Very good hotel with good facilities and good staff. Simply loved the hotel. Very near to beach. You will love the location and enjoy the holiday.

Good service and the room are very clean the swimming pool is not that big but is clean, you also hv pool and u can play until late.

Very nice and new hotel. Slight issue with balcony door but the staff said they will have it fixed. If you have difficulty going up and down stairs the hotel may not be suitible.

The hotel was a real fool. As soon as someone closes a door, it pops up in the whole house and the air conditioning buzzes so loud that you notice a Virbireren (especially at night is very annoying) sleeping impossible! The Wi-Fi is very poor and the elevator does not work. And it's been a couple of months. In addition, the stairs are very steep (beware of carrying the suitcase up) … Hot water is also not always available! Only the breakfast is so reasonably good!

The place is meant to be 'new' but it is well run down. We arrived to no elevator with our 1 year old son and when I inquired when it will be fixed and I was told next week. Next week arrived and no changes. This elevator had been inoperative for more than 3 months. Totally unacceptable. The stairs are nightmare from hell with each step feeling like you are plunging to death because they are so steep. I asked if we could heat my son's food and surprise surprise the microwave also doesn't work. Nothing in the hotel seems to work it's either broken or non existent. The receptionist on our arrival was the most rudest and had major attitude problems. (name apparently is not allowed to disclosed) On the bright side the other receptionist was wonderful and she helped by taking our son's food to another hotel to heat it up and was very helpful and approachable unfortunately before I could thank her she had been replaced by Ms attitude. The bathroom smelt like the local rubbish dumping ground it was horrific. The cleaning was average and the towels they gave us was shocking to say the least. Blood stains, ripped, old and at one point a mysterious colour that was very questionable. By day two we'd had enough and wanted to speak to the manager who refused to come and only spoke to us on the phone saying everything was going to be fixed the next day by 3pm. Offcourse the next day after coming from a very nice tour of the emerald pool tour it was business as usual with nothing fixed.

High grade hospitality. Lack of lift reduces one star though work is going on.

Very good value, excellent breakfast, good rooms, only downside while we were there was the elevator was being updated and 4th floor internet was poor.

No one to help with bags noisy and internet was bad. Though staff at reception was helpful… breakfast had good number of options.

No more! Loud! Door bangs since no seals are installed and still no elevator. Stairs are built steep steps for shoe size 25. Etc.

Good price, great service, fine room and facilities, bad breakfast & if you get a room on the 4th floor you have to walk up theres no elevator. Its really bad when you forget you stuff and you have to go to. Your room to get it, in a positive way like exercising.

Price/kachestvo! We liked.

We stayed here 5 nights. Room look the same as in the pictures of reservation page, spacious and modern. At the time we were staying here, there was some noise from building repairs. Also Wi-Fi didn't work in first floor. Staff was very friendly and always smiling. They understood english quite well.

“4 star facilities at 3 star prices” Amazing experience. The property was brand new opened recently. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff was courteous and helpful. Clean swimming pool, designer lobby. Frankly, I wasn't expecting such high quality at these rates. Overall a highly satisfying excellent experience.
