Good food during quarantine.

An amazing staycation experience at this lovely Courtyard, although I was unable to upgrade because all of the suites were occupied, but the staff still ensured me an upgrade to the club floor room for my Titanium Elite status, which was still very nice, a lovely cozy room with a lovely view on the 26th floor~ can’t complain about that~ the lounge was great and the food was top notch! My compliments to the executive chef for having amazing happy hour food and an incredible spread~ I want to thank the general manager of this property, I actually have no idea who you are, but the way your hotel performed and how wonderful your staff is must mean there is a great captain on top! For me, the experience I had here was 100 times better then The Grand Hyatt Taipei, and right up to par with the Shangri-La FarEast in Taipei! Thank you for everything~

The atmosphere is different from the city hotels. There is a unique artistic taste to this place. Plenty plenty of art exhibits all around. Warm cozy feel from the staff. It would be a lot better if they have a pool. But overall Bon Voyage.

This Place is AMAZING! The property is Very modern and is in a Phenomenal location — actually situated directly in a mall, on the upper level of both the metro train and high speed train station — Walk out the front door and you're in a cool area of Taipei — if you don't want to step out the door, just stay in the mall — — I believe there are something like 10 — 12 floors which are organized by clothes, kids, home goods and even a theater on the top two floors — the staff is truly Great and my last trip got me into the presidential suite — Thank you to all the staff here and i'm looking forward to going in the future — prices are great, breakfast is Amazing… Can't say enough! Executive lounge is also very cozy and VERY HELPFUL!

Still one of my favorite hotels in Taipei because of its location. Nangang seems a bit far from downtown but you can get on the subway in just 2 minutes. The rooms are all new and the executive lounge offers some of the best food selection of the Marriott hotels that I know. As always with Marriott hotels, the staff is very welcoming and supportive. I wish they would update the gym though and if they could grt a pool… Just saying.

5 ☆ for 5 ☆ good food. Nice happy hour. Love the view. Helpful and polite staff. A little strange decor but there is a story behind them for symbolism. I like marriot. Our room had a "mister handy" cell phone that was very convenient to take out and about to save money and not have to worry about Wi-Fi hassle. Of course its above a transportation hub so make sure you go out and enjoy the town.

We loved our stay at the courtyard Marriott. Very clean and spacious. Everyone was very kind and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend it.

Nice manner staff but limited food variety at Executive Lounge. Adapter is not available for overseas notebook.

Rooms are fantastic, clean and beautiful. Staff here are friendly, initiative and courteous, though I think most of them speak mainly Chinese. The hotel is close to a train station and many taxis are parked outside too. Would not recommend the Executive Lounge breakfast buffet however, the spread is very limited.

Great service. Room size is good and clean. Location is perfect for business travelers. Easy walk to MRT, HST, train and bus. Parking is complimentary. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. The exec lounge meals however, is not as well presented as most other Marriotts.

Great location, right on the High Speed Rail and MRT lines. Courteous and prompt service. Rooms are spacious and modern. In room dining has vegetarian options and fast. Breakfast spread is wide, though the bread section could have fresher rolls and pastries.

My second stay here and stayed an entire week. It's an excellent hotel choice. The best in this area of the city. Very conveniently attached to high speed rail, regular rail, and MRT station. Staff are excellent, very helpful and approachable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful lounge and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future and this will be one of my main regular hotels in Taipei.

An excellent Courtyard Hotel. Staffs are very friendly, kind and professional. Room is very clean. Breakfast has fair amount of choices. It is also convenient since subway station and high speed rail station is just beneath the hotel and there are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, fast food restaurants and etc in the neighborhood or in the same complex. Taxies always are always available in front of the hotel. Will definitely select this hotel next time.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The guest rooms were spacious, clean with excellent sound proofing. The beds were large and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with a tub and a separate shower. Complementary bottled water and coffee (individual serving cups) were replenished daily. Staff were super friendly, though our rooms (we had 3 rooms) were not made when we came back from our day trip at around 3 pm. They were apologetic and had it done when we went out for dinner. So, it wasn't a problem. It was conveniently located in the same building as the MRT and High Speed Rail Nangang station. There were many eateries, bakeries, and restaurants in the building. The only downside was that there wasn't much to do or see outside of the building as it was at the far edge of Taipei city.

Excellent service and facilities! As a gold member, we got complimentary upgrade to a suite with 1 1/2 bathrooms The room was very spacious, beautiful, and clean. The housekeeper did a really great job in keeping our room so clean and always replenished things we needed such as water, free snacks, etc. Their staff are super friendly and professional! The location is right on top of a shopping mall, MTR, and airport shuttle bus station. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room attention to detail, with comfortable robe, advanced capsule coffee machine, clean to reflect the bathroom equipment (may be the original reason for the new hotel), intimate travel mobile phone services (the room is accompanied by a mobile phone) traffic is very convenient to say no, downstairs is shopping malls, dining convenience.

Hey Lovely Hotel. The shopping mall it is attached to is elegant there is zero stress finding the hotel from the train station and the staff is welcoming and efficient upon arrival. Check-in is painless. I do recommend the optional breakfast. The lobby stunning The Views are terrific the atmosphere is wonderful the air conditioning is fantastic the beds are comfortable and the bar is well stocked.

Great service, convenient location, clean. If you are gold Marriott level there is a lot of perks like free breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff and room very comfortable with nice quiet AC that works very well. I will come back! There is a view of Taipei 101 from the vip lounge on the 30fl patio.

Very convenient with all 3 train networks located closely together (High Speed Rail, Railway and MRT) underneath hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Shopping malls are easily accessible for all your needs.

Speechless … Besides without SPA and swimming pool facilities at this hotel. This is the best Courtyard by Marriott hotel I have stayed so far. Excellent customer services and they are really really helpful, friendly and their performance really make you feel like your home while you are staying in this hotel. I could give them 1000 likes and definitely will return to this hotel again in future.

First rate services. Mr. Deng and his staff were very accommodating and efficient in switching us to a room with a special shower hardware need. Special thanks to the front receptions area for looking and getting back to us about a misplaced MRT card. The most professional and responsive staff I have experienced in all my hotel stays. Overall excellent hotel. Convenient to Nangang train station located in lower levels. Full service mall with restaurants and movie theater in adjacent building. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable. Overall service is excellent, from breakfast servers to room service. Downtown Taipei is only a short ride on the MRT, which in itself is great experience.

Room environment is good, the co-construction system is also convenient to take public transport passengers, but the car is really troublesome, the entrance a little distance, coupled with a lot of Nangang station traffic, stop to B3 also need stairs to turn two times elevator, very inconvenient.

Room wide plant, indoor air conditioning is very good, with Two Double Beds, between the formulation of moderate, fresh air, No Smoking or other odors. Arrangements of Breakfast, also with mind, in addition to fixed main menu, every day also have individual styles to replace, it is not dull.

The style is quite satisfactory. The Club Lounge staff is no better, but feeling hands is not quite adequate. Gym equipment lot, but no one management, appears to be Courtyard style. First off, location isn't that great, kind of far from Taipei Main Station. However the HSR, TSR, &MRT lines all run through the location so traveling to other areas are not hard. The hotel is above a mall with a giant food court. It's clean and spacious as Marriott is known for. Great Hotel overall.

Nice new hotel! Beautiful and comfortable rooms and friendly services. Not in the city center. Nice and quiet with great view. Conveniently located on top of the MRT and fast rail station.

Very good hotel with location. You can catch metro, high speed rail or bus from beneath the hotel itself. Lots of eating options down the hotel. Breakfast is good and have multiple options.

Everything was excellent! They even offer free snacks in the room including a beer, green tea, and Pepsi in the fridge. Convenient location off the train, but a bit outside of downtown and about an hour or more ride from the airport. There is a great night market nearby that is about a 5-10 min van ride. It was a warm stay in Courtyard by Marriott, although the air con was not working in our first room, they had response very quickly to change us to another room. At last, they pack us two very nice breakfast on our way to the airport at 3am.

Rooms were very comfortable. I love the executive lounge. The 2 girls that work there were extremely kind and nice to our 2 kids. Checking out and checking in was a breeze. The free breakfast buffet included was amazing! The complementary elite bakery goods was soooooooo good. I can't wait to come back next year.

Excellent hotel. All staff greeted me with smiles EVERY SINGLE TIME I stepped into shared areas (executive lounge, lobby, restuarant, etc. ) Executive lounge staff are extremely helpful with any questions or needs. I asked about directions, tips and hints on travelling around the city and they answered every question with professionalism and knowledge. The staff asked us about our trips at the end of the day and suggested other places that might be of interest for the next days. Executive Lounge has afternoon tea and open bar at certain hours. There is also currency exchange service and check out service available.

Location directly above HSR station and conveniently located within a great shopping center with a large number of restaurants inside. Great rooms and a great staff!

Great hotel, very spacious and the staff are really attentive! Right on top of the MRT station so very convenient even it is not located right in the center but is only few stops away. Even the bed is listed as Double but it is a very large double, each bed comfortably sleeps two people. We checked out Sunrise the buffet restaurant but it was too chaotic and loud so we went to Moonlight, the Chinese restaurant instead. We are vegetarian so we ordered the vegetarian set menu which was really lovely! Although if you order from the a la carte menu your choices will be quite limited for vegetarians.

A super new hotel. The room is very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best Courtyard we have ever stayed at. The location is on the east side of the Taipei city， but it has direct access to the High Speed Rail and MRT. You can take the High Speed Rail from Taoyuan Station (near the TPE airport thru bus) to Nangang directly.

Hotel rooms are nice and new but the buffet dinner is not worth the price.

The service and the environment are very good, the periphery has the store very conveniently, but the Taipei slightly far away.

This place is amazing my husband and I had the best time. We were in an executive suite and it was so nice. The view is nice the staff helped us find places to go. Went out their way to do anything that was asked of them. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend it.
