Had a wonderful stay at Grand Hilai Hotel. The location is perfect, close to Nangang Exhibition Center, shopping areas, public transport, and many local attractions.

I’ve had a better experience here than Regent and Grand Hyatt in Taipei. Most exceptional is the staff and the service. I had a stomachache and can only eat very limited kinds of food.

Stayed there for a bit more than a week. Wasn't impressed by the lobby as it's very small and cramped. The hotel is not new. Service is good.

Grand Forward Hotel is superbly located next to Fuzhong Station in Banqiao, with shopping areas and night markets just steps away.

Low priced hostel, but very clean, near to Taipei station and with great reception staffs. About 5 minutes walk to Xi Men night market.

I had a delightful afternoon tea at Hotel Royal Beitou. The dessert set was refined and delicious, with delicate flavors, and the coffee and teas were equally enjoyable.

Spent two weeks here while visiting families in Taipei.

Hotel is located in very good location just a few minutes to the closest bus stop and train station.
However, Dahu park is next station away from Hotel.

This hotel is a great choice for travelers planning to visit Jiufen or Keelung, and there are large shopping malls nearby as well. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful.

The Place Taipei is a 3 to 4 star rating hotel in the city centre of Taipei.

I enjoyed staying here very much. The common area is big and has comfortable chairs to lay on. They provide 1 towel for your stay in a dorm. Breakfast is plenty and service of the staff is great.

Cosy, minimal but extremely good location with a comfortable lounge on level 3. Not sure about the cleaning procedures daily as we noted that our towels were replaced but bedsheets were not cleaned

Arrived early morning and hotel staff accommodated early check-in! Great start for vacay. Staff was top notch. Stayed in Grand suite (recommend) with club access. Room was large.

I had a very good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nangang, Taipei. The hotel staff are polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful throughout the stay.

Room sizes are good and decent. Generally comfortable. They provide free snacks, water drinks & beverages.

Hotel staff service is over than 5 star.
1 of my guest luggage was mistakenly took by another group people. The manager and staff source for cctv and all sort of arrangement to get the luggage back.

It is great hotel. Very good location just across the road is the Bangiao station Both bus and train stations are there. Easy to go to a lot if the tourist sites (1-3) mrt stops.

Nice high end hotel with wow factor for the room, but that is where it ends sadly. Very smooth check-in with Alan, who is very friendly and helpful, and full credits to him for impeccable service.

On Nov 19, 2025 I am staying at the hotel, after using the hairdryer for ten munites the hair dryer stopped.

Stayed here for the last two nights in Taiwan, and overall, it was a great experience. The service has been consistently helpful and friendly.
