Very good hotel. Rooms are big size & well maintained.

STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND FOR INDIANS Racist staff, eve the receptionist insulted us for no reason to the extent of saying we hope to never see you again. Ali the bell boy raised his hand and tried to push me when I got offended on eves nasty comment. As an Indian girl it if the highest level of insult that can be. When I threatened to call the police he hid his name tag and tried to run away in a room. They ruined my trip. They unnecessary blamed us for missing towels and spoons which were taken by their own cleaners and tried to charge us for this. All this because we are Indians. Btw I was travelling with 1 senior citizen, 3 other adults and 2 kids. I have heard thai hate Indians because they think we are misers, I spent quite lavishly since we were on a getaway family trip and luxury was on our mind. They simple ruined it. I travel almost every 6 months but never have I experienced such horrible behavior. Only the waiters were good and at least had the courtesy to smile.

We choose this hotel for it's Awesome location, non-formal ambience, Great Reviews and A New Property. And we are glad our choice turned out wonderful. 2 min walk to Pattaya beach, this place has Convenience as the biggest ++. Staff is Courteous, and you have A Nice Buffet spread at the entrance. Breakfast was nice and defined. It's my 5th visit to Pattaya, and so far this was the most practical and amazing stay here — с Monish Suri.

Clean room with daily maid service. Staff very helpful, friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Wireless internet was reliable. Close to beach, markets and laundry. Strongly recommended.

Trust me, it's good. Not great view of the breach from the room, but it's just 15 steps from the beach. Room are good as well as the room service.

This hotel offers a good view of the bay in Pattaya. See the blue waters feom your room and witness many tourists doing parasailing. If you want to book this hotel, book for higher floors for an even more beautiful view of Pattaya.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide with all the basic amenities. Their breakfast is amazing. Only that they charge for water after one bottle. It has swimming pool and restaurant and bar.

Pathetic experience, staff is very rude. They will try and fleece money from you for very small things. Highly avoidable!

Good Average decent rooms for families, near coral island & alkazar show theatre a big plus point. Breakfast menu similar every day. Charges are huge if damage to hotel property. Can't proceed check out procedure unless card key submitted at reception.

Centrally located… and walkable distance from almost every Indian restaurant, alcazar show and beach. Decent buffet breakfast spread. Courteous and efficient staff. Carry enough milk/tea/coffee sachets if ur a regular tea coffee drinker. They give only 2 sachets of milk powder which suffices for just one time tea or coffee drinking. Water bottles are glass, so you cannot carry it out. Very well maintained hotel with attached pool. Ask for sea view rooms if you really want to enjoy the view from the room.

It's good hotel very well located everything is at walking distance of few metres including beach. Lots of options of Indian food, family mart, MacD, Starbucks and more.

I booked on 2017 Dec 6 & chech-in at 2018 Apl 15 for Superior OCEAN VIEW 2 rooms for 2 nights, that's very early booking, it should go smooth, but (1) booked and paid by Visa card at the same time same person in one booking, how come they think we're different person, separate us on 6 floor and 8 floor, also one room not available in two single bed, why lied us in a stupid reason (2) They said the corner room 3810 is Ocean View room, it's on the left hand side of aisle with Ocean at right hand side, Terrible, l remember last time I stay at 3710, it wasn't Ocean View, I'm sure asked them how is the price of right hand side rooms ; like 3711 to 3714, they had replied it's Ocean View room, that's why I booked Ocean View this time, now It's sure they're cheating at me, because my tickets are non refundable, they can't run business this way, I paid for Ocean View rooms, Won't go there anymore, you Guy be careful with this, better write down the room number ; like between 3711 to 3714 on 7 floor for Ocean View or 3812 to 3814 on 8 floor, 6 floor the view will be blocked.

It was a lovely stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, We have stay at Pattaya Sea View Hotel in the month of JAN 2018 via HotTrips Advisor PVT LTD. (INDIA) This is conveniently located — very near beach, all happening places, shopping centres, eateries, including one Indian restaurant, at walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff were well behaved by MS. Meen. All staff were very welcoming and we felt comfortable staying here. Front office staffs are very informative. Our rooms were sea facing and worth staying. No words needed but just I LOVE THIS HOTEL! The buffet breakfast in the morning is enjoyable, Housekeeping members always hold smile on face as well as they keep the rooms best clean and tidy. All makes our holiday at the Pattaya Sea view very memorable and welcoming.
This hotel is highly recommended for comfortable and peaceful stay. Definitely we will stay at the Pattaya sea view for our next trip.

Okay place to stay at pattaya. Just 2 mins from beach and shops but 1.5 kms from walking street. Nice breakfast and rooms with some providing sea view as well.

The reception staff was pathetic… It felt as if even after paying… I was an unwanted guest… Will go to Pattaya, but will not stay in the hotel again… Would like to choose a Better hotel. Cuz when u go on a holiday u need to relax and enjoy rather than being treated badly…

We were satisfied of the1 — good location, 2-room cleaning service and brakfast, 3 — but during the check out, they asked us to pay 2000 bath as for the dammaging of the teapot that they had delivered us at the same cindition (i. E. Problem in door opening system) our freind in the other rooms had the same poblem too.

Most pathetic hotel. They pass on dirty linen of other rooms to you to wash alleging it to have been dirtied by you without any semblance of proof whatsoever. On top of that when you clean the stuff without prejudice they still make you pay 3000 bt for a bed sheet because it is not dry as yet and you cannot wait further because you have a flight to catch.

The hotel is close to the beach, about 50 m the room is not very spacious, but the bathroom is spacious and there is a bathub.

Good location right on beach if you can get a sea view room much more pleasant.

Awesome hotel! I'm stating my stay experience as follows. Breakfast, Reception staff, very close to the beach, close to super market, close to medical store, well maintained rooms, bell boy behavior is gud. About mentioned are truly inspiring. Booked tis hotel fr 3 nights, tis is my second night. And guests Pls be aware of ur bed, bedsheets to take care. Coz one of my frnd staying in another room was charged 3, 300Bhats for making it dirt, we accept it is our mistake and respect there course of action. But definitely the cleaning price is high! I would have give 5 star if the room cleaning ladies were more matured to handle the guests in there talk. I request them not to talk bad about other countries. The manager Neung is a very professional and kind person to take care of the guests. I believe that his contributions for the hotel will definitely have a fruitful progress. Regards Dilip Govind.

Best Hotel to Visit in Pataya. Awesome People Awesome Food Awesome Ambiance.

Amazing place, near to beach, good Indian restaurant around. Can cover maximum things by walk.

At first, our room temperature was not cold. Then we asked the staf, and it was fixed in the next day. We're satisfied with the service and food being served there. They give the symbol and the dish. (Pork, chicken, beef, fish, lamb, veggies). As a moslem, we're happy and feel safe We didnt get the sea view actually, we have to walk outside. But it's very near. Near to alcazar, mc donalds, art in paradise museum, and also night bar (sexy girls companion). Difficult to find halal food nearby.

Clean room. But nothing fancy. Some room ocean view.

No toothbrush. The Wi-Fi is difficult to connect. The only one lift was broken. We had to use stairs to go to 7th floor. We used the stairs five times. Then we complained to receptionist, the Staff said that the lift will fixed for about 3 hours, after 9 hours we came back but the lift was still broken. They just said sorry and the service is so slow. Some of the staff are impolite and not friendly. This accident made bad impression in our first holiday in Pattaya. We were disapointed with this hotel.

Clean — nice staff but the hotel is not in the front of beach. You can book a sea-view room which you can see the sea view in the highest floor.

Decent hotel. Offers great value for money.

No view of the sea, 3 star hotel posing as a 4 star, overpriced food, rude staff please avoid.
