A wonderful hotel! Will stay again!

Excellent hotel across from the lake, riding trails, restaurants… free public transportation to the heart of the city. Staff were excellent and could not have done more to make our stay a great one. Would go back anytme.

Hotel is nice in overall. Nice room. Nice hospitality. Nice restaurant. Nice view. Gym is small but fine.

Don't expect too much for your potential room by seeing the antique and traditional building in photos at the tripadvisor. Actually we were accommodated in a room belonging to an ugly-looking building instead. Water pressure of the shower at the bathtub was high enough to feel great but water drainage frustratingly procrastinated to make a deep puddle on the floor presumably by inside stuffs clogged in the pipe line. You would be disturbed by the same reason while using the washstand. A shampoo bottle was filled with water rather than sampoo gel, seemingly due to failure to check the inside stuff in the bottle. Fortunately it was convenient to have additional 3 bottles of shampoo, body conditioner and body lotion etc. Set in the cabinet. It was really nice to have crispy and warm sheets of towel on the radiator in the restroom. We were happy to have a large desk and a spacious table in as vast a room. The water in the swimming pool was so warm that we could allow our kids to swim until 9PM when the operation seemed to be over. The pool place was spotless due to frequent cleaning by a male employee there. The 1.5m deep pool has a gigantic and photogenic duck rubber, an air ball and 3 styrofoam rods for kids to play with.

Wonderful hotel in a place that, while not in the old town, is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful lakeside views. Service is excellent. Access to restaurants is excellent as well. The property is a joy to wander. Also, if you have a car, it provides instant access to roads leading to the area wineries and beyond. We had a great time and will be back here when we visit this wonderful city.

I do not recommend! Servers not smiling! 40minutes for a glass of water not to mention that for 1 order we have had 4 different servers. If they don't like their work I think that there are more people smiling and friendly and would be happy to replace them!

Luxurious hotel that conveniently located and gives direct access to shops, restaurants and Lac Lémon. The hotel is peaceful and provides its own restaurant, spa — not much to do for kids though.

Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Large rooms with high ceilings. Nice outdoor pool. Great location steps from Olympic museum, restaurants and the metro station.

A very enjoyable hotel in a great position and structured across different buildings wih a reception at the center. It looks like different hotels in one as some buildings are old and some new. Rooms are large and very well kept. Most of them have a view on the lake. Staff very well trained and attentional.

Extremely high standard of cuisine, coupled with great restaurant atmosphere. Very courteous/happy staff. A real pleasure. I will return.

Excellent location at Vevey Douchy. Great rooms with high ceiling. Convenient car park and outdoor pool. Kids friendly with extremely helpful staff at reception.

Came to take this Tuesday morning a breakfast to enjoy this beautiful place, I received a rather icy reception on the part of a Mr. Cosimo… no hello, and no smile, it is yet not hard! For a hotel that wants to be a reference on Lausanne square! (Not terrible) I had to fall back on the restaurant of the port or the staff is much more friendly and smiling. Thank you all the same to the lovely lady inside who knew her, be worthy of your fame!

Fabulous views, friendly staff. Great room, we had a fabulous time. Get up early to visit the docks, you'll be greeted by locals not crazy tourists!

Excellent food and service but little expensive.

The Restaurant was disappointing. The food was okay but the quality /€ ratio is not very good. The waiter smelt of sweat.

Very enjoyable lunch with excellent food and prompt efficient service. The recommended wines were very pleasing. Prices commensurate with haute cuisine but justified in value for money.
