Worst hotel ever. Very rude and unconcerned staff. They provided me an airport shuttle, it was so terrible that I missed my flight. Very dirty rooms and no room service. Very uncomfortable place that my mother couldn't sleep here. Wi-Fi had very poor connection in my room. Hated everything about this hotel and the non-welcoming staff. Highly non-recommended.

I give this hotel 1 star because it is very dirty, you come in the evening of your flight and the front desk is discussing with you half an hour because you want to pay locally and not online (no money no honey). Afterwards you will be put in a room somewhere in the cellar. The walls are full of mold and holes it stinks the shower is moldy and dirty You turn on the water and see that all the water pipes are leaking. The staff open the doors of any room without knocking. You lie down in the bed and scratch your whole body, instead of blankets you get bed cover. This hotel deserves serious 0 stars and I do not understand how to rate the good.

Avoid this hotel! We got downgraded to a room in the basement. Hearing noises all day and night. We requested blankets and were refused. We asked to get some towels and were told there’s none. The rooms looked nothing like the photos they post on booking websites. Rubbish service. Save yourself the headache. Obviously they refused to refund us for our second booking which was a week later, it was so bad we paid for another hotel to avoid staying here.

Not a bad hotel in the budget segment, we, by the way, madly lucky with the view. The owner is a pleasant person in communication, on Russian says most of the staff.

Very disappointed by this hotel. They canceled our reservation for "no show" although we arrived at the hotel. At the reception, they did not even try to find a solution: we were 3 adults and they showed us a dirty room (painting falling off the walls) with 2 small single beds.
They said the room was already booked 15 min after the cancelation… but on Internet, the room was still free on several websites: they are clearly doing overbooking!
If you don't want to have the same surprise, you know what to do!
I give one star for the good location.

Very disappointed. We reserved 4 months before. When we were on site, we had to wait 4 hours in front of the reception for a room to become vacant?!?!? I thought we reserved? Then we were shown a room that was in the basement. Without windows, with mould smell, dirty showers etc. Just disgusting.
The staff was very unkind did some of the guests. This is what I saw for the first time.
And please don't be tempted by the photos uploaded to the internet.

Great place, clean, location in general recommend.

Very nice and inexpensive hotel. The tram stop is within walking distance, as are the main attractions! Speaking staff are also spoken in many other languages! There is a possibility to have breakfast in hotel.

I did not like at least the room was with low prices anyway that the photos on the internet on the room give another.

Please don't ever stay at this hotel or their sister De Maree. We booked Divas hotel but they sent us to their newer hotel which is still under construction. It is full of dust, paint and construction all over. When we spoke to the manager he was abusive and he was about to hit me as well. I have vidoes to proove what kind of hotel and abuse we received from this hotel. You can contact me for all the videos we recorded which includes the abuse as well. Plus when we came back to Divas they gave us rooms with no toilet seats, air conditioning units falling off the walls, garbage all over the floors etc. We are a group and we booked 3 rooms and all were dangerously unhealthy. 2 rooms had mould and mildew plus stuff we can't even mention. Pictures are false. While we were awaiting a solution to our dilemma several customers came and went with similar complaints.

The hotel is a norm. There are small problems with cleanliness however the price and location compensate for all the other flaws.

The hotel is very poor, the rooms are not very good and the room is not very clean and the rest of the time, towels and sheets not changed and the manager in front of his computer does not even look at you When you make the relevant remarks. Even if you pay extra, you will find yourself in rooms with no windows. It is hard to find worse and when you are trapped you no longer have any recourse especially if everything is already paid. A highly disadvised. I would have preferred to sleep in a box at the corner of a street.

It was horrifying. The complete room was full with mold. The service was bad as hell. Hygiene is a foreign word, our towles and beds were dirty. Just found out that there was a lift on the last day. No one really cared and well it was just a terrifying stay at this hotel. Never again!

On the advertisements on Agoda it says it's 4 star. It's actually a 3 star. More like 1 star. As the receptionist was showing us to our room we heard a complaint from a elderly couple, complaining about a smell "the smell kills" she said. The receptionist then ignored them and carried on with our tour. As we got to our room the smell hit us. It was truly disgusting. I told my son to open a window… however there wasn't a window! Upon making our reservation we asked for 2 single beds, they was not aware of this but they brought another bed along when we asked again. This bed filled up the rest of the space in the room. However the bed was inverted inwards like a U shape and really uncomfortable. There was also some mould stains on the walls of our room. When we was preparing for our outing the next morning, the room service unlocked the door with no warning, no knock she stuck her head in the door then closed it without a word. She done the same thing the next day. How rude. I do not recommend this hotel. ONE good point: the bathroom was clean and Modern despite the smell and no toiletries.

Attention! Not go to this hotel my mother currently has in Istanbul we offered her a trip we made a reservation with this hotel I let you discover the state of the hotel! Unsanitary humidity Dirty Sheet No hygiene the toilet does not even clean the arrogant and lying cheapskate. We tried to see with expedited having a refund the manager refused… but after sending these photos has shipped it we will refund a party nights.

Very good location with excellent links to main tourist attractions and bazars, nice and polite staff, suitable for families, quite and cosy, shuttle to/from main two airports in Istanbul, thanks guys for the great stay.

Very cheap hotel, so and the service reflects the price. We had no warm water one day there.

Slmz to all. Was a bit apprehensive on the drive from the airport. But once we got to the hotel, we felt at home immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very strategically located about 3 minutes walk from Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and topkapi. Even walking at night wasn't a problem. Will definitely use divas silver again.

As soon as we arrived a nightmare… We booked a room for 4 which was not available. We ended up in a room that could not accommodate 4 people, in short…
So he sent us an extra bed, just awful with springs coming out I let you imagine our 4 day stay with 3 very complicated nights…
The only window in the room given on the breakfast room and meal result forced to pull the curtains, impossible to open to aerate.

Let's not talk about the hyena that remains to be desired… Of all our stay the sheets have never been changed.

It was a very nice Hotel. That Hotel is very bad. I went with my family and we propose to divide to go to a hotel in front so we have to pay for this hotel! Discouraged.

This hôtel doesn't welcome its guests properly! My room was supposed to be ready before 1pm, and it is 1h30pm now, and I'm still waiting for it! The guy with glasses at the front desk doesn't care at all about me, and he wants me to wait as looser at the lobby of the hôtel! Recommandation: Never go There!

Dirty, Doors not secure at all. Someone jumped into my room while locked at night! economy rooms are basement and no window. Otel is Very noisy all night. But owner is gentlemen. No pillow no toilet paper.

Bad boy. Terrible. Impression of humidity and very old. They offered Me a room. No sheets. No towels, no cabinets. No window. Well, I don't follow.

People are reading exactly what their bay! We almost got a room in basement without windows! Kindly we got another room. The staff is friendly. The hotel was a good value for the price. Hotel Not recommended!. No toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom! In the bathroom is mold. We are three to seven days in this hotel and we do not know how to shower here in the mould. After I said your gets a bad review was just grinning. Really bad.

Very good for sleeping, but man can expect nothing much.

Friendly staff and affordable hotel. I found the location to be very convenient as it allowed walking around the city and I used it as a base. Rooms are not huge but sufficient. Breakfast was good.

Content and price doesnt exist I book and paid a room then they said no room and ask to pay more i spend time tired to find a room in expedia then I found after I had paid the first one the next hotel said the same so as it is night I paid more and stay in a dirty room which I booked and paid double bed but I received twin expedia you show us room doesn't exist when we went there we paid price online and paid more in the reception why you show us things doesn't exist today got 2 worst hotel from you expedia need the in reception paid amount not indicated online, need it refund from you.

A lousy place is fine that the price is very economical, but the room left a lot of desire and very dirty, if you want toilet paper you have to pay 20 lire. We were moved from room almost with a threat that if we didn't walk back we would return the money and we had Q go. The rooms overlook with one door to the other room and you hear everything from room to room. There is no heating they give you a blanket and they say Q you hold the cold. In short a lousy place I would not recommend it.

First night in bad room on complaint we then got a better one. A impudence. Service is nice but breakfast buffet has a very small selection.

It is a hotel that is not worth anything has cats down the hallways without a break to the basement where it has rooms is not worth anything.

Not the best place. Have to say every time if you need a towel or toilet paper. Towels are old with holes, Mirrors and other fixings are wobly. Wi-Fi is poor. But price is really cheap. Staff is friendly.

My experience at Diva's hotel was nightmare the staff was so rubbish very bad attitude un respectful room where so disgusting 4 night we slept there they didn't even change the sheets it was all dirty I would never ever come back to that hotel I prefer to sleep in the street rather then that hotel they say the hotel is 4star but to me it looks like 0star dirty and rubbish so I do not recommend anyone waste of time and money.

Located in the Sultanahmet area this hotel is great for tourists with all the tourist attractions just a few minutes walk away. This is tucked away in a nice and quiet place so you are not affected by all the noise of the bustling streets. If you have suitcases with wheels are you plan on taking public transport to your hotel, you have a 5 mins walk to the hotel from the tram stop and its worth knowing that the streets are cobbled and a steep downhill. Packing light can be advantageous. :) Also be prepared for a short uphill climb everyday to the attractions around. This is a good to know so you can be prepared for the climb and pack accordingly. There is a supermarket on the way from the hotel to the tram stop, so you can pick up drinking water, snacks and local delicacies from there. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast buffet with local delicacies as well as the standard cereals, bread and juice suiting all taste buds. There are also a number of restaurants just a few minutes away so you can enjoy Lunch and dinner in the area. Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia are just barely 5 minutes walk away. The spice market, grand bazaar, the Sirkcesi pier, galata tower are all just a few tram stops away. At the reception, when you check-in for 2 euros, they offered us a map of the area with all the tourist attractions marked on it. We however knew that there was a tourist information centre just around and hence went to pick a free map from there.

To avoid. Staff rude no Wi — Fi in the room.

Choose another hotel. Bad management and bad manager. It's looking only for the money, not for the client's satisfaction. No returnable money. Plus, cheap interior (furniture snd others). For a 4☆ hotel is the smallest Lcd I ever saw (10" max).
