Spacious rooms and a nice rooftop swimming pool. The staff is helpful and the location is good. The rooms need updating, especially the wallpapers as they are torn and dirty.

The hotel is a decent one considering the vicinity of many happening places close to it. The hotel staffs were really cordial and cooperative. A worthy option for someone traveling to this city.

Good all round hotel. Facilities well maintained and staff courteous without being over bearing. Room is clean and the bed is big. Breakfast was just ok, usual buffet with an omelette station. 3 minutes walk to the new tree town area. The road it to s on was quite quiet although some building work going on however I hearnno noise during my stay.

The location wasn't perfect but the hotel is clean and decent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast a little bit poor for a 4 stars hotel. Overall if I want to rate it as 4 stars hotel he'd take 7 /10 but value for money I can easily give it 9/10.

Please don't ever go this hotel, its a pathetic hotel. So constructive and no proper room service and no good amenities, very small rooms and balcony as well and during the time of checkout they search the entire room for each and every item they have kept like searching for a lost diamond, that too by making the customer to wait for 30 to 45 minutes. Very poor service and really costly for the amount we paid.

Large rooms, very clean. Huge roomy shower. Lovely staff. The location is great, and even though it is centrally located near all the action, the noise was not loud enough to keep me up. There is a great rooftop pool that is well kept and rarely busy. The only real negative is that it's right across the street from "PP Massage, " a large soapy massage parlour that caters to men. If that's part of the reason you're in Pattaya, then this will be a plus for you. Personally, I found the massive busses filled with tourists who navigate the narrow street to get there to be a bit of an annoyance. You will find that pedestrians are often an annoyance to large vehicles, and this is no exception.

On a positive note, this hotel is clean, breakfast is simple but good and the location is ideal in being a short walk from all the noise and traffic of Pattaya On a negative note on checking out from the hotel we were told by staff on reception that we had cracked a drinking glass in the room and we had to pay for it! We hadn't even used the glass so we refused to pay! The hotel provided their taxi to take us to the port on our departure. A price was agreed prior to our departure but the driver insisted we paid more when he dropped us off. If you use this hotel beware of what we saw as suspected scams. Overall this is a good hotel despite the building work going on around it and the noise from single male guests coming back at night with local females.

The price is OK, breakfast should have both wild knives, environment clean, quiet, room neat, no toothpaste toothbrush provided. The first time to live no carpet both sprinkle shop, less expensive gas but it is clean and comfortable outside, it is worth a praise. The swimming pool is thin, the pond is general, the foreigner is basking in the sun mostly. Adjacent to the red boarding area, large shopping malls such as Big C Extra, about 10 minutes away, quiet with Wang. Well, wrong.

Good hotel, having 4 stars, is at centre place from all the great places in Pattaya. Good ambience, nice amenities, Co operative staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is small but with a difference of depth. The rooms are nice, we had a deluxe room, there are bathrobes in the room. The balcony is small. The lobby accepts cards from 500 batt.

I recently stayed at the Adelphi hotel for 14 nights having had 2 bad experiences at other hotels in Pattaya. I cannot speak more highly of the cleanliness of the room, & friendliness & attitude of the staff who appeared to like their jobs & went out of their way to please. In particular Jinda Luangta (the Assistant Manager) who was so thoughtful & caring with the way she treated people. I was a little bit reluctant to write this review because I consider this hotel my secret & do not really want to share it with anybody else.

Nice hotel down a little side street clean rooms friendly staff great location very central looks good so far will update if that changes.

Really great spot, new hotel, good staff, good housekeeping and attentive security with safe off street parking. Room deals were very good (prior to peak season) and I felt it was all quality for the price. Simple but good breakfast, nice attention to detail. Problem now is I can't book in as you all have taken my room : ( Quiet location but near the badlands too if desired.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Good quiet location. I would stay everytime by choice but the prices can go too expensive sometimes. Recommended if the price is right.

Great hotel. Good location and hotel is very clean. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Hotel is very centrally located and with in walking distance of Pattaya beach, Central Festival Mall and the night market. Taxi’s are waiting right outside the door. This is my second stay here and will stay here again next time I come here. Would like to thank the manager and staff for a great stay. Special thank you to Assistant Manager Jinda Luangta who answered any questions and took care of any problems. Wonderful person and beautiful Lady.

A decent hotel with good quality service and rooms. Most value for money hotel. Negative points:- Little far from beach road. No AC in the hotel corridors.

This place is the best. Quiet in your rooms. Great location. Clean. Modern and super friendly staff. The breakfast is the best so far on our trip. Bart busses go past the end of the street so easy to get here and around Pattaya.
And the rooftop pool and bar is fantastic. Booked online for the best deal. Would stay here again.

Love this place, near to everything without being too busy and the rooms are big and bright. Staff are just great.

70+ TV channels, modern rooms, best price for value I had in Thailand (Deluxe room with balcony under $35 USD) good vegetarian choices for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
