Highly recommended! This is a treat hotel with incredible views of the ocean. The villas are lovely and staffs are very nice. It is not far from patong or the beach, so it's a great location.

I went here for dinner yesterday and I find buffet menù at special price 499 bht. All you can eat. Very reasonable price for fresh and good quality food. The service was good. Live music. The amazing place and the romantic atmosphere complete the picture. Strongly recommended.

It's a beautiful resort. The ocean can be seen from almost any room within the resort. The main attraction point is the restaurant of the resort. The staffs are also very friendly.

Great view, but not much beyond that. Reception staff not welcoming at all. We rented a bike there and it was delivered without any gas. There's a gas mafia in Patong so I wouldn't recommend it. The toilet got blocked, it's a huge hike to the rooms… not many good points going for it.

Very disappointing for a 3 star restaurant. First, the service is not upto the mark. They forget to serve you water, greet with a smile, etc. Next, the food was pathetic. The seafood I ordered was not fresh and the prawns were almost stale. Finally, this isn't exactly a peaceful location as there are a lot of Chinese tourists here because this place got featured on one of the Chinese travel apps. Overall, you can go to this place for the view, which is ok, but definitely not for the food. I was dissatisfied with everything about this place. I say the view is ok because you can't really see the sunset from this place as the sun actually sets on the other side of the cliff. So, meh. I don't recommend. If you can, drive a few miles, you can reach patong beach and enjoy a better view of the sunset and the beach.

I love the resort. It’s a 5 star resort. Beautiful view from the resort & villas on cliff. Huge rooms. They did special decoration also in the room. Thanks for that. We stayed in sea facing room. Only one drawback was Air con. It was not working properly & was very noisy. Otherwise the resort is so picturesque from any corner of it. Would definitely come back here. It was near to Karon beach but u need to take a taxi till beach which is 3 a away.

Stayed in 2017 and would return. Beautiful hotel in lovely leafy garden setting. Loved the common areas with the huge swing, comfortable seating and children’s play room. The restaurant has fantastic views. Breakfast buffet was good. Be aware that it isn’t walking distance to shops so you will need a taxi or take the shuttle bus that only goes a few times a day. Also as it is on a hill there were lots of steps or a steep path to the reception/ restaurant area.

Views. Service. Quality. Safe. Facilities. This has it all. Except, it is not close to anywhere you may want to visit, and thus you need to factor in transport costs. Otherwise, best hotel of our stay in Thailand.

Everything is fine! The Hotel is separated from other places! The hotel is Huge. The Villas are located on two sides of the road! The Pool is not big on one side, one at all! The Breakfasts are good! It is very difficult to Walk to the villas. The Mountains are steep! There is nothing Nearby. Not The shops, not the café! All you have to ride either on the Karon, or on Patong! 300 b taxi in one way! And the other is more expensive! But the machine goes there and there. Free from the hotel! On time! The View from the rooms is great! Staff Fire! Cleaned every day! We booked the villa as usual and we were given a deluxe! Surprise from the hotel! ) ) The overall experience is great! ) ) ) ) I Recommend)

I need to start by leaving a special mention to TIN. Tin went over and above to accommodate for our 6 night stay. Will less then ideal neighbors on our first night a quick mention to Tin and he had us moved to a quieter location by the time we returned home from site seeing.
Not only does this resort have spectacular views but you can dine whist taking in the serenity. The buffet breakfast can see you full for the day ahead.
The resort also has a pizzeria on site, and while the pizzas do lack the usual amount of topping we are used too, they were still enjoyable.
We travelled at the beginning of rain season and while it did rain (2 days) our room saw us comfortable and cozy.
Onsite is Non-Tree Spa. We indulged in a 3 hour package and absolutely loved it! We left feeling fresh and like new women.
While the location does see you on a cliff the resort does cater by providing a buggy service to pick up and drop off to your door. The small things we requested such as softer pillow and milk for our morning cup of tea were fulfilled without any hindrance and delivered with a smile.

We live in this hotel for more than 10 days. The first day arrived at 13.00. Told to wait until 14.00. As a result waited almost to 15 hours. There are cameras throughout the hotel. We left the phone in the gym on the treadmill. In a couple of hours naturally he was no longer in place. The hotel staff fed us breakfasts promising to help and show a record from the cameras, and there were 2 (inside and outside) apparently covering their staff. As a result on the 3rd day, we were sent away and for a long time… Had to contact the police.
And now on the hotel itself, on the first day got the keys to the room with a dirty floor (judging by the fact that we were occupied 1.5 hours, did not get cleaned). Cleaners by the way do not cope, sometimes came at 5 o'clock in the evening, which is very late.
In the room was found the following living creatures: Skalopendra, 2 cockroaches, lizard. What a fly. The rooms are very very…

Yes by the way, infrastructure 0. Even the bike they do not take off. To get to the nearest inhabited places and beaches only by taxi. So without a right or a pile of money (taxis in Phuket is very expensive) to this hotel there is no point to go. Walking, and we came 2 times, to Karon about half an hour, a very sharp step, and in 32 degree heat, it is terrible.

Great location far enough away from the busy tourist areas to make it much more enjoyable place to stay and just jump on a scooter to find your way around. Spectacular views. No water on arrival as plumbing was down but thankfully that was resolved quickly.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute staying here. Staff have been wonderful and have no complaints. If you can stay here when in Phuket then you have made a great choice. We have booked day to day checking prices and has been right down to what you would pay for a 2 star resort.

Stay today, but there is no service at all, especially Receipton impolite, no one to pick up luggage and ask us to move, rude and black-mouthed mouth. Very dissatisfied.

I’m only giving this hotel 2 stars because the views from the pool are fantastic. But this hotel was not accommodating at all, was insanely over priced (700 baht for a cheese pizza! ), and the location sucks. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance (not even anywhere to get water) so you have to take an over priced taxi from the hotel even half a mile down the road. You can walk but the hill is very very very steep and dangerous. While the pool was nice and the room was ok (our shower head didn’t work properly) I would not stay here again.

Very good value for money, clean and just beautiful setting. Only regret: it makes rent a scooter otherwise take a taxi to access the beaches (only 5 minutes)

I have just left this hotel, in fact I should have stayed 7 nights but after 4 nights we decided to leave, this hotel is situated on a steep cliff, but the hotel have a buggy car that comes an collects you every time you call them on the phone (if your phone works). Our bathroom was infested with black centipedes and mosquito, we complained but was told the maid clean room hahaha, these centipedes come up the plug hole so be ready, this hotel is also full and I mean full of Chinese people, they are the the most unruly people I have ever met, they are loud and ignorant, at breakfast you would think this was the last supper they are soooo greedy.
The food at breakfast is ok if you like toast and orange juice because they only seem to cater for the Chinese.
Getting out and around will cost a fortune in taxi bills to get around, and be prepared to pay over the odds with the til til drivers there out to rip you off also, I rented a car from the airport but I saw other guest getting conned,
This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it would probably struggle to make 3 star, I would definitely not stay at this hotel again, and certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years in Thailand.

Pretty good value for money, hotel own beautiful view. However hotel on a slope and the climbs are rude every day from the rooms to the patio or restaurant of the hotel.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotel is divided into two parts, the second half across the road. But it does not create problems as they carry from the reception to the room. Well ventilated, this is a basic plus. The only minus Dolekova is from the sea. If you cut the way, go through another hotel, located below. Carry on tuk with 10.00 and take it from the beach at 16.00. If you reach your own pace, it will be 200 baht. If it were an earlier time.

Went there often to enjoy traditiomal oven pizza to the kiosk next to the parking area. Prices are fair for a 4 star hotel. Pizza is very nice but is up to which pizzaiolo guy is in charge each time. Most of times was fine. About the restaurant inside is fine if you are boring go out.

Disgusting hotel, constantly wielding Chinese. For breakfast give rice, tasteless noodles and so on. Cook without gloves. The picture number on the booking did not correspond. Loud air conditioning that you can't sleep with. For 10 days the bed linen was never changed. In the lizard's rooms. WE were told that we didn't pay them this money. The person who is responsible for viewing the surveillance cameras by itself that day does not work. The staff is not polite. The nearest beach is very far away, and their pools are more like a swamp. They were afraid to go in there.

In my opinion the standard rooms below the average of the 4 stars of Thailand.

Fabulous days, especially the pool.

Beautiful setting, and on arrival received an upgrade, which was a nice surprise. I did feel that the staff could have been more organised however: I wanted to do laundry, however had difficulty with the form. On calling reception for help, the staff member just kept referring to the safe in the room. Restaurant was ok, I was staying on a day where there was a power cut, so can forgive the slow service. Checking out was chaotic, allow plenty of time if you have anywhere to be afterwards.

Spent 3 nights at this resort earlier this month and it was a great stay! We paid for an upgrade to the oceanfront cabana, which was worth the price. The beach views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable for an oceanfront resort! The entire island and resort were a lot more laid back and calm than other touristy coastal front towns in the southeast. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

A bit rough round the edges, but location and the setting on the hill, overlooking Karon beach, make this a great place to stay.

Loved it. Got free upgrade to brilliant room. Free shuttle into town. Rooms made up daily. Because hotel is on hillside golf buggy to take you on demand. Small but lovely pools. And views are amazing… would definitely recommend.

Magical quiet place… And then there's the unreal landscape.

No access to the sea, no cafes nearby. To the beach on foot on the road without pavement 20 minutes. By taxi 400-600 rubles. Horror. The only Plus is the beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is old, everything dilapidated.

Jan 2018, Big clean hut, all very friendly, huge breakfast buffet. We would come back.

Please don't be falled by the pictures on the website this hotel is worse than terrible. The rooms are dirty and inadequately equipped. The first room they put us in was over a main road and at the top of a hill. The wait for the free hotel transport could be up to half an hour. The room had a corner bath with a pull out shower hose that reached no more than 2ft, you had to sit on the bottom of the bath and hold shower. We moved rooms to same side of road as the restaurant but had 90 steps to walk up from the room to the restaurant and reception every day. We had to live out of our suit cases for 2weeks as there was only 1 tiny wardrobe and no draws. The staff were rude and service was painfully slow. The pool bars were never open and the swimming pools dirty with several broken tiles. We were given a bill to settle 9 days into our holiday! My 8 year old granddaughter was stopped and questioned for taking a croissant out of the restaurant at breakfast and then my husband was told he was a "very bad man" for taking a cup of coffee! AVOID this hotel there are far better and cheaper.

We booked the Deluxe Villa with Sunset view but were unaware that we needed to be driven back and forth up a very steep hill in a golf cart or rusty old truck from our room to reception, the pool, dining area basically the main areas every single time. So this made it so inconvenient to get to our “ Deluxe Villa”. The Villa had a nice view but no shower! No shower! You have to sit down to shower because the shower cord is a metre long and cannot be hooked on the wall. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the bedroom begins to smell of toilet or sewage if you don’t have door and balcony window open. This also means you can’t securely lock your door while you’re sleeping. Not good! I couldn’t sleep from the smell. Next problem: in the middle of the night the power is turned off. So no air conditioning, no lights to find the toilet, no charging phones and no internet. Nightmare. The breakfast was average at best with fruit left out for flies to crawl on and cold eggs. The pool area was terrible. There are meant to be two pools but there was only one and the other under construction. The one and only small pool has broken tiles everywhere (dangerous for children), gross mould and the lounge chairs were stained and dirty and umbrellas the same.

The pools are two, but they are small. There are no bars at the pools.
The villas below have a view of the bushes.
The villas are on top, across the road from the sea, on a very steep slope, with very narrow passages between the villas, have a sea view. But through the dirty roofs of the villas in front.
There is a balcony in the room.
Telly is flat. There are two Russian channels: the first international and the RTR.
The internet is terrible, and did not work on the day of arrival.
The bathroom is nightmarish. The sink is high, squirting from it everywhere.
The shower is not separated. The whole floor is wet after washing.
There are no dryers either in the bathroom or on the balcony.
There is no growth mirror in the room.
In cabinets are not enough shelves for clothes: panties, t-shirts have nowhere to put.

The location is quiet and scenic with great views from the restaurant and some rooms. It is however suffering from complacency and lack of maintenance in some areas. Food at the restaurant was terrible.

I have never had such a displeased stay at any hotel ever. To begin with the front desk and all staff is extremely rude and arrogant. The hotel asks for usd 100 deposit to cover their mini bar menu (I hv not seen any hotel do this before). The resort is located far from Karon and patong Beach. Despite this they only have one shuttle going to n fro from both beaches during the day. I experienced the worst experience today while checking out. The hotel buggy came to take the lu…ggage from the room and to drop us the the reception for check out. As the hotel is located on a cliff there is a steep slope /hike going to the reception area. The driver of the buggy was so reckless while driving and suddenly accelerated the car while going on the slope giving such a bad jerk that it threw my wife off the car and fell on the road and tumbled down the slope. The suffered bad bruises on her body. Despite this the driver and the entire front desk staff was unapologetic about the whole incident. The fall also resulted is damaging a lot of expensive souvenirs we we had purchased. A good hotel and management would have offered compensation however the manager was also unwilling to make good decisions about the loss initially. After arguing for about an hour she compensated for the broken goods. However the manager did not offer to compensate for the bodily injury and mental trauma suffered by wife and me due to the reckless and negligent act of their staff.

They definitely don't live up to my expectations, and my expectations aren't high. Started with charging 80 baht for water when you can buy the same water for 7 baht in any store (its not the money, its principal). The room wasn't clean. Spider webs everywhere, ants on the counters. I had to tell them twice and they still didn't remove the spider webs. I had to do it by myself. My son got virus infection and I called the receptionist and asked him to call for an ambulance, but he could not speak English so he hang up the phone. So I had to call for an ambulance myself. You always have to ask 2-3 for something to get it. I wanted to talk to the manager about all my concerns, but he was never in place. The receptionist said, come back at 2 o'clock so you can talk to him and when I got there two he wasn't there and all the sudden he would come back at 4. I tried this for couple of days and even left message for him to call but nothing happened. Nothing is taken seriously. Choose another resort despite the beutiful view you don't get anything for you money.

The hotel is in a good location, very quiet, located on the mountain, the view of the sea and the big Buddha is absolutely stunning, its own beach is not, to the public (Karon) walk 30-40 minutes, but 2 times to the beach runs a free shuttle, as with Availability of own transport it generally ceases to be a problem.

Very nice green and sea place, quiet located between Karon Beach and Patong Beach. Even if cart to go down the alles are sloping and there are a lot of stairs.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was quite hard. Many power points (2 pin). Staff was helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was good. Wi-Fi only worked intermittently and the safe was locked open when I arrived. The villas are built on a slope so can be quite difficult to access. You may have to cross the expressway to access the reception and restaurant area. The toilet doorknob fell off in my hand and the toilet roll holder also fell off on its own.

I had really nice experience staying at this resort. Private, quiet, clean and beautiful view. Good value for money. Staff are very friendly, they also have free shuttle service to downtown Karon and Patong beach.

It's just something! If you want to enjoy the true view, such a hotel is the only one. Staff courteous, polite, always smiling, to all requests are treated with respect and understanding. The kitchen is a delight. Located between the two beaches of Karon and Patong, there is a free shuttle to both the beach and back (up to 17 hours). It needs to be seen to understand.

Nice place… Very good hospitality… BUT… far from the centre and the pier… The rooms have a weird smell… Having insects everywhere. Mostly bugs… Any how the reason my husband and I booked here is the price only… And FYI: they let us sleep over two nights in another branch called Naina in patong; although our booking was confirmed and payed… Their explanation was not really reasonable "air conditioning problems"! Well it seems it is overly booked and in a way or so they just tried to shush us by an upgrade… I don't recommend it for people with big families… And I don't recommend it for Honeymooners… It is good for single ppl or friends…

Very good Service: Good and on time except taxi services which I guess due to business. Food: Amazing breakfast and variety of dishes. View/location: very beautiful view from home and restaurant. Amenities: Tidy and beautifully organised bed, towels, shower towels, shower tub and other things like cushion sandals, towels for beach, beach bucket, tourch, locker etc. Overall my experience was very good and value for money.

I went in april/16 because of my honeymoon! It´s a really nice resort, huge rooms and comfortable bed. The pool is small compare to the size of the resort but it has a beautiful view. The buffet breakfast is not good just a few things. The resort is really really far from the town and the only way to move there is by a small trucks which are very expensive especially if you take the service from the hotel. They have a pizza restaurant that is sooooo good.

One of the best Place to stay in Phuket. A Bit costlier but youll love your stay. Specially in the villas that are above on a hill with great view of the ocean and swimming pool. Very nice rooms and bathrooms.

This place is a scam. I booked a "superior sea view villa" and ended up on the road side with traffic and a tiny bit of sea blue between trees. A complete rip off. They wanted to upgrade me by charging me 225% the amount for another place closer to the shore and yet little view over the sea. When I declined they refused refunding me and the front desk person called "Joy" used the sarcastic face and did not want to contact her manager. These kind of thieves do not deserve making money. You can find cheaper and better places right on the sea shore for half the price.

I arrived in the evening with the rain, everything seemed different from the photos found on the site. Instead in the morning with the sun I heartened. Villetta 111 beautiful sea view. Only side of the balcony but satisfying with beautiful sunsets… room cozy, clean, Wi-Fi great. So true that I could make video calls in Italy. Towels every day changed, far too much. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The only Becca is that it takes the moped to move about 3 km from Karon and 5 from Patong. Anyway, if I come back, i'il be here. Congratulations to everyone. I'd say great.

More like Secret Hillside Villa, most of the villas with a sunset view are blocked by tree's. Breakfast was good the restaurant menu not so much over priced and tasted like airplane food. They have a pizza restaurant that is pricey but delicious. Do not expect to get your room cleaned daily if you do it will be after 1800. Kings size bed was actually to singles pushed together and very hard. AC works great the mini bar is over priced as well. Better hit up the convenient store for snacks and drink. Water is free of charge. Overall I was content but not satisfied. Staff does not speak English very well.
