Dirt everywhere. The Russians are annealing like in their collective farm. Just a horror. Gadjat. The Turks do not care. It is very difficult to assess this lawlessness. Everything is very old and dirty. The entrance to the sea is not convenient near the shore big slippery stones. The room was clean. The food is also not very good, there is a choice but rather meager.

We stayed in this hotel for a few time in September 2017.
When we took qualified it was written that it is 5 * but actually turned out to be 3 with a stretch, to all because we arrived and we were upgraded to an unprepared room, cleaning cleaning call refused, in order to change the room had to pass the circles of Hell. And we changed it the next day only after we left the request at night that the ceiling was flowing and dripping in the BATHROOM.
Access to the beach at the hotel own and it is good, but on the beach was very dirty in the sea to go very hard and. To there lie huge plates along the coast and under waves they are not visible. The food was tasty enough the choice was from what, about drinks separately from all 3 bars which were in hotel to be well just it is impossible in a bar near to a beach, T. To from it something constantly vanjalo, floors not washed on a rack all spilled, bottles all littered on The floor bartenders were always untidy to such a even approach was scary. After a fight with the administration, the stay was better, Room cleaning daily fresh water, fruit, towels.
The room was very big and the breakfast was great.

I stayed almost 2 weeks (September 19th to 30th) at the hotel Hedef Resort (there are two Hedef group hotels nearby and as I see, people are writing reviews for both of them in one place). First week there were a lot of people, ~90 — 95% Russians. It was really loud and noisy. There were too many people what confirms the always dirty breakfast and dinner tables (insufficient number of staff so they couldn't get tables clean for other guests). Hotel was dirty and messy — employee did not hurry to clean up (there were dirty dishes on a seat at the pool for at least 24h and a towel in the trees for at least 6 days! ). The room also was dirty — the carpet full of black hair since first day we arrived (I have blond so they couldn't be mine :) ). We couldn't lock the balcony doors — switch broken. The TV remote control — broken. We had sewerage smell almost every time when we took the shower. We didn't get every day the everyday promised water. For covering at night there were something similar to tarpaulin cloth — not cozy at all. The floors always dirty and sticky in almost all hotel area. In the mini bar coffee machine didn't work time to time and it was messy at coffee tables every time. The gym — old, dirty and most of the equipment broken. BUT not everything was bad. The pool area — really beautiful and green, with flowers and olive trees. The beach was nearby and always place to get a sunbed.

I would not recomend spending money on this hotel. They have awfull beach, meal is so many but not tasty (not everything of cource), staff not helpful bad english speakers. Poor russian also. Only plus is pool… Do not belive is tourist agency will tell you that package is Ultra all inclussive. That meand only food and pool is included. You have to pay for everything. 2 hours driving from airport with bus. And do not belove it is the 5 hotel. 3 max.

Personal not good at english not even on reception. Only food was good.

I have been here about two years ago. I enjoyed the time staying there. The hotel was in a good condition also the food was very good.

Never resist! Otherwise I will not go.

The hotel is not recommended.
The rooms are unloved and dirty.
The colors peel off the walls.
The shower is worse than in a cheap guesthouse.
The pool had a water depth of 1, 5 meters and the floor was not visible.
The water slide was verrostert and the spiral staircase was covered with plants so that it was a handicapped to climb the steps (cutters did not occur to you).
A plus was the food, this was freshly prepared and plentiful only for the muesli friends who had milk with water vedünnt.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are looking for a truly adventure risk vacation.

Too overcrowded people leave there towels or property on sunbeds and dining tables and just dissaapeaer for hours. Food is the same every day. There is a bad smell all over the hotel.

The hotel is dirty, staff is not enough. Big queues for food and drinks. If you are late for a meal, you have to go through the quest to find devices and plates. The table is clean will not find. From the good only pool. The rooms are not cleaned. Two times in 10 days only towels changed.
From the fruit tasteless watermelon and melon oranges are nothing sweet. Little kids almost all in the blisters.

Terrible hotel, not a 5 star hotel. Terrible food and service. Irresponsible personnels. Dirty pool, dirty and old room furniture. You can't trust leaving your stuff at the pool side. Never ever go back there again. And never suggest it to anyone. Don't waste your time and money on such awful hotel.

The hotel does not deserve a single star. Staff very rude. Rooms are filthy. No air conditioning in the entrance, restaurant, elevators. Only in the room (if it works). Beach is full of sharp stones, so high risk of injury. To get there you have to go out and walk about 200 m. The only thing left is the food. The animation team is also very cheeky. So book on Garkein case. I'm glad I left here on Monday. Pity for what I paid.

A garbage hotel… dirt over all in room, food very very bad to puke simply, staff can not even German or… never again.

What a mess. A pity for the wasted life time. Were 7 days there and 3 days of it in the room due to diarrhea and vomiting (wife and children too). The food is unhygienic and is long in the sun by the pool. I would have liked to sue all of them.

Drunken Eastern Europeans make it a dangerous holiday. Inappropriate for children, since Russians are very aggressive when drunk. We were harassed every day and one offered my wife money for sex.
The worst vacation ever! I hate HEDEF!
