There in April 2018. A little too loud in the Hotel to be really good. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly.

Wonderful location. Just opposite to the sea. Nice view fron the balcony. Few pubs are around which are good. Buffet Breakfast is sumptuous and tasty. Staffs are also helpful. And not to forget swimming pool is awesome. It is in 'L' shape. Thus gives you more place to swim.

They charged extra for nothing! On the booking, we had 5 pax, they said it is only for 4, and charged almost 300 USD for 9 nights as an extra bed charge… We did not had any other chance then pay : (

DO NOT EAT AT THE BUFFET! Paid 300 baht for food poisoning. Food is left on the two front tables on display for who-knows how long then served to unknowing customers. Most things are cooked on the same bbq. When I asked our waiter how long the chicken wings had been out, he told me he would ask the kitchen and then proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the night. Also noticed staff removing undercooked food from the table after another customer pointed it out. There is zero knowledge of food safety here.

Nice resort l. Quality stay. Friendly and helpful staff. I totally recommend it.

Location close to the port, surrounded by restaurants, bars and beachfront where you can contemplate the beautiful atatdecer. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful, big and very clean pools. Very full breakfast. Free service to leave suitcases 2 or 3 days to go, for example to Phi Phi without too much baggage. Very comfortable rooms. They offer towels and basket for swimming pool and beaches.

It's not a real resort.

Horrible place left some money out went on the four island tour and came back to find $50 missing. And I come down try talking to management and they don't do anything. They looked at the cameras and said let's go complaint at the police station. In the end I'm still $50 less. HORRIBLE! Police came and nothing happened checked the room keeping and the manager in the glasses kept smiling and said she can't do anything. Didn't even bother to offer to help in any way horribly staff!

Horrible place will charge you for everything and it will say $57 & once your are here they will charge you $98 the service is horrible and will completely lie to your face. Never come here!

I got the reservation at the hotel through Amoma, at an excellent price. But when they arrived at the same, we were placed in a room with 1 square beds (2 twins). Then I asked for one with a 2-seater bed, and they told me to condition it. With my wife, we decided to go for lunch, to give them time for room change. Upon returning, after more than an hour, we were told that our reservation was for the room we were awarded at the beginning. Immediately, we check the reservation: It says, verbatim, double or twins. When referring to the receptionist, he implied that it had been the decision of the attendant, and that we could change if we stayed one more day… In short, if not for this incident, my rating would be the maximum, as the pool is excellent, and the breakfast included very full. It is also located in front of the beach.

A really relaxed and friendly hotel. The staff is really nice and welcoming and will help you arrange various activities if you want to. In or case they help organize a couple of day trips and their recommendations were spot on. Rooms are nice and clean and really well maintained.

Hotel just opposite aonang beach. With lot's of restaurants around the world cuisines near by.

Great food. And adapt the menu to vegetarian on request.

Not good hotel. Room was ugly and old. They must fix rooms. Service was slow.

The rooms were quite dated and not as pictured on the website. Check in staff was quite rude and disagreeable, however was polite the rest of the weekend. Pool, bar and breakfast are great here. We spent two full days by the pool.

Very disappointed with the hotel overall for the following reasons: 1) Wifi was rubbish. Not only do you need to keep logging in every two hours, the internet was so slow that you could barely check your emails let alone any social media. 2) Towels. For peak season one would expect that there would be enough towels for the pool or beach. Not only did they run out of pool towels and required we use our room ones, all towels were very old and worn out. Upon return to our room, towels were not replaced so a shower was out of the question until I went looking for housekeeping. 3) Housekeeping slow and inefficient. It took them until 3pm to finally clean the room. However not every area was cleaned. The floor was still dirty. The sheets on the sofa bed were dirty and the pillows stained. 4) Fitness room a joke. The equipment didn't work or were on their last legs. The treadmill was such a cheap version that upon standing on it I almost slipped off and tripped over. A serious safety hazard. The whole room needs a good clean with the so called carrots stained and very dirty. No water nor towels in the 'gym'. 5) Gala dinner scam. This was by far the most disappointing. As we decided to stay over 31/12, they insisted we pay 3000THB each for a New Years dinner as compulsory. They tried to force us to pay and have dinner in their rather poor hotel restaurant as a kind of surplus charge.

Good location. Breakfast is the same type as always in Tae. The rooms are clean. Pool is great. The hotel stands across the street from the beach noppprat. The beach is a kind of extremely strong during low tides the water goes to nearby islets.

I feel comfortable and like this Resort so much. The staff is very helpful and polite when you need call a transport and ask for location. Good Location, near food stall and beach, The bed is clean. Reception is very good. I went to this Hotel at 3/4/2015
