Amazing lovely staff made us very welcome as only few English there.

A great service with friendly staff. Overall full score and clear recommendation. Negative were only some "guests" from eastern countries, where one indulges in excessive vodka, as well as here. But the hotel can not do anything, because you have to take what you get. Thanks for everything!

I visited turkey for the first time in my life and choose to stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone the hotel is designed for all people who worship the sun to like going shopping to lying on the beach to chilling in the garden. I have never been to a hotel with as many eating facilities absolutely amazing. The entertain was really good and great activities for kids. The staff in hotel made me feel like a queen and also my family always there to help no matter what the staff at reception in the dining hall to the snack bar to the drinks bar were the kindest people I have ever met they helped you no matter what especially when I needed to fill in the forms to return to the uk they helped me and don’t know what I wld have done without them. I wld also like to say that I felt safer in turkey than I do in larkhall they sanitised our cases tested our temp when we entered the restaurant and every-time we entered the hotel there was sanitising stations. I wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff for making my holiday the best one I have ever had and I definitely will be holidaying in turkey again. Xx.

Just got back from our first time in turkey, absolutely amazing holiday! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, especially the entertainment staff! My son had a blast at the foam party! I had a blast on a night out which 2 of the reps looked after me as I didn’t know anyone.
Honestly I’d go back today it’s a beautiful country and brilliant hotel!

Great family hotel, great pools my grandson loved the kiddie pool. Great staff very friendly and the ladies who cleans the rooms do a fantastic job, done everyday! Foods good, good selection all round a great place!

Super great hotel, sour, big room, nice staff, good food!

This is a great holiday resort, lovely fresh food attentive happy staff. Private beach very restful relaxed atmosphere. Exceptionally clean modern rooms. Light entertainment provided, lovely shopping just steps away. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Does not deserve 4☆☆☆☆ Pluses:
1. Conditioner works very good.
2. Room service, ladies clean everyday …
3. Hotel is after renovation so looks quite modern
4. Close to the sea
5. Two barmans very helpful, speak English, always smiling to guessts
6. Tasty, Turkish food, we really liked it.
7. Close to Alanya and Konakli, buses every few minutes
8. Evening animations were not bad ;) Minuses:
1. Bad reception service — some of them do not speak English — they need a person who translates. After all, you dont have to speak good language to show that you care about your customers, sometimes it is enough to be nice, polite and helpful — unfortunately they havent shown it. 2. Administration mess — at the begining they put us in wrong room and before our last night told us that we should leave the hotel NOW (one day before ending holidays) blaiming our travel agency for sending them this info even we showed them travel documents. We needed to involve manager to solve this problem and it was hotel's fault.
3. It is no beach, dangerous stairs. Sea was very stormy so we even could not go down.
4. Pool toilets — for a whole week (or longer) one cabin did not have light, second one did not have a lock.
5. On the Beach bar served only beer and soft drinks. Maybe it was a reason that people did not want to spend time There and pool was full so sometimes it was a Challenge to find a free sunbed.

Everything is beautiful fun club, pool, food is very choiseful the room are cleaning evrery day nice beach bar, the staff is funny and warm people But I must something to rewiu Internet is very very bad And they don't have their own beach…

It's a nice hotel. High-quality service. Delicious food. There is no access to the sea from the beach.

1 star for the reason that the rooms were clean.
Starting with the lie that a jetty is due to the hotel, which is not the case. The best places directly on the beach (if you can call big rocks as a beach) can be found in the afterwards CLUB nous ANJELIQ.
Climate without function luckily we were ending MAI there! We wanted to rent a scooter 25 EURO a day? Say spins you? A few steps away from the hotel you will find immediate prices such as 10 euros a day. I will not and cannot recommend this one. If someone stands on Haligali should simply be in nachbar Hotel Anjeliq which had the best activities best shows.

To The beach you need to get under the road in the tunnel. Rested in early May 2018 more than half rested Europeans.

Something from the shot but everything very fast and uncomplicated nit the bus reachable. Good hotel, nice staff. The Cleopatra Beach is a little farther away.

Minus only one descent to the sea. And so basically everything is decent. Good animators. Children can also relax.

We booked this hotel looking at the reviews. It was 2hr 30mins transfer from the airport after a 4 hour flight travelling from home 1am. So basically 12 hour journey. We got there at 3pm to be told we had to wait until 5.30 because our room was still occupied. Not what you want to hear after a long exhausting journey. We had to sit around for 2 and a half hours before we could get to our room. On our first visit to the beach. Well it says white city beach so you would expect one. No beach at all just some steps down to the sea. The food was terrible, they didn't cater for British guests at all, I'm not fussy but I didn't fancy much of it at all. My wife opted to eat salad all week. We couldn't eat in the a la carte restaurant as it was closed. There was nowhere else to eat in the area. The indoor pool was empty The bottled water in your room was chargeable even though we were fully inclusive. We did meet a couple of other English couples who were all feeling the same. We sat at the bar together at night drinking. Don't get too excited though. Thin paper cups were used for every drink unless you were one of the very few who were lucky enough to get a glass before they all got used. The paper cups held 1/4 of a pint of beer. So we decided to get a couple each. That's 4 for every couple. Not on your nelly. We were told we could only get 2 drinks at the bar. The manager stood over the poor bar man making sure.

Great hotel. Lovely food with a wide choice for different tastes. Reasonably priced for our 7 night stay. Nice modern clean rooms. Not much around the hotel but we didn't want to leave anyway.

This is my first holiday in Turkey. Location The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel for family, quiet rest. There is a swimming pool, an exit to the beach. The beach itself, or rather the exit to the sea is not very convenient-huge slippery stones, but you can swim in the sea from the nearby beach.

Negative: — The food was often spicy and the meat is usually too dry, with a few exceptions
— The desserts were absolutely our case, we tried much, however, but it remained mostly on the plate (very sweet, the consistency of this could be strange, and the taste not so good) but just a matter of taste
— at the reception, the foreign language skills (also English) is not satisfactory because one of the animators helped us, but always and ever (the Lord is for the Hotel definitely irreplaceable)
— The beach is Okay to cool down, the view is beautiful, but for swimming, especially with children unsuitable.

It's cool! good attitude, friendly staff. Food very good, rooms clean and excellent service. Minus — pebbles on the beach, you can cause physical injuries, large boulders. Otherwise everything great! the animation does not get bored. Hello bartender Alex is the highlight of the hotel.

Overbooked in the middle of the night 3:30, problem solved 2 hours later. I am sorry but you know that already before this time arrival and solve the problem before that. Hotel blamed travel agency and travel agency blamed hotel, one way or another solve that problem before arrival at that time of the day. First impression of the room was nice, untill you start watching the details. Everything is hanging crooked, from the painting on the wall till the soapdispender. Holes made to big for the tap of the shower, bathroom door not closing and do not expect a bedbottem, this was just a plain piece of hardboard and then no matter what you lay on top the bed it feels like a brick. Two elevators is defentely to little and it was hot like hell, no airco on the floors or in the elevator. One of the elevators fell out but that was quickly solved, within 2 hours. But I wouldnt have liked to stand in there when that happend. Further none of the staff spoke not english. Neither german, even the reception. Except of the manager. At the beach part the staff was friendly and smilling but the front part incredible moody, even though I tried my best to speak a bit turkish and help them out a bit not one smile was returned. The buffet was good but not excellent due to my knowledge of turkish food and the choice was only turkish food. Fish was to small and therefor more bone then fish but this has probally to do with the budget because they do have more choice then other hotels.

Personally, I believe that the hotel is truly marvellous as it is a stylish, modern, and clean atmosphere with a very lively and happy attitude from the staff that work there. We stayed there for 7 days ending 24/4/14 and we really wanted to stay there for longer. We would definitely be visiting this hotel again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
