They hired the wrong service staff,, when I got down to have breakfast, I was looking for fruits platter, it was inside the freeze, I didn't know. When I opened and tried to get it to my plate, one of the kitchen staff said in Thai. Oh what's he doing, stealing… talking to his friend. I replied him in Thai. Can I get it. But this hotel make me had bad mode all day long in my first day in pattaya. Wrong staff bad services…

Quite place, good to stay but need maintenance.

Heard it's a good hotel to stay.

Rooms are very large, good facilities, the pool can use next door Sentray's, larger also has a young pool, breakfast choice is not much, but can fill, balcony is large enough to dry clothes, staff polite, cleaning staff indeed. Fifty meters from the beach and 150 meters from the shopping mall.

Good, small hotel next to the sea with reasonable price.

Very friendly staff. Not much got the eye from the outside, but the rooms are quite nice and they have "real" showers, compared to European standards. The pool is quite isolated and every time we went for a bath, we were alone.

I booked in sandalay resort. Due to they having renovation, then they transfer us to this resort. The building have an old style thailand design, suitable for those who want to have a long holiday, but may be not for young person/couple. But the room that they reserve for us is very nice. The staff here all are very nice.

Brilliant, friendly, helpful, and upmost clean, love the place because of the people … Just returned from thailand and spent two refreshing quiet nights at this hotel, can not fault the place with everything on the door step to a massage, laundry service, and best of all 7/11 with views to cry for. Nice hotel and a nice pool.

Very local Thai design hotel with fantastic location. Big room and sea view, and you won't see big tour group in this hotel. I like the most is the table and chairs at lobby area, always away from the hot sun and remain windy. With this price what else you can complain.

TLDR: Great hotel and close to the beach on the "family oriented" side of the beach. Came here for a short family getaway from Bangkok. The staff were amazingly friendly. Our room was very nice and clean (with the exception of the floor being dusty). The foods served in the kitchen was also very great. Just a few blocks away from Central, well within walking range. The Beach itself is practically right in front of the hotel (the Sandalay Hotel is technically in between the two).
