Came here only for a coffee a couple of times. The place is exceptional — the location, the service and the taste of the coffee. Stop by, if you can — outside with a view of the lake or inside within a medieval castle.

A very well located Palace restaurant in Ouchy, right next to the Lake. Animated by the constant passage of walkers. The terrace is sunny until around 14:00, after which the shade of the Castle brings a pleasant freshness to the visitors. Prices quite high, but service at the top.

Beautiful, collaborator, collaborators, friendly, great politeness and respect. Amazing view. Lake Geneva and Alps. I highly recommend.

It goes without saying that this hotel is absolutely luxurious and amazing. We had a deluxe room with one of the most amazing bathtubs we've ever used, as well as a turret room right next to the lake. That was more of a novelty than anything, but it was fun. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the amenities in the hotel spectacular. I will say the room was a bit cold when we arrived, but the weather was pretty terrible. Finances permitting, I would definitely come here again!

Lovely hotel walking distance from the station, and beautifully situated next to the lake. With grand, well appointed rooms, delightful wood floors and comfortable beds. Restaurant is expensive, but generously portioned especially the starters. Breakfast buffet is equally generous with all the choices you would expect. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Nothing not to like. Why not five stars? It lacked something that made it feel special, despite every attention to detail, it was missing character.

Modern Hotel in ancient castle. Amazing place directly at lac leman. Breakfast room an lobby is rather „kitsch“. Rest pretty ok.

Meal OK, good but without a heart in view of the prices. The nice server smiling, the waitress not very friendly. Tiramisu has 18. — — done without mascarpone.

Very nice small classy hotel. The rooms are nicely renovated. Walking distance to the Olympic Museum. Friendly staff!

Delicate and whimsical restoration. On the other hand the prices are high. Nice terrace with a view of the lake. The interior frame is sublime and the castle was renovated not long ago.

Great hotel, beautiful surroundings. Close to the mountains and great connections to national trains via the Metro station. Staff at the hotel were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate me. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer.

A Fairy Tale Castle Lovely Hotel overlooking Lake Geneva with the Alps as the backdrop. Beautifully simple elegant rooms and the dining room is absolutely serene. They have a wide variety of choices for breakfast and a cozy lounge for quiet conversations. There are several choices for dining within walking distance and the metro is merely minutes away if you want to explore the city further. Exceptional service from each staff member we spoke with. I loved how safe the area surrounding the hotel felt and walked several blocks admiring the Historic architecture alone. If ever I have the opportunity to be in the area again I would stay at this lovely little gem.

From the moment one walks in one is treated like royalty. The hotel itself is a beautiful landmark. The staff are super friendly — nothing is too much trouble. The situation can't be beaten — just 3 minutes walk to the Metro station, and even closer to the docks for lake cruises. The pricing, for what one gets, is very good, although one would not call it cheap. Definitely my choice next time I am in the area.

Consistently abysmal service. Far too slow, clearly understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong order to arrive and then 40 minutes for the bill when we were finished.

The view is exceptional 4/5. On the other hand for the terrace the service it remains of 3/5

We love this place. We even organised our wedding there. Best terrasse in town with lake view.

The hotel location is great. At laussane lake, 5 minutes to metro station, several near restaurants. The room will serve business travelers perfectly but maybe a little bit small for others. Breakfast is good, however not to many options. The staff is hospitable and helpful.

Excellent structure on Lake Leman, magnificent view during dinner. Impeccable service, high professionalism and French cuisine. The rooms are magnificent, an experience not to be missed.

Terrible experience, swedish breakfast table not being refilled, if you don't get up for breakfast first you end up hungry even thou the price for breakfast is 30 CHF! Not enough parking space for all the guests! Occasional wedding parties in the garden part of the hotel, which means NO SLEEP during the event!

The restaurant coffee shop has the most beautiful views on the lake.

The Showeroom needs improving for people in wheelchairs. But great place!

Very bad management at least of the restaurant, didn't stay at the hotel. Long time to be served and several errors. The second time we went asking for a date to get married they told us it was available and two days after having selected the menu, the date was not available anymore. Incredible.

Very carefully, in a strategic place in front of the lake. The whole area is special to pictures.
