Nice comfort badly service.

Hotel in one of the most beautiful locations in the Gulf of Lugano. You eat well, great service, nice staff. In hesitate the raft is an ideal place for aperitifs.

From the hotel room balcony can be a beautiful lake view, room spacious, just a bit old feeling!

Very nice hotel on the lakeside in Lugano. The location of the hotel is top. Bucolic place. Very nice gourmet restaurant with large terrace on the lake where you can eat. Impeccable kitchen. Very friendly staff Very nice big classic rooms. Nevertheless they could be refreshed. Beautiful indoor pool. Very nice Bar but a little dated.

I had a nice night celebrating a wedding. Nice staff and good service. My negative point is related to the organization of audio/video equipment, with prices definitely out of the head for a beamer and little professionalism on this aspect.

Rooms and decorations are outdated, air conditioning is not working, too dark inside of the room, the worth thing is Wi-Fi can't be connected but the lake view was nice though.

In dire need of updating, this place has aged poorly, definitely cannot be called "five star". Dreadful!

Excellent Wi-Fi but for one device, nice view, old style room but clean and comfortable, good breakfast.

Rooms are outdated, not modern. Air conditioning is not sufficient for hot/humid climate. Reception has been questioning additional guests (more than 1guest/room, which seems unfair bc usually 2 guests/room is standard). However, event room was impressive with beautiful view of lake.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town still on the lake. Rooms were fine and the view can be great depending on the room. The pool and spa are small but good.

Everything is excellent, but elevator is old and small… and rooms are little bit old… But at the end, it's the best panoramic view you can find ;)

It's a lake front hotel with gorgeous view. It needed revision badly. The staff had no idea about handicapped accessibility. However, they'd do their best to accommodate my need, which is to put me in their Presidential Suite without extra charge. I did live like a king for one day.

We arrived evening and only one night but it was beautiful with a view of the lake from the room! Enjoyed the walkway and park along the river in the evening. Best breakfast of all the hotels our group stayed at.

Whenever you have the opportunity to visit Switzerland, you will never forget your holiday if you stay in hotel Grand Eden. The best services during your stay is a must. Very good qualified staff and top management.

Beautiful Hotel, with a room with a view of the lake beautifully.

I spent 5 beautiful days, average food, but lovely. The staff friendly and accommodating, nothing was missing. The large and beautiful, I stayed in Salem! There Sir.

Not a five stars hotel. I recommend this hotel for the view it has, but don't expect to much. The breakfast is the same every morning and quite poor. The staff is ok, but the hotel is old and needs some immediate improvement.
