The Hotel is very pleasant. A family with two children 6 and 1 year old, 11 nights. And now in turn: * Met very quickly, T. * Lunopark is just a godsend for holidaymakers with little children. The hotel is not 5 star I would say 4 with minus. The rooms are far from being in perfect condition. The kitchen is acceptable, the bars work fine for all inclusive.
Great beach with a huge pier, leisure is well organized. The overall is a solid four. Also pleased that in walking distance there are excellent excursions at very good prices.
Exit the hotel 500 meters on the right, ask Ali. Excellent English speaking, tea cake will treat. Constantly bought from him excursions, in the end made very impressive discounts)

Beautiful place. Lots of Russians. Not ideal for people that only speak English or are impatient as only a handful of staff and other holiday makers will speak English.

Very nice hotel. I had a great time here. I plan to go back to it in October. I recommend to everyone who wants to have a rest in comfort. I love this hotel and I don't want another one anymore.

Food was delicious, rooms dated, near very noisy road plus beach disco noise every night. Not recommended if looking for quiet holiday. But for good food I give 4*.

Great stay all your requests are done by the staff. Exit to the beach by a tunnel under the road that autumn is convenient. There are drinks and food everywhere. The kitchen is good and deserves praise. I recommend to stay as a family and everyone who wishes to have a good rest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it is a good place to go to the sea.

Please everyone be AWARE. Going to this beach club doganay is a trap. Sometimes I was unsure whether I was in Turkey or Russia. 90% of the people here are Russians who have no manners and are cold hearted. I'm not simply generalising. It's an actual fact that applies to all. The workers are in a rush and never take their time to listen to you patiently. Don't expect good manners and happy faces. Most of them are look like they've never smiled in their life. Customer service is 2/5 in my humble opinion. The food wasn't the same as advertised and doesn't match what was stated on the internet. The toilets and elevators have no AC that you could literally suffocate. The Wi-Fi is terrible, it's hard to surf the internet and you lose connection constantly. The also charge you for washing clothes (would expect free from 5* all inclusive) Most importantly on my first day of arrival, they said there was an error in the system and gave me a really small room even though we had a family. Bad experience from this resort. Don't be fooled people.

Very nice hotel for the money we payed. Animation crew outstanding, Erhan, Engin, Bora (Vibro) and the others worked hard all week to keep us guests busy and happy! Good food and lots to choose from. Don´t miss that there are several restaurants. Beds could be better, the ones in our room was very hard. Cleaning ok, better than average. Some nice shops on the premises and others outside the hotel. The ones on the area had fair prices, the ones outside was expensive. Close to both Konakli and Antalya. Cab fair to central Antalya was around 45 turkish lira.

I've been here 5 times already in a period of 13 years and I can truly say everytime I'm here, it got even better. The rooms, the services and above all: the staff. Everything is perfect. So perfect I'm going back this September, I can't wait!

Good hotel, friendly staff, slabovata, animation room "standard" good, food varied and good, ice cream, Cola, Fanta, wine, cocktails. Has had a rest, in general everything fine!

Overbooked in the middle of the night 3:30, problem solved 2 hours later. I am sorry but you know that already before this time arrival and solve the problem before that. Hotel blamed travel agency and travel agency blamed hotel, one way or another solve that problem before arrival at that time of the day. First impression of the room was nice, untill you start watching the details. Everything is hanging crooked, from the painting on the wall till the soapdispender. Holes made to big for the tap of the shower, bathroom door not closing and do not expect a bedbottem, this was just a plain piece of hardboard and then no matter what you lay on top the bed it feels like a brick. Two elevators is defentely to little and it was hot like hell, no airco on the floors or in the elevator. One of the elevators fell out but that was quickly solved, within 2 hours. But I wouldnt have liked to stand in there when that happend. Further none of the staff spoke not english… neither german, even the reception. Except of the manager. At the beach part the staff was friendly and smilling but the front part incredible moody, even though I tried my best to speak a bit turkish and help them out a bit not one smile was returned. The buffet was good but not excellent due to my knowledge of turkish food and the choice was only turkish food. Fish was to small and therefor more bone then fish but this has probally to do with the budget because they do have more choice then other hotels.

After going to Beach Club Doganay on a fully inclusive with my husband and two teeenagers, I was unsure what to expect. The hotel was amazing with excellent food/drinks available 24/7 — this included snacks and cocktails. The room was clean with daily delivery of towels and a top up of the mini bar with cold, soft drinks. There was a great spa offering a fabulous Turkish Bath for only £25 per person. My children did para sailing for only £25 each. Everything was perfect — the private beach, the indoor pool, the quiet outdoor pool (as opposed to the noisy one with the water slides and animation team with young toddlers/families etc). You must go! We will go back as a family in October and in the meantime, I have booked to go with a friend in April next year. I've been home from Alanya less than a week!

Clean, compact area, helpful staff, Mini Club-5 points, animators — well done will not be bored. Russian holidaymakers about 15%, the rest are Europeans, while staff pretty well explained in Russian. Beach across the street, but it is not straining, the Beach offers a nice bar. Generally quiet, relaxing holiday for families, just what I need is a good rest from the bustle of the city.
