Travelers beware I booked this hotel because of the location which was good but the first day of arrival I put my money at the room safe which it should be safe and went to lunch returned after 2 hours and noticed my safe was open and my money was gone I reported to the hotel the first thing they said was how can proof that my money was really stolen this made me very mad and I asked them to call the police to report and reported to the police and they could not find anything from cctv wile 1 which was looking at the room was broken,, the worst part of all that none of the staff or manager ever said sorry that my money was lost,, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone also the breakfast was a big joke I could have gone to mcdonald's and have a better breakfast.

Good hotel, across the beach. The breakfast is good. Start at 06.30. But do not email them, because they will never reply your email event when you are looking a confirmation. It is a weird policy they have. You must call them. But due to tree in from of the hotel, you can not see the beach clearly if you stay higher then 2nd floor.

It's right on the beach road facing the beach. While you are laying down on your bed you can admire the sea. The rooms are colourful, clean and comfortable enough. Beach road is accessible easily, you get tuk tuk to hop on to any destination. There are many restaurants surrounding this place. They keep deposit, breakfast spread is okay could be better. Staff is helpful.

The location of Baboona Beachfront Hotel is very good. It is just a few meters away from the shore and just a ride away to the Walk Street. Baboona Beachfront Hotel is located in between Soi 3 and Soi 4 making it highly accessible for tourists. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Thailand free movement likes to live in the place. Breakfast was delicious. You can see the seaside speedboat parachute and other water activities.

Very smart beachfront hotel and restaurant, one of my favorites to have a lunch time drink as a glass of red wine is only 100 baht.

Rooms are large, but the large bed was 2 beds together, I live in a terrace room, is to the sea looks nice, but the cold air exhaust is on the terrace, calling people even like to go out with! Next time will not come again!

The washroom needs to be improved and the outside room area also need to be cleaned.

Great breakfast, watch the people, traffic, ocean and beach as you eat the smorgas board.

Were eating at the restaurant. Price/performance is very good. The food too but the service is miserable. It's just being looked into the phone. You have to ask 3 times if he or she has understood it. And then there's still the wrong thing. Card Payment not possible.

Super PETI hotel with spacious rooms and all the comforts or utilities that one is entitled to expect. Apparently smoking room. We were at the 305 without window but it was wanted because quiet unlike friends with the 402 with sea view and balcony but also the street! Noisy. The staff is very caring and speaks an acceptable English. The small restaurant is nice but service long. 5-10min walk from the Central Festival. Beach in front of the street. Pity that there is no swimming pool and that the women of rooms can be noisy in the morning!

Small but charming, okay breakfast. Be prepared for mosquitoes.

This was my second visit here. The beach view from your room balcony is totally worth it.

One of the best budget hotel I had been to. Fast Wi-Fi connection, spacious room, friendly staffs, great breakfast. I just can't stop thinking about my trip here. It was memorable. This hotel is also located strategically on Walking Street, lots of night life and street food.

Environment very well, go to the supermarket or something. Clean, wash protect supplies. Breakfast, rich\ (^o^) /YES!
