Horrible food, really little selection and either no taste or full of artificial flavour enhancers. Ham, cheese, bread, scrumbled eggs for breakfast are uneatable. Rooms rather ugly, no animations, no restaurant a la carte, most of the staff doesn't speak English. All inclusive but the ice-cream is for free only on 3 days for 1 hour. The mattress on the bed is so soft that it is impossible to stay in one position for few hours without waking up. The water in the pool is colder than in the sea. The sunbeds are really uncomfortable. The elevator works so slow that it's faster to climb the stairs.

For almost 15 years I have been driving to my second home. It has lost none of its charm. Everything was as usual, the food surprised me this time (Turkish selection). Despite the pandemic, I did not miss anything, I was not so deeply relaxed for a long time. A good family run hotel, which I will choose again and again! I miss it again…

Hotel is super. The staff from manager to cleaning lady are very friendly and can speak several languages (international). Rooms are super cleaned daily. Is a very clean hotel. There are 3 meals a day and one snacks in the afternoon. Find the food tastes very good. Only what I miss are seafood and even more fish. Are 3 clean pools. Very relaxing hotel. Can also recommend the massages team, are still thrilled. So less listen to bad comments and just visit this hotel yourself and gain your own experience. My wife and I are thrilled and recover ingly. Have learned more about Turkish culture. I can only say wow and carry on like this. Have already planned to come again next year to get to know Alanya more. Alanya is a dream city. I simply thank you for the hospitable culture here in Turkey.

Great. The food is very good quality and variety. The sea is warm and clean within walking distance. Shopping and Bazaar is nearby.

The quality of this hotel is amazing. The views from the entrance and higher floors are fantastic. The food is decent and pretty much what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. The staff are friendly although they don't seem to know or understand very much English. The hotel seems to have a large number of German and Russian guests and the staff appear to speak quite a lot of German. The hotel is very clean and only a short walk to the beach or local McDonalds and local shops. The free Wi-Fi access is very limited, but if you choose to pay 5 turkish lira per day, you can get Wi-Fi access throughout the entire hotel (that's less than £1 per day for us Brits) the Wi-Fi speed is ok and the signal in the room is quite strong. The drinks are quite strong, but there don't appear to be any waiters to bring drinks to you around the pool, so you need to fetch your own drinks.

I liked everything, the kitchen is at the height of the room is good. Though the massage is a little expensive for such quality. To sea a few minutes walk. The hotel is average, though positioned as 5 stars, in fact solid 3 stars. Kitchen-Rating 3, service-2. The rooms are clean, but there was no wet cleaning. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The bathroom is nothing but a liquid soap and a hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrushes were brought only after the scandal at the reception. The bars are free: Pepsi, vodka, white and red wine (far from the best quality) and juices… All! The hotel is designed more for Germans (70%), Turks (10%) and Russians (20%)

Had three very nice weeks there!

It was a great holiday! In the immediate vicinity it was super for us, the only hotel that was open, because we were looking for peace and relaxation. Service class, the rooms were always clean, it was wiped out every day. And the 10 days 9 days of beautiful sunshine, so around 19-20 degrees. Great hotel, very much recommended.

We were the first time in Turkey in Konakli. It was a beautiful holiday and the hotel was perfect. The food was very good and also varied. The rooms were always clean and very lovingly made.
