Hotel staff is very rude. Specially reception staff ladies & a man in night duty in reception.
They have to understand that the salary & money he is earning it is given by the tourists like us.
Very bad experience with hotel staff. Never want to stay in this hotel.

Central to everything, still to try out the pool and staff very friendly and helpful, working hard to restore 5th floor Wi-Fi.

Well it was a good experience having stayed there but could be more better if the staff deliver a smile each time they interact a guest, which I personally found missing. Overall I had a nice comfortable stay and the best part is the massage parlour that's in the hotel which reduces the burden of going out for massage. I forgot the name of the massage parlour though.

Very very rude staff and very lethargic… they will take forever to check you in… they provide only plastic glasses in the rooms… if you ask for extra glass… they will straight away refuse! They won't even provide drinking water… pathetic breakfast option, … in fact it's the same menu for forever.

Centrally located at cheaper rate. I have one request to Bella Express managment that you must have aware that in this hotel lot of Indian are staying in this I feel that in TV programme you should have atleast one / two Indian channels. It will help pass the time in the afternoon. I had been checked in this hotel for 4 times last two years. Please look in to this request.

My experience with bella express is to good all staff are so good (special think is the room is very nett and clean as well as washroom all service are very good.

Hotel is clean, all services and amenities are superb. We enjoyed at swimming pool. Daily indian buffet breakfast is nice. Hotel is located at Walking distance from Pattaya beach and famous alcazar show.

VERY noisy, sleep impossible at all tungus raging lead moths in one word not to rest.

Expectations were higher. We read reviews, watched photos. But on the fact of arrival — tired hotel. The rooms are very basic compared to other hotels of this level. Of the pros: a decent pool with a small water slide and location.

Of the pros: on the ground floor restaurant, buffet 200 baht per person; Across the road local cuisine; Centrally located, convenient for City hangouts; Clean, cleaning, change of linen in time. Small pool, but there is a sauna. More suitable for young people and fans of the evening Tuscha.

Best place for first time visitor's. They do have swimming pool. You can bring in guest without any charge's. Overall it's a good place at reasonable price!

Such a fake and worst hotel I ever stay in my life. Very rude staff and worst food. I wpuld give minues 5 star to them.

Breakfast is extremly pathetic. Heavily under staffed — it takes an hour to check-in Overall okay for stay with basic and old room.

The reception is a bit messy, but apart from that, it's an excellent place to chill out. Room service is extraordinary, and condition of the rooms, location were also very good. If you are going for Pattaya, this should be on your choice list.

Doesn't seem like a 3 star hotel. Very slow Wi-Fi, crowded. The only good thing is that it's near the beach.

One of the best hotel in pattaya. We stay 4 day in bella express. Such a great experience.

The pool area looks and is very cool! Even had a fun slide. Also has a sauna and a mini gym. All free for guests. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited with the choices due to it being halal but still contains all the usual stuff. The rooms themselves were very comfy and clean. We had a very nice view of the pool area, very selfie friendly. Now for the big CON: the walls are thin, and some of the clientele can be noisy. Usually the indian guys who bring girls in. We heard some drama late night. Hope they'd regulate this…

We are now in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We have been 2 Adult + Reb 6 years. The room is small, two 1, 5sp beds, we asked for a bed for a baby, and extra towels for it. Ten minutes later, everybody brought it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Breakfast is ok-scrambled eggs, various snacks, vegetables, tea, coffee, fruit (we are given a watermelon and pineapple, but very sweet) the location of the hotel is good. Near the shopping center festival, where you can eat inexpensive, within walking distance of Big C, entertainment centre with attractions for children.
The hotel is in a great location. Very much! We when read reviews about it, did not think that so many) ) ) They strain, film white girls, staring.
Generally, there are many Hindus and Chinese in Pattaya. There are few Russians.

The room on top floor is more spacious, well maintained and beautiful. For family and group of girls travelling together I would recommend the rooms on top floor. The hotel staff at reception are helpful except for the trainees. The food is ok. Not for Indian taste. If you like continental and Asian cuisine then you would enjoy the breakfast buffet. Fruits are fresh and delightful. It is well located right opposite the best sticky rice and mango stall and some great chinese restaurants. Walkable distance to all the key attractions and beach.

Very good hotel. And it is guest friendly hotel. 1 guest allowed per room. Worth it. Service and cleanliness of hotel is also very good. Best option for Pattaya City.

This is not the place for Indians going with friends or family. It is for middle aged uncles who go to enjoy their nightlife. The hotel is very cheap. Crows if horrible. Did the worst mistake of my life by booking this hotel. It's a advice that not to rely on the photos and the reviews and not to go to Bella express. It's only for those ppl who want to have night fun with the local keeps of Thailand. All indian uncles shouting in lobby in midnight, roaming in towels, staring and checking the girls out all the time. Don't ever book Bella.

Please don’t spoil your holidays in Bella Express and shift to some other hotel if you want peace of mind and relax. Please avoid this property.

It's lovely and enjoyable place to stay at Pattaya. All ambiance and facilities are nice and well maintained. Staff is good and helping. Room are clean and spacious.

Staff are very rude, bathroom are very small, not buffet are good for vag people people, there are many people come from India but not any हिंदी speaking staff their, even English is not understand proper, cleaning staff is also lazy. <

Currently staying here, colour scheme needs changing and signage needs replacing. Staff friendly and hotel clean. Breakfast ok and they cater for Indians. Lovely swimming pool with bar. Hotels needs to address the issue allowing to many Indians, needs to have more diversity. We are on holiday in thailand.

Very very clean and good. Break fast buffet is simply superb. Swimming pool, parking available. Walkable distance to sea and shopping malls. Nearby Indian restaurants. Over all one can satisfy 100%.

Rooms ok but service very poor and rude answers. Particularly at lobby people. They behave like untrained people. They must be trained. My strong recommendation is don’t prefer this hotel. Money doesn’t mater. Respect important. Bathrooms are very small. Old Towels, room service bad.

Convenient location in the city center. There is a road nearby but it is not audible as the rooms overlook the courtyard. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Bed linen, towels are also clean and not ragged. Met to the fifth floor, where the Russians live (so quiet on the floor). After 10 am in the lobby you can take a good free coffee. On each floor there is a tank with hot water for tea brewing, etc. In the room (also free of charge every day). The room is equipped with safe, TV, air conditioning, large refrigerator, balcony (but without furniture, themselves brought from the room chairs). Be prepared for a large stream of Hindus-noisy people, but you are not touched, they are here after another) ) ) in general, the hotel is three stars, but very cozy, quiet and seven minutes from the beach, Central festival. Opposite across the road (behind the rows of mangoes inside) a great dining area with local food (relatively inexpensive and insanely tasty! )

A good budget accommodation with clean rooms though storage space provided is limited and one has to fetch drinking water and hot water for tea from dispensers placed centrally on the floors, a bit inconvenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent. In house spa and massage parlour. Location easily accessible to local market and conveyance. Possible to walk out and explore. There are two other Bella properties and a free shuttle allows you to cover some distance at no cost. Overall, a good choice with minor issues which are not deal breakers.

Very good hotel nice staffing. They are really eager to serve you for whatever you need without any demand or price. Customer service is awesome I must say. Kudos to the team.

Good Hotel But 3 kms Far From Walking Street And 1.5 Kms Far From Beach Road, Breakfast is OK But Very Kess options of Vegeterian Items. There Are Many More Hotels Who Provide Indian breakfast, Apart From That Rooms Are Good. They Don't Charge Extra For Guest it Means This Is Guest Friendly Hotel. (But They Take Joint Photo With Your Guest While Coming & Going Back Your Guest While Asking What's the reason For Picking Photo They Replied that For Customer Security they do So But After Check out They Delete All Photos. )

Staff are great but shame about the noise people slamming doors and shouting at all hours of the night it's full of Indian men being idiots it reminds me of magaluf with the British youth.

Bella express was mostly occupied by indians hotel staff was very cooperative to gusts, its a guests free hotel. Neatly maintained ans very spacious hotel. For cheap pricese we can access swimming pool and also massage service provided by hotel, better than service provided by outside and also very secured.

Very good hotel wirh a reasonable price. Most of the indians choose this hotel in this area. Breakfast is complimantery. Breakfast oncludes ondian food as well, which is quite good. Will have swimming pool and also bath tubs in the rooms as well. For bachelors and families, they have connecting rooms as well.

Excellent location. It is located in the center of Pattaya, practically at the crossroads of Central and Second streets. The place is quiet. There are two pools. In May 2017 the price for an improved room with balcony and two beds 1700 baht per day. The wire is free. There's a bunch of makashnits, places, ATM, massage.

Not recommend. Poor hospitality and poor staff behavior room is not good.

Very good location. It's very clean, the laundry changes every day with no problems, a big fridge in the room, a free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, located in the middle of town, and a Touquet easy to reach almost anywhere, a lot of markets, shops, massage Salons, etc.
The price is chosen Indians, and they behave so much, and they behave strangely for the aphids Egypt, the Swedish table all. Anyway, three stars seem to be pulling.

Was in this hotel in 2012. Loved it. Everything was great. And the service and attitude of the staff and condition of hotel. Everything is clean, cleaned, Kander, safe, private, well, everything. Was very happy with. And is in a great location. Everything is close there you go. In the early days, however, I lost my hotel) ) ) ) could Not navigate. But in a month already closed eyes could find. Opposite was a restaurant where fish was prepared amazingly delicious and cheap. Unlike hotels where my friends stayed. Even they were surprised by my hotel. 10/10 Next time definitely will stop.

Good Hotel to stay. We spend 3 days here God south Indian dishes too. Dosa with masala was good…

The Check in took around half an hour — then we got the standard room, although Superior booked — only after complaint the room is changed. The better room is scabby, dirty — no balcony furniture to a small bathroom. The Hotel is full of Arabs and Indians, the scream in the night around and rumbling. To recommend absolutely! Too far from the already dirty beach, God was booked thanks to one night only.

It's a beautiful hotel located in central Pattaya accessible to almost all the tourist places here.

Our two days stay at Bella express on 12, 13 March 2015 was excellent. The hotel is neat and clean, centrally located and the staff is professional, friendly. Free Wi-Fi was effective in the rooms. Morning breakfast had adequate Indian vegetarian stuff which me and my wife both liked. For non vegetarians it's a feast. Pattaya is a small tourist place and you can reach any where from this hotel. Sea beach is a short walk. I would love to stay again at Bella express. Thanks.

Good three, lived in 10days Superiore, it's simple, clean, condo work, the fridge and electronic safe in room, linen changed as it should, the food is quite okay, the choice in the dining room. The hotel has two elevators and free, decent Wi-Fi in rooms (password at the reception), Nice pool in the courtyard, sauna. Living creatures in the room not seen. Generally a good Threesome.

In April 2011. Hotel on the first look normal (no more than on closer acquaintance you understand that this is not so! Hotel guide Ali full m. K. Plays tricks on tourists. No scandal, no problems (only through the Russian Mata and perseverance). Appears in the hotel in the evening. Linen changed only after the scandal in a week. Water in the cooler on the floor often lacking and no one cares. Run on the floors looking for water. Ветраж balcony offers with very great effort (woman open not really). There's just no commercials! The pool is small, the hotel is noisy. Restaurant good, but the diversity does not Shine. At the reception understand only англиски (Russian representatives have). Gym, several tracks. In General the hotel bad. Need of repair. ). Pictures in advertisements hotel very much преурашены.
