This, definitely, is not a 5* hotel. The service was awful, the russian guests were rude and uncivilized. The employees didn’t speak english, only russian and german, it was very difficult to communicate, I felt like I was in Moscow. At dinner it was a real challenge to find a table or to get something to eat, it was very crowded. The beach is in fact a dock which was very poorly maintained. The towels were old and you couldn’t tell if have been changed or not, looked the same. The only thing good in there it was the animation team, especially Mr Lasha (hi there). I’m done with Turkey, it was my last time.

Everything was beautiful and the most beautiful thing was Mr. Lacha, the captain of the animation, he was an excellent man.

It was a very Nice holiday, nice Hotel. The staff was very nice the have strives to make the best. I would recommend especially if you have children, it is very nice.

Good place for you with your kids. Animation is great for the kids. Nice food and high service level. Few minutes to the beach and markets. Big swimming pool and not so big amount of people as it in other hotels in Alania. Nice place for the vacation with family, but too many kids.

We stayed at this hotel for a few. 05 to 13.06 with friends 8 people, arrived in the morning, got a breakfast and immediately met us in great spacious rooms! The staff is friendly, greeted with a smile, almost everyone speaks Russian, Svetlana all told and issued the schedule of events for every day! The hotel grounds are not very big, I would say compact, groomed and clean, there is everything necessary for a perfect stay! The food is varied and tasty, the choice is always for every taste, as meat and fish dishes, and of course a paradise for Sweet tooth) ) Animation Super! Lasha, Onur, are handsome! Not to be bored, volleyball, water polo, Zumba, games by the pool and water, for fans of active recreation! I recommend this hotel to everyone! Price and quality! I want to return to design again!,

Yesterday came back from vacation! The Rest was a success! The Hotel is super! The Staff is polite and attentive! The Food is varied and tasty, the animation is a class! Always fun, anyone will find a lesson in the hotel! For children there are 2 swimming pools, slides, children's room! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will go there again!

Hello world! Rested we three all adults in the Dizalija Palm Garden can be said since the opening of the season from May 4 to May 14. Met us at once. Good breakfast. The Hotel is very nice. In the beautiful area of Canakli, there is a place to stroll. The Rooms were cleaned every day. The Food is very good. Meat and fish every day and without queues, the staff is friendly,,,, I Especially want to mention animators:-Lasha, Onur and girls… Just cool! Special thanks to them for their work.! The Area is not very big, but clean, groomed and cozy. That'S just the beach a little we guessed. The SEA is 5 minutes quiet walk, there is also a bar. If Anyone can swim well those with the panda calmly swam, and those who are in their children problematic. There Is a small (beach) Ito entrance stony. And so we are satisfied with the rest.

Initially I would like to thank the tour operator TPG, which provided a burning ticket to the hotel Dizalya Palm Garden Hotel. This is just an amazing place to stay. We came here with my husband to celebrate the wedding anniversary and never regretted that we chose this hotel. Beautiful area, with lots of greenery, great water slides, great animation, lots of sports activities. Every Day we could not just sunbathe on the beach or near the pool, and still spend time actively. The Hotel is located near the center of the village of Kokakli. We strolled there every day, the life there boils. Loved the large number of shops and not only the souvenir. About Nutrition I will say that we had enough and everything is very tasty and varied.

The Hotel is very pleasant. The Staff is well picked up. The room was clean and comfortable. The Grounds are clean. The Food is great, a great variety of food for every taste. Nice SPA. Animators is very attentive and cheerful. The Holiday was satisfied:)

Nice rooms! To the sea go minutes 5. Overall not bad. There is no variety in food. But you will not remain naked. The staff is nice, not evil as in some hotels. View from our window.

Room service don't do a good job. Dust and devris under beds and hair and dirt on shower floor. Food is not great but I guess that's why it's cheap hotel. Hotel caters for Europeans mostly. So the food they serve is European food which is bland and tastless. They only serve Turkish food once a week. I honestly did not think the Europeans would make an impact on your stay there but boy was I wrong. They are grumpy, keep staring at you and do not know how to form an orderly queue! They push in as they feel like it in the buffet and stare at you if your not one of them!

Everything top except small things. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.

The rest of the week. I loved it! Everything is delicious! The pool is super!

According to the price a good hotel. Recommended for a cheap getaway.

So we were in Turkey for the third time and unfortunately I have to say that this hotel was by far the worst.

We stayed at this hotel for a week from October 5th to 12th, 2017.
Room: We had a double room in 4. Floor, room was top, brightly lit in modern condition, there was nothing to worry about 5*
Food: although quite small but varied buffet with daily different dishes, e. G. There was one day salmon and the other day tuna…
Except for Gözleme at noon on the beach (very tasty) and except wednesday (there was Turkish evening) the offer was unfortunately international

Hotel itself is ok but not 5*. Shower room water dosnt drain. No iron in the room or in hotel. Very shocking. Only give you one card for room even though 5 of us sharing a family room. Night Manger is just here to say speak to manger in the morning. Customer service is terrible. Compare to other hotels we have stayed in the past we are very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

I got back from vacation yesterday and decided to write a review until the emotions got cold. My wife, the child and the parents were resting.
