Poor food and restaurant service. Two toothpicks left in the blue cord that my son almost swallowed. Warm fries served more than 5 minutes after the dish despite the relaunch. Never again and not recommend.

Positives and negatives from my stay here. First of all the location is very nice and I got a great view from my room and had no issue with the amenities. Yet the lobby and the restaurant have a horrible stinch of fish. Also, most importantly the staff is HORRIBLE! I went down a night before to see the breakfast menu for the following morning and the front desk guy said he didn’t have it and that I should check in the restaurant. When I went there I found the staff getting drunk and smoking avoiding work at all costs and told me they DIDNT HAVE THE MENU AT THE RESTAURANT. Seriously disturbed with the disgusting behavior.

Perfect location to enjoy the lake and the city (metro next door). No power outlet near the bed, very small TV, no air conditioning just a small fan, no slippers/bathoir/set of sewing thread/2nd pillow available. Don't take the stairs you'll end up backstage at the hotel. 3.5 stars out of 5.

Too bad there is no air conditioning! We suffocate on hot days! Otherwise correct and attentive staff. Beautiful view of the lake if you choose a room with this orientation.

Perfect location, right in the centre close to Ouchy Pier (Boat Station for Lausanne). Value for money.

A good place to stay in Lausanne. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped Wi-Fi mini bar. I prefer the rooms with a view of the lake. In summer the proximity to the lake is most enjoyable. The reception is very friendly one feels very quickly comfortable. Feel free to dine at the "Pirate" Restaurant of the hotel. You can enjoy a wide selection of brasserie dishes. For access the metro direction CFF station is a few steps, across the street the parking of the navigation has 800 places the reception of the Ho offers you a package 24 hours.

Nice view, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is average. Rooms are clean and hotel is conveniently located. Decor is dated.

Can't beat the location and views from (lake facing) rooms. Rooms small and uninviting. Breakfast in restaurant not included and underwhelming.

Super smelly everywhere. Did smell like they used sewage to clean the floor. Smelly entrance area as well all the floors. Was disgusting. In the room only one plug, so I had to use the bathroom one. Not a modern hotel. But it was clean. The smell as said above was horrible.

Small and moderately clean, but there's a weird smell in the halls. Very close to the subway and the hotel staff will offer you free tickets.

The view from the rooms are nice but the aeration is non existant. There's only deskfans in the rooms. Kinda hard to make it through when in summer.

Right in front of the lake. There's a big underground garage on the other side of the street (obviously need to pay). Rooms are nothing spectacular, but they didn't fall short on anything. Clean, functional, comfortable all ok. The whole hotel is in between of "modern" and "old-fashioned". It has a bar and a restaurant attached to it. I have been in the hotel couple of times now, I've always wanted to try their mussels, since it looks like it's their specialty.

Rooms were small but it was perfect for a 3day stay. The room was super clean. The location is perfect. The personnel was very friendly and helpfull. For a relatively cheap choice the hotel was very good. I would recommend it especially if you do not want to pay a big Swiss price hotel.

Perfect hotel ever, with a great view and it's near to the metro. Second time for me at this hotel and will keep coming to it each time I visit Lausanne.

Standard furnished room. Rather large compared to other hotel rooms. Sadly the road next to the hotel can be noisy so having a window open during sleep is only possible between 24:00 and 05:00.

Central location and just a minute walk away from the metro. Great view to admire the lake. Hotel facilities are of standard and good minibar selection.

The reason for my 2 star is the Great views. The rest… Rooms are average. No room service. The lady at the breakfast room was rude and everything needs a little upgrade. The hotel has everything to be a 5 star with a little extra effort!

Great location Metro to 50m. Good quality rooms. Only the breakfast is of inferior quality. I have the impression that it is widespread in Switzerland. Growing dry and hard. Little Trim.

The air conditioning is not working. I was there on a business trip and the sleepless nights they weighed on my performance. To avoid absolutely in summer.

It was a very nice hotel. Clean, the bare minimum in bathrooms. Soap in dispenser, old towels and which scrape in mini quantity. No parking space to take out the suitcases and impossible to find. Parking is not very close. The subway is underneath, so you can hear it. No air conditioning, just a winded fan while it was hot. I would not do it again…

Great views of the square of the Navigation, 1 minute from the m2. Nice rooms with lake view. Hearty breakfast.

Bit like a school dorm. Snotty reception staff even though we were a booked party of 30 cars arriving as arranged.

The location of this hotel is very nice, view from my window was wonderful. There was a lot of disturbance from other travellers.

The rooms are extremely old and small. And there is no exception for the bathroom which is no different as well as very unwelcoming. The breakfast was sufficient but was crowded at times. The location had a sore back due to carrying the hotel on its back. I suppose it wouldn't be a bad hotel if you are going to be out n' about 24-7.
