We stayed heres. Very bad experience. Hotel crew's behaviour is astonishing. No amenities like Wi-Fi, room service etc. Pool timings r restrained. It looks firstly a 3 or 4 star hotel from advertisement or pics. In reality it is low than budget hotel but with high prices. Keep a distance from Eastiny Hotel Plaza.

Nice experience. Room service everyday. Breakfast is good in 200 baht. Swimming pool is nice. They might charge you extra depending whom (guest) you are taking in. If you are a bachelor, call them and discuss before booking.

Rooms are ok and in a good location.

Not a good option. Location is OK but the behavior and the service is not good. We have booked a room before 1 week, at the time of check in we got to know that they gave the room someone else and offered us another room with paying 400baht more. They took 2000baht extra at the time of check in.

Nice ambeince in a budget expense. Location is good. Nearby to all attraction. This is a guest friendly hotel. Hotel got swimming pool and bar. Food is good. Staff specially the house keeping deoartment are very nice, always smiling and very polite. Will be back soon there.

Rooms could do with alittle up dating if you want a relaxing night you can not as the bars right across are so loud and dont finish until 3am only good part is that staff are nice.

The rooms have not enough lights, the washroom are not cleaned properly as the there is a particular weird smell in the washroom and water clogged. Even the shower is broken. Only the salad and omelette was good in breakfast.

This rating is purely from a staff stand point. The receptionist is a moron who doesnt give a rat’s bottom about the customer. Always busy in her phone and doesnt respond at all. Throws a lot of attitude and is least interested to work. She is absolutely worthless and doesnt deserve to be at the front desk. She should be out there in the kitchen doing dishes or something.

Clean and tidy. Handy to Mall, shops, beach etc… Right next to bars so not the best place to come for a quiet time.

The hotel is generally on grade, the budget option chose it based on the fact that we were not going to spend time in the hotel. For undemanding holidaymakers. There is a swimming pool (open from 10 to 19), breakfasts (from 7 am to 11 am). Rooms with sea views are available. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, shops, market.

At first we thought this would be Great, near to the beach and near to the party’s. We asked for a room way up so we could sleep and don’t Hear the noise. So we payed before we came into the room, that was a big mistake. It smelled bad, the music was so loud, it was like we were Still in the bar, the Wi-Fi didn’t Even work, the bed was grose and the bathroom looked Nice and big on the pictures but it was so small I couldn’t even turn.

The hotel is good. Breakfast ia also good. But there is lady receptionist in the day shift who is very rude and her language is very cheap and filthy. She should be kicked out from the hotel as the reputation of the hotel will get spoiled for her… otherwise everything is ok.

No frills room with everything in fine working order. Some guests can be a little noisy. Hope the Wi-Fi will get better.

Friendly staff, great room, wet room and service. Noisy but mainly bass drum of group performing across street. Would stay here again.

NO PRE Check in we were waiting all the time out side in the morning WE TOLD will pay charges for early checking they are saying all blaa blaaa.

Nice location very near to beach with lots of night life hangouts. Very near to Pattaya night bazaar and Madras Darbar for Indian food. Walking street too is near. But hotel doesn't have swimming pool. Door service massage can be availed from near by parlours.

Pls to all of my frns. Never visit this hotel. To much worth staff and specialests for indians… Hospitality is very very poor. Room conditions are very bad. And bad smell in all rooms. And in breakfast lounge staff is treat very badly… And speaking worst language… To much noise came in all rooms in night till 4am. We can't sleep properly. And Ac is not working properly. Good location but difficult to find the hotel since there are three four hotel with the same name.

Good location close to all the night life and the beach, clean and recently renovated rooms. The only downside is the loud music from outside continues until early morning.

Disgusting hotel. The staff lives on its own wave. Normal only cleaning lady. Tried to take first to another hotel of the same network from plaza to place. The hotel is still a loaf. The room was very… It turned out like they had no seats in that. After the demand went down the street back and places found.

The hotel waa centrally located to the mall and beach road. It's a bit dates and could use some renovation. The towels were a bit tattered too. The internet was also pretty unreliable, but it was economical for a large space.

Was superb I thought rooms were great for the price had a swimming pool and the staff were very helpful what more can you ask for and the location was where you wanted to be.

Great location for the price. But you have to be prepared for him to be surrounded by all sides of the bars, so evening silence in the room will not wait. The cost is exactly the same as the services provided. Yes, the numbers are not new, but if the owner makes a full renovation, then the price will be much higher. Cleaning does good, floors wash up, not just sweep, it's a huge plus. The hotel has a very good location. Suggest.

Worse service, unfriendly staff. When we check out they ever charge 50batts for water bottles (normally bottle cost 7 batts in 7eleven) without any insuructons in the room. Bed wasn't good, Bathroom & balcony doors wasn't working/close property. I have been to so many countries this was my worse stay every. Stay away people!. Give yourself a favor! Thank you.

The hotel was not at all, even to stick the bike will not. Situated in the narrow walk a narrow prolock. Very noisy at night on any floor. For guests need to pay extra. The rest of the hotel is not bad, unpretentious, cozy.

9 days ago I was stayed here. It's environment is good. It's staff & security system is also good. I have lot of memorable moments here. Special I can't forget Mrs. Aoy. She is really good. I will miss you… best of luck Aoy… I love you…
