The outdoor terrace is very nice but very hot. Fans would be very appropriate for guests and also for the staff very advantageous to endure it when eating there.

This place is great! From the bar staff to the waiters in restaurants. The animation team at daytime and night time. Also the kids club staff are amazing also. The cleaners etc never stop cleaning it was just the best. My kids loved every minute of our 2 wks away. Thank you to everyone.

The bathrooms were dirty, the glasses, the plates, the spoons, the forks…it was disgusting. The pool is too small, cosmetics disappeared from my room, things were gone by the pool too. My nightgown also disappeared, but after gathering the whole housekeeping staff, luckily it was found among the dirty sheets. Service was terrible except for very few staff members that were very nice. I would rate it 2/10. Would never go back to this place.

All staff are brilliant (cleaners/bar staff/kitchen staff/animation staff) cannot moan about any of them. the place is spotless. People constantly cleaning round the food tables & bar. Great slides in the water park. With young kids this holiday has been amazing. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel ❤️

Had an amazing week here with my wife and kids. It is totally geared towards families and the amenities, especially the water park are superb. Great sea front location with private beach that made it feel secluded. Staff are numerous and so helpful and everywhere kept spotlessly clean. The daily buffet meals had so much choice that there must be something for everyone even my picky eating daughter. Would definitely recommend and we intend to return again.

We had a great time specially my son he loved all the kids activities the theater stuff amazing with people bar stuff amazing house keeping very lovely Great food, nice water slides over all we had an amazing time. See you guys next year.

The hotel is amazing, food is lovely. The pools gym indoor pool all lovely. It will easily take you a week to see everything and get use to where your going.
the only downside for me is the staff in key areas cant speak much english which is a bit frustrating if need to know anything, as they cant help you.
but the animation team were brilliant and probable the only staff that made us welcomed. We felt a little bit like outsiders. Plus our thomas cook rep was never at hotel and none of the other rep understood english.

Was my first time in Turkey but 100 % was the best place I've ever been. Lovely food, nice swimming pools, perfect room with sea view. I want to say a big thank you to Aras for doing my hair perfectly, to Mehmet for taking care always of us in the restaurant, to the staff from the Spa, very nice and professional, to Alex for the photo shooting, and to Long beach resort for this amazing experience. Definitely we gonna come back again!

Very friendly staff, ideal for families with children.

We are here now at this moment. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, the food is OK, the Mexican restaurant was great but. If you are not Russian, not everybody will be friendly. We are here now for 6 days and in the restaurant all russian people get their drinks served at the table. We always have to go and get our own drinks. They are not friendly to us. We asked for a gin tonic at the pool, they told me they dont had tonic, no problem for me, but when a russian tourist asks for this, they send someone to another bar to get tonic. It’s not fair. This is my 8th year in Alanya, and I’ve never had an experience like this.

Large and nice hotel with lots of entertainment. Ideal for families with children.

Not enough staff. The same music of a night the DJ must have a CD he plays. It’s meant to be fully inclusive but you pay for a lot. And after 4 night you get sick of the same food. This is no way a 5 star hotel.

Two times now in this fantastic hotel now I take a friend with us we are 5 persons, our room is a family duplex deluxe 2 bad rooms and 2 king beds and 2 single beds, The food is excellent and so many choice I certainly next year again.

Bad room service, cheap alcohol not tasty, even for free. Huge territory, plenty of space, food and beverage.

Only the Russian guests are terrible, you can better book a room in a café in Moskou, then you see less drunk russians as in this resort. The most are very associal people.

Great place For families with small children especially. Very many slides ending in many different pools. Direct beach access and huge choice of foods at the big buffets. Wi-Fi is free, though not always with good coverage. Our strong recommendation.

An excelent location for families with children and teenages. Very good services. Very good food. Delicios cakes. Good enetertaiment. Many activities for children and adults.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is not shabby. There are a lot of pools of different depths, water slides for different ages. The food is not very pleasant. All the meat, except chicken nuggets, is spicy. The Deluxe restaurant has much more choice of dishes. But many dishes are lightly salty. The mode of operation of the lunapark is inconvenient — three times an hour, but at such a time that either we swim/on a roller coaster, or at dinner, or already children sleep.

Had a lovely time, can improve the food. The quantity was vast but quality wasn't of much of a high standard. Also night time entertainment could be family friendly.

This hotel was a guest. I came from my hotel to visit friends. I can only say that the guests are good, and the house is better! I wouldn't go to a hotel like this. For an amateur! Dear gentlemen long-dependent may not read. That's my opinion. The hotel resembles a Black Sea resort in the season. Of course, you can probably find a quiet place to relax, and then it makes sense to pay. The food is plentiful, the water parks, the areas for children, the animation is gorgeous! Hotel for holidays with children. If your child isn't exactly beech, savage. Then on vacation he will learn to make a pet, cookies, show his talents, can celebrate on stage his birthday as a real star and many other things.

When we arrived at the hotel it was 10 pm they told us that we need to wait 2h for our room then they said that the room is not ready they moved us to the other hotel. There are no words to describe how bad the customer service is. The bathroom was really small in the mini bar there were 3water bottles and one Fanta I have never seen a hotel with that kind of mini bar. The room was awful. I am really disappointed!

Very big territory. Many nice pools. Rooms were very clean. This hotel is suitable for families with kids. I think we will return to this hotel.

Pros-Clean comfortable rooms, water park and pools, football field, playgrounds, clean beach (but there are stones and pebbles and sand) — for children paradise. Near Bazaar Pharmacy-all beach can be bought. Also visa cards are accepted without commission. Nearby there is an ATM-issue banknotes from 50-100 $.
The food was excellent and the breakfast was very good… in the month of May. Children's menu is disgusting-no kash, no milk (instead of diluted with water powder white), no natural juices. We're going home hungry. Nearby there is a mercatino-it is possible to buy milk, baby food have not seen.
It's a very long drive from the airport 3-4 hours! The room was very spacious and comfortable. — air conditioners in the main housing do not work. The room was very clean. The animation is unfortunately average.

The rest is organized at a high level. On every inch of the vast territory is provided some entertainment. Very tasty and varied food. It is in restaurants and snack bars. Hotel Long Beach Resort & Spa is not 5 stars, and a whole 6 stars, this hotel has everything for a perfect holiday, ranging from dozens of pools both on the territory of the hotel and across the street, for both children and adults, ending with dozens of snack bars. In this hotel our family has already rested 2 times, today flew back to their homeland, and I decided to write a review. We are surprised that every year the hotel gets better and better. Let's start with the kitchen, breakfast is the main food throughout the day, unreal a large selection of the same eggs (5 minutes, 8 minutes (boiled), fried hard in the confusion, amlets, amlets with additives), a huge selection of fruits, cereals, Aldusky. Lunch-usually we ate always on the beach somewhere, (with the translation of English Long Beach-means a long beach, the territory is literally very very large, one week is not enough to bypass everything, even for the second time arrived, did not have time to bypass the entire Hotel territory, on the beach there are 3 snack bars, where actually we had dinner, potatoes, meat, salads, everything as needed). And dinner, here you have run eyes, a wide choice of meat, soups, salads, cheeses, fruits, well and of course Turkish dessert.

All good. Except for too few elevators during peak hours…

What if I recommend it? 100%, the staff people are very friendly and attentive. It has many activities during the day, afternoon and night.

So so. I don't like such big hotels. Although the food is tasty, except for the snake. The room is dirty and some strange sharp smell. Not comfortable. Bathroom is nice. The staff is mostly friendly. I liked the sunbeds and a lot of water activities for children. Only we have them small 2 and 3 years. So all the time on the street. This is a family run hotel and all with kids mostly.

Everything for holidays, Sun, beach, swimming pools, activities, bars, restaurants, Lounger. The only downside is the language, not everyone is Anglophone and even less francophone. Many Russians, Dutch, Germans… but very little French. To redo.

It is a very good hotel with a lot of activities. This hotel is totaly worth it.

Resort is nice and big. Some staff are helful yet others rude. We were a group of 25 ppl including children. At dinner a waiter come up to us and said "you should teach your kids not to waste food". Everyone knows how children eat some times all and domes times non, but No one has to right to tell anyone to teach their children anything.

The hotel needs upgrades especially the lifts. 3 stars because it is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star. Staff are nice and friendly. Food needs more varieties turkey and chicken dominates the menu. Pool side and slide saftey requires attention. Good standard of cleanliness.

The area is big, there is something to do. Kitchen at 4, there is something to compare. The beach is very rocky. For children, the real paradise is the swimming pools, the children's water park and the older one (I don't write about an adult already, the playroom. It's not crowded in the gym. The villas are small — it's not Gold City. If in Gold in the villa no one aspires because it is still for lunch to climb despite that the view from the terrace is amazing and the size of the rooms are simply huge, and it is cheaper, then here is a small villa with a pool the most expensive. DO NOT overpay, in the personal pool we have swam only once ;) Before you leave.
Do not contact the host of "Akay" working under Biblio Globus, the minimum that will get "money to the wind" for excursions, but you can also spoil your impression of the rest. The excursions they offer are almost doubled. Dolphinarium — $40, the dolphinarium across the street offers for $25 :) Istanbul — included all tours you promise for 270 dollars will sell for $250, although you can buy from $150-200, while Akay at the last moment will be that you for something you have not paid extra and on excursions you will be offered to do it necessarily … Special thanks to a representative of Akay Shukur for this.

A recommended hotel for families.
Great pools, many slides for children and adults:-) and direct location on the beach. In addition, many other possibilities such as football pitch, beach volleyball, car scooter, small Ferris wheel, carousel, fitness, wellness, etc. There's something for everyone.
Hotel is already a bit worn out and could be renovated again, but it's still okay. The food is okay, the choice is sufficient and the service from Murat was perfect.
We had a very nice holiday without the hint of a boredom.

Could be more English friendly feel like the hotel is owned by Vladimir Putin, all entertainment is Russian and hardly any of your staff speak English including your information desk and reception which I think is shocking, the hotel is really nice.

A good five with a large developed territory. The food is good and the rooms are clean. I'm leaving the hotel dropped money out of my pocket. Found the missing only a few hours later. When I arrived back at the hotel, they were returned to me. It turns out when they found the money viewed video footage and identified who lost.

The hotel is good, but the level of service (especially the reception attitude) negates at least 1 star. The food is good but for 5 stars the availability of hair in the food is not acceptable (found in pastries). Faults in the rooms correct not wish (mane nodded, smiling, but this is all). Many problems with check-in. About a third of visitors are forced to arrange scandals (seen and hysterics) to check in. The answer to reception is "live in some other hotel while we have numbers" — it's something. Entertainment and services for body and soul, on the territory of the hotel is a lot.

From the cocoa vending machines comes rotten milk, which was probably the reason for the severe diarrhea of my children, unfortunately we didn't notice until later.

is a huge territory;
-Excellent infrastructure: cinema, gym, game room, coffee shop, souvenir shops, water slides, football field, etc.
-For children there are specially designated areas (water park, swimming pool, etc. ), so our rest was deprived of annoying shouts;
is a nice beach, which is mostly empty. The majority of guests stayed at the pools;
-Food-a lot of meat and fish, veggie and dietary dishes, a lot of sweets, fruits;
-Restaurant service.
Did not like:
-One day after the cleaning of the room found a missing (such seemed trifles) sign "Do Not Disturb". My young man three times stormed the reception, on which he was every time convinced that within 15 minutes we will return the sign. The loss was returned in 3 hours.
-Just suddenly us a waiting surprise with the change of locks on the doors. When we returned from the sea, we simply could not get into the room. We went to the reception to figure out the relationship, as a result received new contactless cards. I was glad, but it was not there-new cards did not open the door. 2 more trips to the reception have solved the problem.

My suggestion is stay away from this hotel there are many great hotels around. My First impression is a yelling manager in front of guests in a rude and ugly way. Staff members are clueless about their responsibilities, serving sucks, the way they talk is quite impolite. I could not find a clean glass to enjoy my beverages for 3 days. Stayed at the 6th floor and I don't know how but all food smoke — smell was on the 6th floor corridor. We stayed at Harmony next to main resort and the only good thing I experienced there was front desk attendant Murat. I tried beach many times but there was maintenance going on so I stop going because no one wanna lay in there with full sound of drills and swearing workers around and also way to much way to reach the sea.

Definitely one of the best hotels in the Antalya region with only a few problems. First and definitely the most annoying is the wait for the suites. We came when 100% if the hotel is booked so if the person who had your hotel room previously decides to extend their stay, your out of luck and the front desk will try to offer you a lesser suite then you paid for which is obviously a scam. Our only option was to accept the lesser suite and spend the night sleeping on top of each other. Finally the next day comes and the give us the suite we paid for. As soon as night comes we realize that the air conditioner down stairs doesn't work so once again we have to sleep on top of each other. Morning comes and we go to the front desk to complain. They tell us that they'll get the mechanic on it right away. A few hours pass and nothing happens. We go to complain again and they finally give us a working suite that we paid for. That of course was really annoying. The only other problem we encountered is the people and how often they skip lines and are rude in general. That really isn't the hotels problem but still annoying. Also the food was the same every single day when in other places we visited they had different food everyday. Overall it was a great experience there's a huge selection of water slides and pools and the beach is huge.

For the third time in a row at this hotel. The hotel is not what it used to be. Aging Long Beach. The kitchen is not as diverse as before, the animation is also slack, alcohol is practical all local. This race is probably the last one for us.

It is about 4 hours drive from Antalya airport (very long and boring journey). First impression is quite underwhelming. Staff speak mainly Turkish. Minibar is a joke. You get served quick if you can speak Turkish or you are white at the beach bars. Worse still they make you wear a tag to indicate you are all inclusive. Beach area is not as good as some of its competitors. Quite a very big resort with little to show for it. Staff are trying to mqrket a poor priduct.

Luxurious hotel, astounding surroundings, friendly staff, great animations crew, lots of bars, snackbars and pools. The compound has it's own carnival and amfiteather.

Big Beautiful hotel. Several water parks.
The food is excellent, several restaurants. Large selection of dishes. Lots of fruit. There is a children's table and a menu. For adults a large selection of drinks, whiskey, champagne, cocktails.
For the sea is desirable special. Shoes, but it is possible without it. Entrance to the sea there are small stones, sometimes there are large. To the sea go through a beautiful pedestrian tunnel.
Animation all day and children's and adult. Night disco with alcohol. Foam party at the pier in foam and with champagne. Take care of the eyes, especially the children.

A great hotel and resort to relax by the pool or beach. Food is good and you have all you need to rest here. We had great holiday. But keep in mind it's a family hotel. Here are kids everywhere.

Stayed here with 4.06.17 to 13.06.17g. A huge hotel with Razvlekuhami for every taste. The rooms are very clean. They are fed snacks in Barchikah. There is a late breakfast, a late dinner. On the territory at you prepare tortillas and fresh IRA, which is great. The rooms are cleaned daily, complimented on birthday in the form of a bottle of wine and a few fruits, modestly but pleasantly! Guides from tour agencies bred for tours and currency exchange in Tridoroga, classics, do not get in, 100 m from the hotel in stores the same excursions will be 2 times cheaper! The hotel has shops, 2 water parks, a lot of animation, night club, children's disco, beauty salon, hookah, tennis, football, spa, etc. The room is nice, has everything you need, furniture is not jammed, Russian TV, hair dryer, fridge, safe, kettle, tea, coffee, bathrobes, many Towels, free soft bar and water. The staff is courteous and helpful. Who is not confused by the huge hotel in several floors and crowd of people-Welcome! ), personally we liked it very much! The Turks are handsome! ) The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the payment was not extended to the hotel room for a few hours prior to the departure to the airport. Great Hotel, huge complex with 5 of the 6 swimming Pools, a slide Park and a beautiful beach. The rooms were very clean and it was offered every day and evening activities for children and adults, was never boring. The only minus point is the simple-minded to eat, and the confused unfriendly staff at the reception not able to switch on repeated request the room and also other requests and questions off.

I have just returned from the most horrendous holiday of my life. I've had a terrible experience which nearly cost me my life. The hotel switched off most of the lights or dimmed them to save money because it wasn't holiday season. They decided to change the carpets in the corridors and had rolled back large carpets against the walls causing them to overhang across the corridor leading to the rooms. I got out of the lift, on the opposite side to my room. Because it was dark I started going down the wrong corridor which had no carpet down. I then realised I was going the wrong way, turned back and walked towards my room. As I turned onto my corridor I flew over the overhanging carpet. Electric shock pains went from my neck through my body. Luckily I'd put my hands out to try and break the fall. I managed to get back to my room in shock and pain and called reception. They said they would send up a Dr. The person who came we later found out he was a male nurse. He spoke bearly any English and told me to come to his office where he massaged my neck and said that I didn't have to go to hospital. I asked for a medical note and him and the hotel refused it. I bearly slept that night and was in pain. I contacted my insurance and they arranged for me to go to hospital. When I got there the neuro surgeon asked me why didn't I come in after the accident. I explained that I was told by the nurse that I didn't need to go to hospital.

Amazing holiday, My children enjoyed all the activities and we were all extremely impressed with Internet service that was available all around the complex. Thinking of booking next year for us and extended family. Great place. We were given complimentary sea view duplex room, wonderful.

When you enter the lobby, you will be amazed by the greatness and luxury of it. Not only the lobby is breath thaking. You have like 10 waterslides in total, a baby waterpark next to the hotel and olso a waterpark for teenagers and children. For those who would like to relax, there are 2 salt water pools where you have a bar and activities and also a jacuzzi. You can also go the beach or a pier where you can jump from if you want. If you want a good shot of the sunset or sundown, you should go to the furthest pier further then the football field. If you are with children, is a great animation team ready for you all day long at the kids club but there is an obvious age limitation. I personally think that a child of 10-12 won't be interested in these activities anymore. There does is a night show after the kids show and it begins at 9h30 local time (mind the time change) and then you have various acts over the week. After this, there is a small fair with bumping cars and a ferries wheel. These are all-inclusive so no payment recuired. I hope you'll enjoy it because immediately want to go back!

Ok. The descent into the sea not very, there are large rocks, a couple of times hit kicks. Pools, animation-all on the level.

Super Hotel, Very Large, nice staff, a Paradise for children and parents. Everything is immaculate clean. Constantly being cleaned. Every night is what is on offer. 90% of the gesture are from Russia, but families. No wild Saufparty's. Now my 2 Big Minus points : The food, really cheap, always the same, my children have a week of Naggets fed. No oomph behind it, pretty much everything tasteless. The Hotel Area we ne Expressway divided. Rooms with a sea view, but hell Autoleerm all night. There's points deduction for me. Makes the food better because I like to come back.

My daughter gives it the thumbs up.
