Everything about Samora Lodge was amazing, from start to finish! We loved how they greeted us with cold mango juice and helped us with our bags, up to our room.

My stay at Meru Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in a serene setting, this retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and breathtaking scenery.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and have loved it, yes the road is bumpy and the noises are not what you are used to but you feel like you are in a real area and not a perfect 5 start hotel.

When I was there there was a slightly noisy water pump (we were in a regular room and upgraded to luxury one where I did not have this problem) — should have brought my ear plugs.

Very good homestay in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There is always very good local food and unlimited bottled water. Mathew is always very helpful and is the perfect local guide.
