Friendly staff, good cleaning, good food, good entertainment. I would especially like to mention the waiter Mirac who works at the tables outside. He made the stay extra nice with his courtesy and good service.

Really disappointed that our dream place have been ruined by all Russian people that behaves like they own the place. They are rude och noicy and doesn't show any respect against any other guests. It's our fifth time here and probably our last. We choose to live in the lagoon and pay more just for relaxation but it's a circus with all the noise and screaming. You can remove the word Dream from your name because there is no dream to live hear anymore. So disappointed. 😭

It is a very beautiful and clean hotel. The service and the entertainment was very good. The waiters were sweet, and the entertainment team were good at getting people involved in the games. It is definitely a place I would recommend.

We had a lovely family holiday at Club DEM. Evening program and animation was great! The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful, green area.
We felt very comfortable. Especially for children there are many possibilities, various pools and an aqua park.

Very good for family/children and also couples. Clean and tidy att all times inn and outside. Nice poolarea, and dock with sunbeds out in the sea. Lovely poolbar, tasty drinks and resturant — good food. Playground, waterslides and activitys for adult and children. Nice rooms, good spa and a lot more.

We’ve just ended our first holiday as parents at this amazing place. The staff in general is highly professionel, and very kind. We would like to give a special thanks to Ali and Kamil, who made our vacation a very special one. We would like to say thanks for being so nice and sweet to us and our daughter. She had a blast when you guys was around. We can without any doubt recommend this hotel to other familys travelling with small chrildren. We hope to come back some day! THANK YOU.

We visited Club Dem Spa and Resort hotel. The service was really good. We had a server named Celal Cheif who was very professional and tried to please his customers here at the mexican alacarte. Our 2 year old daughter would not sit still. The waiter tried his best to keep our daughter entertained so that we could enjoy our dinner.

Of the minuses: 1. Entrance to the water. Stone.
2. From two weeks of rest-3-4 days was dirty water.
3. The menu is not translated into Russian. Or not signed at all. With lamb, fish and fruit everything is clear. And with salads and sauces trouble. What is incomprehensible is not clear) ) ) Pros: Sun, air and Vodaotel! Staff!

Everything is very nice, except the entrance to the sea. Slides for children, bars and pools for adults. Turkish coffee is a must to order:) You just won't see it. Good animation. Great Pier.

Very nice hotel, but few restaurants in the surrounding area, probably best with all inclusive.
