I am here for my quarantine period and it is good value for money. It’s neat and clean. Being fetched from the airport was efficient and very safe; they are very attentive to the safety of guests, as well as their own. The room (a suite) is spacious enough and well equipped. The staff are attentive and responsive, as well as friendly (certainly as much as one can be over Line and the phone) and kind. I asked for a table for the balcony and got it within an hour, as also a stationary bike. The price was low compared to others I had checked out online. I am very pleased with my choice.

For me the biggest problem was the language barrier.
The rest comfortable dining room of choice despite the forties. Satisfactory
On the other hand I do not like the screws of buildings 1 and 2 … Annoying for privacy.
Quarantine the closure of the pool…? It's not justified.
Otherwise overall out of quarantine this must be a nice hotel.

Good property with spacious rooms having necessary amminities, and good staffs.

This hotel îs cheeting the clients. Do not make any reservations in their hotel. They write a good rate in USD. Afterwards, when you make the reservations, you get the final confirmation in THB at a rate of 35, 70 Baht, for 1 USD. They write also in the confirmation that the reservation îs Non refundable, to be sure that they ve catched you. When you arrive în the resort as we ve arrived today, you can find out that the rate îs of 30, 14 THB, for 1 USD, and that you must bring money from at home, to continue your journey, as we did today. The ladies from the hoteldesk, just explained us that If we do nota like the prices, in THB, we can cancell. But how to cancell, as long as we and our friends, travelled 12000 km for a holiday. So in we were put in the situation, to accept, their price of 129060 THB, instead of 3200 USD, as we have pressed the button when we did the reservation, and we agreed to book according the offert from sptember. The ladies from the reception desk,, advised us also, to cancell and to make, a new reservation. We kept the former reservations, because after many hours, of travel, we did not want to start to search another hotel. In the menține, w
e wanted to show to everyone that we have right.

Good staff and dicipline.

Has Indian breakfast option. Need to buy water for additional third bottle. No laundry service… need to wash your know clothes with the washing machine and dryer. Reception at times is rude and doesn’t give much details.

This is best hotel in pattaya rooms are very big n staff se very humble especially Jimmy from reception he is awesome guy ready to help n listen to u… I stay in this hotel on my birthday they give me a cake n celebrate my birrhday… u guys rock.

Horrible staff. Specially at Reception. Right now I am at this hotel and my daughter is not well. I am waiting for more than 3 hrs but they are not giving me a single room. Staff RJ, Deepansh and all reception team is very rude and misbehaving. I will never ever recommend anyone this property. Staff is really not helpful and showing negative attitude. Extremely bad. Being a hotelier, never seen such a bad property in my life. Horrible, horrible and just horrible. Please don't go guys.

Very worst behaviour of staffs. They treat badly. They don't know the hospitality. All the staffs attending customers are rude in behaviour.

My experience with this hotel was very nice. The view was very nice.

It's not 4 star hotel. Hotel is good and clean but basic amenities like door mat, bath room mat are not available. A/c remote is not working. No shampoo. No saving kit in the room. Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is very good. Food is okay. Good to stay for short holidays in middle of Pattaya.

I would rather suggest never to go for this hotel Breakfast in restaurant without attendant wait for refill for 15 to 20 mins no backup team for overload. You request room cleaning : It will only be done after checkout rooms get cleaned. Your number will come after that no matter even if it is 4pm Front desk is helpless but without sorry and at times harsh reply and raised volumes Prefer avoid tour operators offering this hotel for stay.

This feels like a community hotel, clean rooms, cheap rates, big pool (one on the terrace as well. Lot of indian crowd free breakfast. Service is good. Staff is friendly and fast. Overall better than average hotel.

We stayed in this place in the month of April 2018 and we are from India. About this place out is not the same as it appears in the photos online so do not go by it. The page is located inside a narrow lane next to Pattaya Hospital, the hotel is not centrally ac so you will feel hot every where. The ac in the rooms were not functioning and had to spend sleepless night because of the heat in the room the rooms do not have fans too. No action was taken by rude staff even after making several complaints about the ac not working in the rooms. The swimming pool is also not good for ladies and children because groups of drunk men are sitting and drinking at the pool side and ogling at girls making it uncomfortable. The breakfast area is in a state of mess and looks like we were having breakfast in a fish market with lots of noise.

The hotel doesn't look that promising at first glance, but is a very good hotel when you come in. There's a swimming pool when you enter, and they allow you to get in the pool even before check-in. There is also a water slide at the pool! What I did notice is that the pool was the same height (1.5m) everywhere, so it is a little hard for shorter people to get there and freely swim. The baby pool is also too shallow. There is no proper 4 feet pool there. The rooms are good (we got the Superior room), with the usual assortments of features you would expect in such a room. The hotel is very close to the Central Festival mall, which is great, so there are some shopping opportunities. Overall, it's a great hotel at a great price.

Good hotel. Not better. But affordable one. Rooms are Ok. One can go for it as the location of the hotel is near to the market and beach.

Welcome staff is very rude. Time for breakfast is to be increased by 1 hr. In the restaurant they were unable to handle guest. Hotel is not up to the Mark. I would suggest don't go for price. You should choose better hotel. For every thing they are charging huge amount.

Good hotel to stay. 2 pools. A buffet Breakfast. Maid service excellent. The staff is friendly. In the future we will consider this hotel again. Rested in March 2018.

Great hotel for three stars. Clean, tidy. Very friendly staff. Two pools, nice rooms, great location. No complaints. To visit with children is quite suitable, if not to wait for children's entertainment and animation.

Location is prime. Closer to beach. Hotel rooms are ok. They have bath tub but no foaming gel. There was no shower gel. Only soap was there. There were no door mats nor bathroom mats. Food was good. Variety of menu.

Loved it. Great service with swimming pool and gym. Only one problem, the corridor sound echos too much. You can hear people conversing even when the main door is locked.

It's a very nice hotel with various options for breakfast and main course. The hotel rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. The breakfast is complementary in hotel once you book it. It has swimming pool, bar. I had enjoyable stay here.

Great space but the door to a balcony can't open. After I informed the staff, nobody came up to open it.
However, totally worth the money. Good facility and super great location. Food and all shops are all nearby.

We liked the hotel, were in January 2018. The only downside in our opinion is the monotonous breakfast. There are many dishes, but always the same thing. Hindus have not heard, but their darkness. Certainly not 4 stars, but 3 + for sure. Good location compensates for a lot.

Awesome hotel for stay in pattaya. Located in the market place. Good for shopping around the hotel. Bars, exchange counters, souvenirs, etc. Good for that type of people too…

Very dirty hotel. The room was very clean. 2 times changed room. Ants and cockroaches walk on the room. There are not enough seats at the pool. The photo from the site does not correspond to reality. Only 1 star can be given to the hotel. Don't waste your money on this hotel. Wake up very disappointed.

Clean rooms and about 10 mins walk from Pattaya beach road. That's all. Almost no service staff very rude and only one answer "sir finish". Breakfast time upto 10 but be their within 9 else they don't refill even after request which is very awkward. Demand for tips of staff is very high and managers are useless and rude. Check out is very time consuming. Suggest to keep atleast 20 mins in hand for check out. Food average.

Was not happy with the place. Staff was rude, cockroaches in room and the property was not maintained. Didn't enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was decent but it was managed badly by the staff.

A good hotel for family stay. Large rooms with king size bed and bath tub. A good Indian restaurant in the hotel. Good pool with nice changing rooms and pool bar. Very near to market. Many Indian restaurants nearby. Beach is just 1 km away.

Hotel staff specially staff handling breakfast area is pathetic. They get panic very easily, and don't bother about the guest at all & sometime shout as well. Same goes for reception staff as well. If I just talk about hotel rooms, and other things hotel is at prime location, close to second road, walkit street, beach etc. Good pool area, spacious rooms, pool facing rooms, a small and cozy gym.

Good day! We Stayed at this hotel for 3.10.2017 to 26.10.2017. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony. The Pool was two, bathed more often in the pool on the 8th floor, as the lower pool had a lot of Chinese and Arabs. The Women of the Arabs bathed in their wounds, roughly speaking, they washed themselves in the pool. The ROOM Itself is very nice caught, the room is large, the air conditioner was located comfortably not above the bed. The Fridge was spacious enough, about 1, 5 meters high. The room cleaned every day, but after 13:00. So the rest was a success.

Lovely hotel with superb view and proper location from pattaya beach.
Our room was upgraded with delux room with pool view, as they could not provide us with proper facility room. Along with the upgradation we got complimentary pool bar coupons which was amazing!
Breakfast buffet was simply awesome!
Rooftop pool view is also lovely. Being on couple trip we both enjoyed alot!

The Room is nice, there is a balcony, but the view from the balcony is not much-somewhere on the street… No cabinets or shelves for clothes. The Service is normal. The Only minus is the crowds of Hindus who inhabit every day! In General, the hotel for 4 stars is not pulling.

Nice place. Large pool. Caters to a lot of tourist groups so lobby is packed. Not recommend for family… anyway who would bring kids to Pattaya.

Had the great experience of staying in this Hotel in our vacation to Pattaya. The pool, lobby, rooms and the overall ambience was really nice. Their check in time is 2pm but we got the room at 11am as they understood that we have a baby with us. I must recommend it to others.

Avoid this hotel if you have other options Reception team is mannerless. They laugh at you and even shout on you when you ask for feedback and complain form. If you are stuck somewhere and need to use hotel’s phone, their policy won’t allow you to make any call from reception desk.

Room service not good, have to pay for drinking water after your complementary water bottles get over. Tea, coffee, Milk and Sugar packets are limited. U won't get if its over once. Per person one packs. Means person should drink one tea a day. Wow that's great.

Nice hotel at this price. Bit far from beach road but one can walk or take tuktuk.

Not 4 stars for sure! Clean and comfortable. But there are no closets and bedside in the room. Things to lay down. No disposable toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos, slippers. The service is friendly. There are two pools (one on the patio, the other on the roof). Convenient location-near the Central Festival, exchangers. Walking distance (15-20 min. ) Walking Street and the pier to the islands.

Location is good, room is also good but toiletries in superior twin bed room is not upto satisfactory level.

Service at the front desk was excellent but the unit I had was not cleaned thoroughly until the day after check-in. It was a little noisy at night sometimes because the entry doors were hollow and not solid. Overall, it was fairly good. The hotel is located in a centralized location, it's close to restaurants, bars, markets, and beach.

Very bad reception attended service.
They are behaving in a way that you have done favour on them by staying here.
I am still waiting at the hotel reception for the early check in and still no revert from the reception.

We are staying here now in three rooms. The hotel could not give us three rooms on the same floor so they upgraded us and gave us suites on separate floors. The rooms are very nice. The pool is ok. Close to shopping center and to beach. Breakfast was fine. One BIG problem, the other guests are VERY noisy. Perhaps the acoustics are bad, but I found this quite annoying.

Great rooms, the rooms are pretty big too. The bed is not that comfortable or soft. They charge you huge amount if you made any mess so beware of that. The pool is great and clean. Mostly this hotel caters Indian groups so don't be surprised to see 70% of Indians in this hotel. All around it's good hotel with all amenities in the room, close to Mike shopping mall.

Beds are totally hard. Air conditioning is not so right. In all, you could do more with the right management from this hotel.

Price performance fits:) Very friendly staff, even the mini bar is cheap. Room something "clinical" but as stated price performance fits:)

I will never recommend to stay in this hotel. The hotel is with good rooms and prime location, but the staffs in the reception and the service is like hell. This will ruin the complete day. Some of my experience… 1) They kept me waiting for long in the reception with very bad service. 2) Iron box is offered for 30 minutes, which they will not deliver in the room and will not take from the room. Means they will make it more than 30 mins if you not give it and will charge you extra. 3) Keeping damaged items in the room. They charged me 500 Bahts for the kettle. When I told the reception that it was not damaged and the kettle top was like this before coming, he told me that he is in the morning shift and he doesn't know any thing except that the previous shift people have written this and gone… Simple thing is that the deposit money have been retained by them. 4) Asking water in the night (around 9 pm) … They will charge you double rate for the service. The main aim of the hotel is to make money and good service is nothing to them since they know that 98% of us are tourists and will not come back again. Check for some good hotels nearby since there are lots and lots of good hotels in Pattayya, Thailand.

Proper price and decent pool.

Grand Bella is brand new hotel at a very convenient location in Pattaya. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach, 6 minutes walk to the Central Festival Area and 5 minutes to Walking Street by the shared van (Price/Person 10BTH). Central Bus Station (to catch an air condition bus to Bangkok) can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes by shared van; however, you need to transfer once (Total Price/Person 20 BTH). Plenty of Bars, restaurants, adult entertainment places, shops and street markets are around the hotel. Therefore, if you forget to bring your beach towel or bikini, or just want to have a beach side lunch, no problem at all. Besides the location, breakfast is the other thing that I liked in this hotel. This hotel has one Indian and one Thai restaurant to serve buffet breakfast. Over twenty different dishes/items are served in each of this restaurants. In both Restaurants, foods are very tasty. The hotel has around 350 rooms. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Besides regular toiletries, umbrella is also provided in each room. The hotel has a large pool with Jacuzzi and water slide. Fresh Towels are provided at the pool side free of charge. Online reservation service is very smooth and the reservation staff Anna was very helpful to serve my late checkout request. However, I must mention about some drawbacks of this hotel.
