Located very near to the train station and easy to find, very helpful staff and the room has very thoughtful goodies which puts a smile on their customers face.

There is only one fan, no air conditioner, in a room that always 31 degree Celsius for a whole night.

The hotel is in the new town and very close to the railway station. Our room was a bit small but enough for 2 people. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and nice. It doesn’t have a free parking spot but if you are willing to pay 26 chf for a day, you have it in the same building.

Nice and clean hotel located near to Bern Bahnhof and walking distance to Zytglogge and Bear Park. The hotel provides amazing amenities within the rooms as well as complimentary water bottles. At check in we were offered free welcome drinks as well as a free transport card to take us around Bern using all modes of public transportation for free. Would come back!

Great hotel with good (for expensive Bern) Price/quality ratio. The standard room is very cramped but it has a kettle, great bed, nice shower (as my colleague noted-with exclusive soap and Gel Rituals…) Great insulation, shady roll-curtains with electric drive (! ). Kettle (microscopic) and tea-coffee set. There is no fridge in the room, but there are plenty of supermarkets around (Migros, COOP). Breakfasts-very monotonous and scarce (no cereals, curd, even scrambled eggs-instead of her omelette-boltuška), but there is a great tea-coffee-pastries, meat slicing and SYYRRRR! :) The location of the hotel is great, on the central street, five minutes from the train station and 10-20 minutes walk to the main attractions. At arrival there is a free pass for public transport during the stay (I have never used it-the city is small, and very nice to walk).

The staff is helpful and kind! However, it’s a little expensive considering with everything else. The breakfast is good, though. The room is really clean. The room is really small if you have two standard check-in luggage! The restroom doesn’t have tooth brush and something else. And I remember you had to buy those things at the front desk. (Or maybe all the European hotels are like this… and my girlfriend thinks this hotel’s supply is actually quite good enough. ) If you want to wash hands until it’s really clean, like it’s not oily any more. The hands soap and the shampoo & body wash are gonna be your night mare… (however, my girlfriend doesn’t think so again lol)

The temperature in the rooms was in rainy weather at 25-28 degrees which was definitely too warm. AC is only available in the business suites.

Excellent position, room clean and comfortable, parking space near by, good breakfast. It would be perfect with a fitness area.

Very close to the station. Small'ish but sufficient room and bathroom size. Very neat and with a good bed. Nice breakfast.

You can't really say anything negative. Everything was "good". The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet includes a large selection. The reception was very friendly. The advantage is that you can park directly under the hotel in a large car park (city West) (elevator directly to the foyer of the hotel and to the rooms). The building of the hotel has come a little in the years. All in all a good hotel but not one of the top hotels which really thrilled you. Very suitable for business trips.

I rarely live in a business hotel, it is difficult to compare the pros and cons of a business hotel, but I enjoy the location of the hotel, so I can easily go shopping, and at the counter to find a good hand-washing milk.

Be aware of this hotel policies. I made a reservation and 5 days before my arrival I called the hotel and canceled my reservation and they told me they won’t charge me. I checked my crdditcard after and they charged my CC. The staff don’t know what they do and they just lie.

Clean and comfortable although rooms were slightly small, excellent service and a good spread for breakfast. Closer to station and Old Town than expected so it was very convenient.

It takes about 5 minutes by walk from Bern station. People were kind. And the furniture was modern. I want to visit there again.
There is no air conditioner, only electronic fan in the room. But no problem in June.

Room is fine but receptionist in 10th June morning is not helpful and not polite enough.

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is awesome. The bar could and should be open at the weeknd.

Single bed of a square and a half, modern hotel, coffee and tea in the room, breakfast plentiful. I felt pampered!

Sehr gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. War rundum zufrieden.
