Stayed at Kempinski Engelberg for the second time this winter and already can’t wait to come back. The hotel and its location are absolutely magical and beautiful in any season.

Excellent experience. Kudos to Lennart at the front desk who helped us with dinner arrangements on a Sunday night.

The property is beautiful and the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. The view from every corner of the hotel is stunning. The room was clean, nice and quiet. We enjoyed using the spa.

Great hotel in the middle of Engelberg. No complaints on anything during a week long stay. The hosts are especially great — always a smile and very friendly!

In August 2024 we spent six nights in this Hotel. Location is awesome. Great views from the terrace, beautiful sunset.

I was there for 2 days (3 nights) for a team building event with my colleagues. It is our second visit as a team, although I was there a couple of weeks ago for another company event.

Rooms are simple but clean. Good shower. Air conditioner would be a welcome addition. Restaurant was nice and breakfast was good. Friendly and sufficient staff. Fantastic views. Reasonable prices.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It was a comfortable and very satisfying stay. The food in Indian restaurant Spice bazar is pretty good.

The Restaurant Spice Bazaar is situated in the Hotel Central. The food was excellent served by friendly efficient staff.

I’ve stayed at your hotel multiple times and have always enjoyed staying. I do have a suggestion for improvement: I find that the comforter is too warm for me to sleep comfortably.

Rooms are cozy with a great view.
Breakfast has all you need to get your day started.
Free underground parking is really nice.

The hotel is a bit out of town by road however access to town on foot is easy. A lift leaving from the car park takes you down to the town park.

This hotel offers Amazing views of Mount Titlis from most of the rooms and restaurant. Rooms were small but tidy. Service can be improved as it was not up to the mark. Breakfast and Dinner was good.

We spent a week at the family lodge and had the best time.
The entire team went out of their way to make our stay wonderful & relaxing. Always very helpful and friendly.

I I wish all Swiss people were as nice as at this hotel, very friendly staff and great food👍

Wonderful hotel with a very friendly staff! I was traveling with a group of teens and adults and we had stayed in a total of 5 hotels on our trip, and Flue Matte was by far the cleanest.
