Very close to the center. Historic with good restaurants around. Friendly staff always. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is clean, after renovation. But as in many hotels the problem with plumbing and sewage… The stink of the room was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Thanks to its good location and nice views from the roof top I give it 2… otherwise I guess 1 would be more accurate. They are renovating the hotel so noisy, dirty, The pool was empty. The bathroom was so water damaged so it was not possible to even close the door. We choose to eat or breakfast outside the hotel the 2 morning due to the poor standard. There are several mosques near by so be ready for some loud noice.

Non-existent home. Really feel like disturbing them: never a smile, never a Hello. The air conditioning does not work, the Wi-Fi also and only in the lobby of the hotel with a very low flow, the list is very long… This hotel has to avoid.

Had a 3 night stay with my wife in April 2018! The Breakfasts were included but they are very meager! The Hotel is under renovation, in the rooms repair apparently already made, but remained old tatty furniture and old doors, and so the rooms are decent, but a small bathroom (standard rooms). We Had rooms at the café, where music played every night, but if the windows are closed, you will hardly hear! What was most striking, we asked for a kettle every day, we were promised, but in 3 days never brought. We were shocked! The hotel is not bad for its money, especially the location.

Terrible hotel. To be fair whilst we stayed there, they were renovating it. But they told us the noise will star at 10 am which is after breakfast but it started at 8. Service was very bad, staff are not welcoming at all. Breakfast was very low quality but there was enough food to start your day. The only positives are the location and the price. The rest was just terrible.

Excuse me I'll give my opinion on this terrifying hotel. J not really liked J booked in the month of February 2018 a poorly organized Hotel. Dirty rooms really. This was one of the worst hotel experiences. Not to mention breakfast. Infact we can not even call it a breakfast.

Good place for an affordable visit to Istanbul. I would say walking distance to some historical sites if you dont mind the heat. Very pleasant staff who can help you out with tours and places to see.

I was here for 5 days. The hotel is in the good position, in the center of Laleli and near the Grand bazaar. Across the road there is a small market where you can buy some basic stuff. The rooms are very much smaller in comparison to the pictures. Hotel is very clean, staff is ok. We also had a breakfast here and it is good, nothing special, but comparing to the price it's great. When you are booking this hotel they offer you a free transport to or from the airport, but when we asked them about it they said that we have to pay transport 50e which is really rude considering that they wrote that the transport is free and the fact is that the airport is close to the hotel. Also they represented that this hotel has a restaurant, but the fact is that they don't have a restaurant, they order the food from some other place and you need to go to eat there. I have no idea why they wrote that the restaurant is in the hotel… So those are the two reasons I gave them 3 stars. All in all price and quality ratio is good.

Laleli gonen is a very nice hotel in Istanbul on the localisation and the price, it's suitable and the room service is always attentive, breakfast is a bit lacking in the variety of desserts provided but the worker's always smile without forgetting the receptionist ETEM who provides the hotel with great services with his smile and help and keep attention to customers satisfaction; you are the boss man thanks for all thanks for the delicious tea in my room I'm very happy for this holiday.

First of all, super convenient location. 1 minute from the Metro, 1 minute from the tram station. For such money is better simply not to find. Of course, Namaz is very audible. But you can hardly find a quiet place in this city at all. The rooms are decent. Cleaning is regular. We all loved it.

Located in the Laleli area. Suitable for a short stay. The breakfast was very good. The furniture in the room is old and lost. Would not interfere with the repair.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, pls provide the kettle executed was instantaneous with all the attributes and accessories, breakfast at the price = quality but "4"… Because our room had a problem with the Internet. Location is good if you don't mind a wee walk as a tourist, Etem is so friendly behind the desk! A basic but decent hotel, perfect for a few days stay.

Its a nice and quite place, neat and tidy, the front house desk guys are very cheerful and helpful especially the guy bulant I would visit this place another time.

Advantages: cheap, location, roof pool. Disadvantages: Wi-Fi, rooms, vegetarian breakfast, roof pool work 10:00-19:00

It was a pleasant hotel but simple. If you like a very modern one with some extra facilities this is not a good choice. But if you want to enjoy a beautiful view from the pool and a cozy and clean room you can easily choose it. The room number 509 was good and bigger one.

The hotel is perfectly OK. The location is perfect. Clean rooms, every day cleaning and changing all the towels. Breakfast is OK. I staff answered all questions. There is a minus it is thin walls and bad noise isolation. We generally liked it. I recommend the hotel.
