Very nice small, inexpensive, family run hotel in safe, friendly central old city. Great restaurants and historical sites very close by. Clean rooms with daily cleaning and night porter security. Lovely showers and air con works fine. Comfortable beds.

Arzu was the best! Thoughtful and caring owner of Divalis Hotel! Staff were also very accomodating. Room were exceptionally clean with an added advantage, the spacious seating area at the balcony!

The best place in Istanbul to stay there and you feel as at your home. Stuff are very nice, all servises are available.

Nice place and nice people. Location is perfect for the main touristic places: Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Yeribatan. Tramway T1 can bring you to Galata Tower and Dolmabahce Palace in very short time. The hotel is clean, the people are willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us (family, 2 children) it was the first trip to Istanbul but it will remain as a memorable journey. Hope to come again. Istanbul is definitely a place wich must be seen in a lifetime, but not once, it is not enough. We will choose the same hotel for sure and we will recommend it to our friends.

Staff very friendly, always wanting to help you and rooms very clean but Wi-Fi is terrible. Wasn’t working when we arrived and staff have since said it’s working but still just as terrible. Great location and breakfast was ok.

The hotel is very clean and friendly. The manager of the hotel is also friendly and very helpful — she likes people. Breakfasts are delicious with fresh fruit and homemade cakes. I spent there one week and I am sure I will come back to Divalis again.

This boutique hotel was very clean, well located and reasonably priced. The owner and staff were very helpful. As it is the low season, we were offered a room upgrade and they allowed us to keep our luggage whilst we travelled around Turkey. The rooms are decent sized with modern interiors. We arrived early in the morning and exhausted from our flight, we allowed to check in very early at 9am which we were very grateful for! The breakfast was delicious and the owner even offered us Turkish tea and coffee. They offered their assistance when required and went the extra effort of arranging shisha at the hotel when we didn't want wander the streets looking for the nearest s. Would highly recommend when staying in Istanbul!

What can I say about this hotel, the place is super clean, room are a good size, bathroom are a good size, staff are the best, friendly, full of smiles, service is A1, happy to help, they go above expectations, the hotel is located in a quite and safe area. For 1st time visitors to Istanbul, the hotel has made our visit enjoyable.
