Staff of extreme kindness. Always welcomed and delicious dishes … especially the perch nets! Warm family atmosphere.

Everything is good at the Hotel du Port my little sin cute the fillets of perch lemon sauce a real delight.

The Port restaurant, which is owned by the hotel, is to be avoided at all costs. We went there tonight and the food really very BOF and that contrasts enormously with the prices charged which are worthy of great restaurants. We both have smeared stomachs. It is a shame and disrespectful to serve this type of food and at this price! The service more than BOF. In short, address EVITER if you want to spend a nice evening and spend your money in companies respectful of its customers and their health.

Great view of lake, nice clean room and bathroom, and friendly staff, however breakfast for 15 CHF, was not worth it.

Nice little hotel in Ouchy. There's nothing exceptional here but it is a nice, relatively affordable option in a great location.

Good food at decent prices.

The hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Reception staff were polite but not warm in their welcome. The rooms were a little dated. There doesn't seem to be any quiet rooms at the hotel. If you have a lake view room the traffic noise starts quite early. If you have a non-lake view room your window overlooks the service area so you get the noise from deliveries and dustbin collection. The rooms were quite frugal. No fridge, no minibar. But there is a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a hair dryer. But it overheated after about 30/40 seconds. So after speaking to reception they gave a second one. They explained that I could alternate them as they often overheated (! ) The beds were comfy and the pillows were really good. The t. V. Had plenty of channels in several languages, but no sleep function. Breakfast was quite good. The staff were friendly. The bread, croissants and jams were really good. There was also a good selection of fruit, cheese, hams, cereals. Evening meals were ok but we felt they were a bit over priced. The waiter wasnt very knowledgable when we asked which vegetables were available. So all in all the hotel was ok. I felt it wasnt particularly 'value for money'.

Very good hotel in Lausanne right next to the Ouchy metro station. The rooms are very well kept and comfortable. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Lausanne Ouchy metro, which connects directly to the SBB Central Station in 10 minutes. A lot of services next to the hotel: Restaurants, Coop supermarket, pub.

Near the lake and the metro. Comfortable and quiet. Modern and clean rooms. Breakfast that can be improved.

Small, cosy hotel with clean rooms. Good restaurant, wide choice of breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room service is excellent. The location of the hotel directly at the harbour and the Lakeside promenade makes for extensive, evening walks.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring an electric plug adapter and the staff at the reception promptly provided one.

Nice friendly hotel. No air con but they did have fans in the rooms. Clean and comfy.

Hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is on the front facing the lake. Spectacular views of the mountains. The rooms are cosy and spacious and also very clean.

Cosy ambiance in a historical building in Ouchy.

Staff was friendly, location was convenient. Our room was on the first floor facing the lake, was clean, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The traffic goes right by the hotel so it can be noisy with the windows open. We went down for breakfast which had a decent selection but the bottom of the croissants were burnt. Decent value for the money.

Average price too high for a kitchen. The card is the same for 2 years. In addition, it looks really bother her the lady who does the service, unpleasant. Clothing overlooked for this kind of establishment.

Excellent crêpe at creperie d'ouchy. Very good dry cider also Arond 30 — 35 francos.

Thought to cook his slow server I waited an hour to be served.
