The Shangri La Taipei consistenlty delivers a wonderful experience. The staff is warm, attentive and highly professional, making every stay feels comfortable and welcoming.

Spent the few days around New Year’s Eve at this property with my family and really enjoyed it! The hotel is really well suited for families and they do go out of their way to take care of you.

I’m not a 5 star hotel person, but after my stay at the Mayfull, I think I might become one!

The room was spacious and quiet, and the sauna facilities were satisfying.
I also appreciated the daily complimentary minibar refills with snacks and drinks.

Arrived early morning and hotel staff accommodated early check-in! Great start for vacay. Staff was top notch. Stayed in Grand suite (recommend) with club access. Room was large.

House keeping was great. Hotel facilities were top notch. Decent buffet breakfast spread. In-room dining was speedy. Room was modern and clean.

Stayed 3 nights at Illume Taipei and came away impressed overall. The lobby and hallways have been nicely refurbished and give the hotel a fresh, modern feel.

ILLUME Hotel Taipei offers spacious rooms and an excellent location right in front of Taipei Arena, with neighboring malls that provide plenty of dining options.

I was in Superior Double Room the room looked “modern” enough for the most parts. But the windows looked 30+ years old.

Good to visit, full of knowledge.

The main thing about this hotel is the views and the hot spring in room. Those were amazing and it is the main reason why you should go. The staff was very helpful and the room was decent.

Really lovely hotel, comfortable rooms and got one with an onsen in the room. Friendly staff and such a great breakfast as well!

Clean and tidy. There's a really nice fragrance as you step into the hotel lobby and along the aisle of the rooms.
