Simply the best value for money in Zermatt. We’ve been coming here since 2006 and have never been disappointed. Clean, comfortable rooms, superior service, and a bountiful breakfast menu makes our holidays here that much better.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland! The breakfast has a large variety of healthy options and each of them tastes amazing! Everyone here is very very kind and friendly. They made our stay in Switzerland so much better! The rooms were also very clean and highly maintained. We've never seen cleaner sheets, towels, and toilets! We traveled a long distance to come here and we can say with certainty that each second we took to come to this hotel was very worth it! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay❤

Gorgeous! I was in this hotel the summer of 2017 and I had a great time. The rooms had just been refurbished, ample space, balcony and coffee maker in the room with some complimentary capsules.
They treated us very well! The staff is very helpful and the service is very nice.
The spa and gym are located in another nearby hotel (about 20m away), always run by the same owners. Also there beautiful pools and fitness area, where we found water, tea and free nibbles.
I highly recommend this beautiful place, in which we enjoyed it. If I could stay here again right away!

Super friendly at the reception! Got an upgrade. Unfortunately on the first day forgot to make our room, but that one can forgive. Very central location.

I’ve stayed at quite a few places in Zermatt but this one is definitely my favorite. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate my birthday and the amazing staff really made it feel special and every detail was perfect. From service, the beautiful room, which included everything you could think of, to an delicious, huge breakfast. We were more than pleased with our experience and surely will be back.

Great Christmas stay, great service from start to finish. Very tasty breakfast with many options. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Reception was very helpful, from booking restaurants to tips on where to ski and how to get there. I would love to come back.

The best breakfast buffet in Switzerland, (as far as I know it, and I know many personally, for hotel guests.

Very quaint hotel near the center of Zermatt. Had a nice room with an excellent view of the Matterhorn. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They have a regular Indian buffet at night, which we were skeptical of initially, but the quality was excellent. Rooms aren't fancy, but very comfortable and well appointed.

Did not stay at the hotel but had the all you can it Indian buffet. Really good Indian food. Staff were amazing and very polite and helpful.

Excellent Swiss quality in a family owned hotel. Very cosy and elegant. Coffee and tea available all the time together with cookies. Do not go there, so there is always a room for me at an affordable price!

Excellent room even though bathroom is a bit dated. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is friendly.

Stayed on thursday the 20th Nov 2014. Very nice place in a wonderful city. Employees are very polite with a high since of hospitality. The hotel deserves its 4 stars because it's very clean and calm.

Simple, comfortable, convenient and familiary! we will be back soon.

Friendly staff and good price relationship.

For the last 6 years we have been coming here and, in my opinion, this is the best value for your money place in Zermatt. Several reasons: 1 — Nicely located. 2 — Although this is not a hotel, it offers all the services provided by hotels and yet does not have the same aura of being detached from you. In short, it feels like home. 3 — Rooms are spacious and well taken care off. 4 — Staff is very friendly. This is easily explained, Daniela is owned by a family and they treat it as a place where their friends come to stay, not just business. 5 — It's hygienically clean. Well, welcome to Switzerland. 6 — Does not have a dine-in place. Well, some might find this a discomfort, but I think this is great, since there are so many very good restoraunts just 2 min walking distance. And yet, it have a very nice bar, where you can have you after dinner drinks. In short, peaceful and solid. I can probably go on, but the place is great and we are definitely coming here again.
