long wait on the beverage expenditure — 24 hours of arrival and departure (case noise) — no pool towel service (at the beginning of a towel available provided, which can be exchanged only charge 2 euro) — too few beds and (dirty) were at the pool — pool too warm (no refreshment possible) — tiles around the pool much to smooth (risk of slipping for children and adults).
