Boss who doesn't care about the geul of those customers employee who fly has to call 4 times for an order and frankly they never answer the phone the first time when there is room service!
It is that fake coming from a Swiss inhabitant I am disappointed.

I stayed at the hotel it was amazing great location in the old town just 5 mins walk to the Grand Bazar and walking distance to the blue mosque and lots of shops and restaurants the hotel staff were very helpful and great I would specially like to thank mr mustapha he was very helpful and a great person I will definitely go back again.

Nice experience : great location, good connectivity with public transport, responsive staff and good breakfast roo.

The place of the hotel is perfect because it is very close to all shopping market and the hotel is very clean and they have good room service.

I was very appriciated the staff call Mustafa. I think he's a porter. He's very helpful and his service is beyond expectaion. He put his foot in customers shoes. He take care and look after us like a family member.

The hotel is situated in the middle Of all main attractions. Loved the location and the convenience of just leaving my shopping at reception. The Hotel gave us an AMAZING room which my family enjoyed. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and buffet breakfast. I will be coming back soon!

I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. Staff was so nice in this hotel. Sometimes we didn’t even want to leave this place to explore the old town. What a great hotel. Even while being the lowest tier of Hilton Honors with no stays in the past 2 years we got a nice upgrade to Hilton Honors floor right from the start. Our balcony was humongous. Rooms are very nice but carpet has seen better days and was just unacceptably patched in some areas. We were excited to watch the World Cup match in the roof top bar but all TVs didn’t work, entire hotel had no TV service. On a positive note the Real surprise in this hotel was the food and Free spa/steam rooms. I booked a 30 min Turkish bath with a masseuse named Tekin from spa staff and it was out of this world. We are looking forward towards doing another long layover in Istanbul next year so we can stop by.

Nice, comfy place in the middle of the old town. The room was clean. Bathroom amenities were not fully stocked which were done on request. A limited but nice breakfast spread. If you want to stay near the grand bazar and you want a quiet place then this should be your first choice.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had request that our room be vacuumed and room properly cleaned. Hygenie did not appear to be a priority and we even ended up cleaning the room ourselves with housekeeping watching us. Whilst the hotel is centrally located housekeeping needs proper training on cleanliness.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us early check in, as early as 11 am The location is also very good — near Grand Bazaar and right in front of the metro. Plenty of food joints around too if you end up hungry at night.

This is one of those hotels, in which management and guests have to work closely together hand in hand to manage maintenance and touch up :).
We had several repairs, which of course should have been settled, when making up thebroom anyway. However, everything was immediately corrected by the friendly staff.
The hotel offers an excellent, rich breakfast, which gives a good start into the day. It is conveniently located to tram station and to the Great Bazar.

Stayed here now for the second time. Stunning hotel, lovely rooms. Best part is the train just nearby… access to Istanbul a great asset.

Friendly and helpful staff Neat and tidy. Very accommodating Internet is provided but the complimentary Hilton honours speeds is about slow. Can be improved compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Other than that pleasant and very acceptable stay.

The hotel location is good. Close to most of tourist attractions. BUT, the staff are top notch! I’d like to thank ms Elif Pekel for her kindness… It was a stop over trip to Istambul, but leave me a good impression.

The location is very good and the hotel itself is beautiful. The front desk agents are very helpful and Mustafa the bellman who helped us was eager to show us how everything worked and where to find everything. Breakfast was also delicious with fresh baked bread made to order.

This hotel feels like home… For I stay in it 5 times on work… Love the beds… It is impossible to wake up… Friendly and always helpful staff… Loved the high doorman… Always helps and carry bags. Booked and organized a hike to the show of Dervishes… Always help to find a taxi. And give an umbrella… 5 Balls.

The room is a bit small but it was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They have this Bar and restaurant at the top floor overlooking the city.

In this hotel my wife and I suffered a myriad of disservices for well 5 times we were out of the room because it did not work the card, made the room delayed, hairdryer not working and although having breakfast included we paid.

Good location. The Tram & Metro Station are just nearby. Even the Grand Bazaar is within walking distance. Every helpful staff who even helped us to negotiate with a cab driver who tried to overcharged us on the fares.

Double Tree by Hilton is one of the best hotels I personally have ever been at. There is lovely guest treatment and lovely rooms. But there is one downfall, and it is the price. For one burger it was 36 euros and for lunch for two people was 40 dollars.

Very disappointing stay at this establishment. The majority of staff need customer service training, most of them seem to have faces like slapped Ass's, like seriously, if you really hate working, find another job. This is far from the Hilton experience in use to having travelled all over the world. Service was terrible from the get go, right to the end. Being hounded and hoovered around at breakfast 5 times with regards to paying the bill, firstly if I'm staying at the Hilton, the last thing I'm going to do is run off without paying for my £13 breakfast when your holding my credit card details,   and secondly, it's common courtesy to present the bill after your guests have finished breakfast, not as they've just literally Sat down. Never again at this Hilton! Kind regards.

The accommodations are modern and fresh. Everything was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is a great one — close to the Grand Bazaar and the Higia Sophia where there are many other incredible architectural sites to see. Tons of great shopping, eating, and photos ops to be experienced near by.

Perfect front desk staff and housekeeping is going out of their way. I don't recommend the breakfast just because the staff is friendly but has no plan what service is. Breakfast buffet however is outstanding and has everything you can think of. I had free breakfast and still went next door only because I didn't want to deal with the service crew. Room service has been excellent 5 of my 6 day stay. Only on my last day I canceled my cafe order after waiting for more then 30 min. Overall this place is very relaxing, and I would recommend it to my best friends and family. I had a wonderful time and will be back ⭐️

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly the best close to all the attractions but we were surprised to find mosquitoes and small flies in our room which called for changing the room … though the staff was very helpful and cooperative in assisting us but it caused a lot of inconvenience past midnight. Also when we finally changed the room. Surprisingly the king bed of the hotel had a queen mattress on it which was not acceptable. The house keeping should be more careful with all these matters.

Nice and clean. The hotel is located in a nice location next to the tram line. The staff is friendly and spa area is an excellent place to relax!

Staff extremely courteous. Reserved and super arranged hotel. A stone's throw from everything, BER supervised and provided with punches comfort, restaurants, spa, fitness… a 10min walk from Sultanhammet. I've been going there for two years. Alone, as a couple, in the family. Perfect!

Lovely place. However it's not comfortable to smoke here.

For the location, very reasonable prices, rooms smallish, very tasty breakfast (a dream is the selection of yoghurt with fresh honeycomb).

We were 11 in the period. Up to 16 January at the hotel. Posted on FTI incl. Breakfast.
We had a standard double room: therein were sometimes: fridge-bar in the room, air conditioning, TV and a safe in the notebook also fits.
The location in the old city of Istanbul was ideal for us. All top attractions of any guides, such as Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapi Palace, were in 15 minutes to navigate — Grand Bazaar was only about 5 minutes away — what has been bad bet as well. Outside the tram is but also the same — thus it is also fast on Taksim Square in the modern part of Istanbul.
This was the street in front of the hotel to make a little louder, for us okay — our room was out of the side street.
The rooms themselves were good and clean the TV has 5 German channels (RTL, sat 1, ZDF, etc. ).
Wi-Fi was free for us. We receive slips at the front desk with a code, with which you could be online for 1 hour — the notes we could get as many as we wanted.
Per person 1 x free water bottle.
Breakfast buffet was very good — for example. Also plenty of fresh fruits. Otherwise we ate always outside (e. G. ). A coffee or a hot chocolate at the hotel cost 5 Euro — Hotel shut…)
Staff was very friendly and accommodating — German could to the our time no one, and some only broken English. For us it was no problem but, because there was not much to.
Negative?

Stop. I don't understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars, it is definitely not. The rooms are very small, felt like a prison cell and you can't wait to get out. This is the truth. If you are alone it may be fine, but if you are two. It is impossible to open your luggage! The bed is 2 feet from the wall in front of you. No kidding. The staff showed me 3 other rooms all the same. The breakfast was awful, bland. The lights are all dimmed throughout, very gloomy and depressing. Not a happy hotel. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Teksim which was 5 stars and double the size of this room with impeccable food and service. At $244/night, you can find much better. We were to stay 5 nights but left.

The hotel is quite nice. Rooms are well equipped. Lack of free internet is a disadvantage. The hotel restaurant is good, however I don't recommend ordering pizza there, as in my view it is far from what a pizza should be.
