Absolutely my favorite hotel in Engelberg!

I wish I could give this place six stars! The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the service is truly outstanding. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation.

We had a wonderful ski vacation. The hotel stuff are really so kind and even helped us planning our ski sites according to the weather.

My third visit to this superb small friendly hotel. Quiet location about 20 minutes walk to the village or there is a bus stop outside (free). Rooms comfortable and super clean.

Stayed at Kempinski Engelberg for the second time this winter and already can’t wait to come back. The hotel and its location are absolutely magical and beautiful in any season.

The property is beautiful and the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. The view from every corner of the hotel is stunning. The room was clean, nice and quiet. We enjoyed using the spa.

Really welcoming, calm and enjoyable hotel! From beautiful views in the morning with your first coffee to resting in the garden with the waterfall nearby in the late afternoon, each day was perfect!

The hotel is a surprise for us. Perfect location — situated right by the lake. We are lucky to have an upgrade to the suite room with two balcony and lake view. It was really amazing.

We had a really nice stay at Hotel Crystal, that have a great location in the city of Engelberg. Our room was nice, clean and had a balcony with view over the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. We arrived late night, the room keys, parking key was arranged in the lock box and the access was smooth secure.

Enjoyable stay. Healthy sized bedrooms, with good kitchen and lounge/dinning facilities. We had a 3 bedroom apparent between 8 of us and it worked really well with the double sofa bed.

What an extraordinary experience. From the moment we took the Catamaran and the Funicular, we were awe with the amazing views.

Being in this place is a total luxury. The amenities, the food and the service is by far the best! I enjoyed the warm welcome the moment we got out of the funicular.

I was there for 2 days (3 nights) for a team building event with my colleagues. It is our second visit as a team, although I was there a couple of weeks ago for another company event.

Rooms are simple but clean. Good shower. Air conditioner would be a welcome addition. Restaurant was nice and breakfast was good. Friendly and sufficient staff. Fantastic views. Reasonable prices.

Lovely hotel! We booked the apartment and it was comfortable, nice and clean. The facilities are great and they have individual ski/snowboard equipment locker for each room.

We had a fantastic experience at Seehotel Pilatus. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and set against the most amazing views of the lake and mountains.

I’ve stayed at your hotel multiple times and have always enjoyed staying. I do have a suggestion for improvement: I find that the comforter is too warm for me to sleep comfortably.

This small family run hotel provided everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Engelberg.

This hotel was like a bed and breakfast. The owners and staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room had a great little patio. Can't wait to return!

Ate at the Taverne restaurant. They serve authentic Swiss food, prepared my master chefs and very reasonably priced considering the resort to which it is attached, which caters to the rich and famous.
