We absolutely loved our stay at Acqua Hotel Pattaya. We did not have a booking but turned up and the staff were absolutely beautiful and kindly accommodated to our needs.
The rooms are beautiful and clean. The food and buffet breakfast is nothing we have experienced before.
A very special thank you to Suthalinee Na Ranong you have made us feel like family and very welcome we are definitely going to be back and recommend to everyone we know coming to Pattaya

Excellent accommodations and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing the swimming pool very good view and big all perfect stay.

Average… the room AC is in pathetic condition. Have to wait and wait for the room to cool… do not have a laundry service although they source it from outside. Very rude of them not to send someone to collect laundry. Insist on taking it there. We requested for cold water but they sent warm. They refused to replace. Breakfast is same everyday and nothing that great.

Best hotel I have stayed in and I have been to Pattaya many times. Reasonably priced too.

We just loved the hospitality of the hotel and food too.! The hotel is located in city centre and it's a happening place.! Especially good to book a this hotel for Indians, hence there are lots of Indian hotels around this hotel, just 5 minutes walk to beaches all together had a wonderful time.

Very nice modern clean rooms although a bit small. Breakfast buffet provides good selection of Thai and continental food in a clean comfortable aircontioned area. Good location and staff friendly.

Right in the middle of all the hustle bustle. Walking distance from Pattaya beach, Walking street, Tiffanys and other attractions. Excellent location. Rooms are too small, okay for couples but not suitable for family with kids. Breakfast was the highlight, good spread of continental and Thai cuisine.

Nice, clean modern hotel. Location is great! The hotel is split into two separate buildings which do not connect at any point. In order to use the pool/sauna/gym you need to walk out of tower two and over to ground floor in tower one (if staying in 2nd tower). Which doesn't make a lot of sense. There is also no air con in shared spaces (lifts, corridors) and with one room key that activates the electricity in rooms, once you leave for the day, aircon is turned off until you return. (It does cool down relatively quick once on) Shower has seals but still it leaks whilst in use onto the tiles in bathroom. Overall a good hotel, with some improvements to be considered. Lovely staff! Would stay again.

This hotel is not 4 star. This hotel is 5+ star. The best hotel and the best staff in pattaya. Pool is infinity. Wonderful view. Room with beautiful style. Location 1 min walking from central festival mall. Best location ever. I will come back again for sure! All what u need in your vacation is here! Pool on top roof with bar very happy place.
