Friendly and affordable venue for conferences and meetings.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff and functional rooms. Ok price. The clear northern Swiss influence over the hotel really is an abomination. The stainless steel railing is very functional and of high quality but standing opposite to the original wooden one it is an absolute sore to the eyes. The carpets on the stairs show an odd mix of tidiness and financial optimization. The dining hall seems to want to resemble the ones if Ibis. Very awkward menu ads are placed at the entrance of the restaurant, presumably to attract customers.

Price performance OK. Book a fully renovated room. If you don't need a lake view, but want to sleep in peace, you should choose a renovated room to the courtyard. Hotel is very central.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good quality and well served kitchen. Very good to spend a week in Lugano because near the Center and bus stops. Well also for families.

I only tried the restaurant. A bit of a retro setting but good prices and quality. Recommended for a quick lunch in the center.

Hello Dear people If you have the opportunity please avoid this hotel.
I would even sleep in my car the next time I had the choice.
* No bathroom or toilet in the room * No duvet at least is not washed man would definitely have to take something from home.
* Oh Yes man Should also take a door guard for outside Bad/WC, the door locks here also have their best time behind them.
The only positive is the situation here.

Centrally located! They have common bathrooms and toilets though. Seemed like a limited breakfast spread to me but alas this is Switzerland (read 'an expensive place')!

We we're given a room with a view of the lake and the people working at the counter all spoke several languages, including English. Location and price are perfect as it's just a five minute walk to the center of town.

Had a decent lunch here, did not stay in the hotel. Lasagna bolognese with some beer and water for two came out to a little over 50 francs. A little pricey but decent food and great service.
