The hotel itself is very nice. But there are a few observations. On the first night we settled not in the Family room, but in the standard with 4 beds, then did not even apologize. They feed well. The sea is not safe, the slabs are really there, you have to be careful, a lot of broken adults. With children it is better to swim in front of the beach "carettas. " We took the bus to Cleopatra beach several times, it is very healthy for both children and adults. There are good and tasty cafes nearby.

The Hotel is a 4-room. — The location of the rooms they are located in the letter "G" around the hotel, and in the middle of the scene, which is not bad, horseradish with a small child to sleep, if you have an early sleep, and the other side of the playground, so no difference in changing rooms. — Rooms, with hair from past holidaymakers. — gave a room with a cot, which was a sofa-folding, such a cot for the bathroom, although these sofas everywhere.

Everything is super. But… Evenings… Even nights noisy up to 1 night… Music and Germans.

We eat very badly, it is very rustling, it's not recomendable.

We are Resting now. Like animation, lots of pools, food varied (fish, chickens), vegetables in any form-super! The Sea is warm, but as long as you come in, you can hurt your feet. Rooms with old furniture, though come to change clothes and to sleep. The room was clean and the breakfast was Great. Rest well, but the second time here I would not have arrived. Yes, another operator we have TUI, on arrival brought to another hotel, there left on the reception, no one came after us for delivery to the hotel Xeno Eftalia Resort, got themselves, even no one apologized, the nerves were battered. Read reviews about this operator good, and turned-Fuflo!

Good food and decent pool and slides.

The complex is already in its year, definitely needs to be renovated and renovated.
For guests who wanted to have more peace of mind in the evening, the hotel's internal noise level was too high.
Take your own bath towels with you, as towels have to be paid for use.!
We were happy with the holiday, though. We liked the animation. The food was hurly good too, there was just no real variety. Almost every day the same.
The hotel rooms could also be a bit cleaner grade with two children it would have been nice.

Hotel is OK but the food is usually lukewarm or cold.

The staff is very nice and helpful, beautiful beach and enough deckchairs at the beach and pool, the hotel is not as exceptional as the village Eftalia or Aqua but is good enough to spend a good holiday anyway, the only catch, food not varied enough at the buffet, while this country is reputed for the delicious food.

Hotel rotten rooms awful bed miserable I advise against.

Super Hotel! For families with children the perfect place! A beautiful water park where you will get an unforgettable experience! I advise everyone!

Eftalia Aqua are to low on staff at the kitchen. The result are dirty food tables, dirty plates and glasses. They are also low on towels, forks, knifes, vine glasses, tablecloths and much more. Basically, they have a unhygienic kitchen. My stay was in September, year 2015.

Were in the middle of October. The hotel is nice, the rooms are decent, the food is great, the sea is super. Boring animation. Close to the hotel market, which is very convenient!

Loved it here, kids had an amazing time too, would have been 5 stars if not for a couple of hiccups with the room but it didn't stop us having a good time. Would certainly recommend.

We got transferred to this hotel because our (splash resort) was overbooked so we had this choice or flighing back with nothing… It's super hot outside, we got a room on 5 floor (booked a huge family one and received a normal+). Air conditioning is a JOKE! It's not working in the lobby, restaurant or the rooms! We are litteraly smellting! This is by far the worst experience I had so far. The hotel is also quite old so quality of things is below European standards. The only positive. Turkish people are really nice!

Relatively cheap hotel, but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for this. Breakfast is not the best but the rest of the meals are great!

Okay so it is a very nice hotel! You have to pay for the cocktails but everything else in all inclusive. This makes a great budget hotel, about 4 or 5 pools, massive dinner area with properly cooked food, sauna and some other cool parts. The best thing is they serve coke not pepsi which a lot of places don't do xD I would recommend this hotel if you do not have a lot of money.

Great place lack of info regarding what's on and when things open and close staff freindly but location is a but out of the way nothing near by really. Small town center about 10/15 min walk.

The entertainment team and staff make the holiday amazing… Exceptionally clean always. Beach on the door and try the bag shop outside the complex for fantastic bargains and lovely sales people x.

Terrible hotel, bad food not much variations. Rooms not that clean. We had to wait for 1 hour for the room around 05:00 when we arrived. Unfriendly staff! they expect you to your room at 00:00 First and last staying in this hotel! Surely not a four star hotel.

Truly spectacular resort. The staff were truly friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious and plentiful. The accommodation was very comfortable.

Pleasent Hotel "I stayed here for 2 weeks and I had aplesent holiday every thing about this hotel was wonderful I found the food was plenty and different kind everyday, Rooms are very clean and lovely with big balcon. The hotel has several pools, a beautiful beach special for the Hotel guests, drinks are served at the sea beach. The staff are brilliant although they dont all speak English but they try their best, they are always smiing and the best is they guy in the receiption Mr Ali. The only downside of this Hotel is the Wi-Fi, you can only get at the reception, and not in the rooms.

It was beautiful there.
Unfortunately, the water in the pool was too cold. But that was not a big problem, we are swimming in the sea, where the water was warmer then strangely.
But otherwise was all perfect. The staff was very friendly. They had a huge selection at the buffet (man could eat all the time) and the 1250sqm was beautiful. Can I recommend only!

For 4 stars everything was OK.

Lovely hotel, nice staff/people. Rooms are nice and clean, only negative would have to be the aircon wasn't the best in the rooms. It's a hotel that caters for all ages and I'd definitely go back!

WHAT A VERY UNHELPFUL PLACE NOT NICE AT ALL we was PUT HERE BY MISTAKE (thomas còoks) its not worth 3 star rating they was not very nice towards us the receptionist bit my head off not VERY NICE AT ALL dump.

Very dirty Beach and sea, nor where the dirt is not seen. With children counter!

The Hotel was overbooked and one was housed at a Partner Hotel. It was very large and also very loud. The outdoor area was beautiful but also very large. The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel great value has been placed.

Located away from the road, the car is not audible noise. Quiet, family-run hotel for a quiet, measured rest. Staff friendly, helpful. Excellent price-quality ratio.

I was in Turkey for the first time and I was pleased. The hotel was good and the staff were very friendly. My room is cleaned every day. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. By bus you can get km Centre for approximately 1 12 25 euro to Alanya. CAUTION do not take a taxi ride, many is too expensive (due to gasoline: 1 liter costs 4 euros) that was the only problem in Konakli beach. This was unfortunately no sandy beach but there were many stone in the water. I will sometime very happy to again make holidays in Turkey and my next goal in Turkey of SIDE, because this place is located between Antalya and Alanya and the beaches are sandy beaches. Turkey nochtmal: very happy.

What enchanted us properly the animators were. TIM (Gabriela) and the SCHWEPPES (Peter) were just amazing. These two gentlemen are to travel to enough Eftalia resort for our 15-Member group of reason alone. The guys are nice, funny, helpful and lie down naturally for probably of vacationers really in this stuff. 3Wochen there have been, and by these two super animators TIM and SCHWEPPES we regret a single moment of our stay. Thus again right thanks to you guys. Hope we see you soon.

The food was the same every day, chips, fried eggs, chicken, Sandy, salad, Donner meat burgers and food in the Eastern-European style. We lived on soup, toast and sample of salad. Drinks began around 1000-12 midnight but includes not freshly squeezed fruit juice, cocktails and imported drinks. Local gin, Efes warehouse, vodka and whisky, Cola, Fanta and sprite contained. Minibar in the room holds only two bottles of water and no free alcohol, but the room was cleaned every day with air conditioning but had to pay for in-room safe. Caution as the floors very slippery with children around swimming pool. Down and your towel on a sun lounger on the 8th as the German and European book puts them with towels and go all day on travel. The relaxation pool not relaxing as children and adults screaming, balls, wines and inflatables throw anywhere. Staff mostly rude and not talk to you just staring through you, or another Eastern European origin if German. Just this morning I again and you are treated waste.
