We booked for last summer and were just moved to the hotel across the street which is from the same chain. It was a very bad experience, in food, the supposed food in the pool, the pool, the past all-inclusive staff the Manager or manager, the air conditioning only worked in the hallways of the hotel because in the rooms NO. I think they have confused the safety and hygiene measures by the Covid with the quality of service and food, everything was very bad.

Brilliant hotel great staff especially Denzil simply the best. Great modern rooms.

Excellent service, cleanliness, place service. Etc.

Beautiful scenery and fabulous weather food and beverages can’t wait to go back in september☀️

Awful hotel do not recommend! Completely unorganised, not clear where you are picked up and dropped off from, the VIP tours booth is a rip off, they don’t understand you and book you in for anything! We were moved at 1am to a smaller room, because the room next to us was banging on the wall aggressively, the next day moved again but had to go downstairs 3 times to ask for new room keys! The first room, one of the balcony doors didn’t lock, the rooms are cleaned every day and that’s the only good thing! It is very out dated and really needs a refurb! The food is based on Spanish/German culture so nothing really to eat unless you’re okay with Pasta, bread and chips for a week! Staff and occupants were rude and racist (can only assume it’s because we’re leaving the EU), both of us also got food poisoning and they wouldn’t even give us some plain toast! This hotel is a joke! Completely unorganised chaos avoid!

First thing first, is a clean hotel, but that’s it!
All inclusive is just a joke! Self service with cheap and ***t quality drinks! Entertainment is nothing!

All the photos are misleading! Photos been mixed between 3 hotels! After hours you can’t even have a bottle of water!

Lovey place, lovely staff and self service all inclusive. good entertainment in Evenings and throughout the day, looking at next year already.

It is not a family friendly hotel, doesn’t cater for children, no inflatables or balls allowed.
Even your towel gets removed off the sunbed when going to the bathroom.

It does not cater well for British people everything is aimed at the Spanish

Stayed in Bonanza for seven nights and loved it. My family members who were on holiday with us had some issues such as drain smell in their room which they switched after two days, their access card kept braking had to get new one three times. MY overall experience was fine, view was beautiful, location was okay. Pool was lovely but wish it was open longer (only open 10:00-19:00), food was lovely lots to try but quite repetitive. Staff were lovely in all three hotels. The entertainment wasn’t great, extremely repetitive and boring. Would consider staying here again.

Few major gripes with this place:
1. Food is always cold, even when turning up at restaurant opening time
2. When relaxing by the pool, staff constantly come up to ask if you want to play games.
3. Evening entertainment is not great
4. Spa facilities very limited, for example only a jacuzzi (which only had 3 jets working) and a sauna. Paid €10 euros for a hour of this. … Would not stay here again!

Great place able to use 3 hotels all linked… Good variety of foods to suit all tastes. Everywhere spotlessly clean and staff always welcoming… Only negative… Entertainment very loud… Not too good if you want a quiet night.

Here for a week. Cannot fault the staff very friendly and attentive. Food is what it is wide selection at dinner times and snacktimes. Usual breakfast and lunch items. 3 hotel's can use the facilities in all 3. Pools are decent and always able to catch the sun. Only think I would say is the air con for the rooms could be better but with the amount of guests in the hotel using it at one time it's understandable that the output may be reduced. All in all I cannot fault the service or the hotel spent a week here with partner and we are a young couple. Suits all ages unless your looking to party which I wouldn't advise as it's a family hotel which is nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic resort. Stay in one and have access to three hotels. Whilst this isn't a 5 star resort it really was everything we needed for a great family holiday. All inclusive gives an extensive array of dishes from all around the world. The pools were great and the entertainment was enjoyable. Highly recommendable.

To the lack of entertainment, bad food and cold pools they added arrogant personal. As the days went by we noticed that the food is all the same EVERY SINGLE DAY and God was it bad. Every evening from 20:00 a program started. For the whole week they didn't change that program. First a so called "small disco" for the little ones, then bingo and basically that was it. The employees don't speak English and the few of them that do are very arrogant and started a fight with us over a mistake that they did. The pools are constantly cold. The bugs are everywhere. We have photos of cockroaches IN THE HALLWAY. We definitely don't recommend staying in this hotel.

Very well the combination of the three hotels, all clean and the food well, the furniture needs a change the same as eliminating the carpet from the rooms and hallway, I would be delighted.

Had a double room for single use, not to compare with all the pictures. The bathroom door could not be fully opened as this bumps into the toilet, turning only goes with the door completely closed. Carpet dirty, mattress totally read through.
But the cockroaches, at night was the worst!
The staff in the dining room was super attentive and friendly, and there was always plenty of choice when eating.

4 stars hotel, lovely team but they dont have good communications between each other ad well as they charge for holiday print paper even they dont needed but they just want to make money out of computers at the reception, no Wi-Fi for free except near rhe reaction and its very slow, avarge food and suitable price for the quality.

Tasty food and nice location with amazing view on volcano. Very friendly staff that made you feel like a welcomed guest. Really good service in good price.

I returned last week from my trip to Tenerife, I stayed at this hotel but it was not all real to what I had booked. Room with pool view not up to the supplement paid, also facilities were with equipment for disabled but very annoying for those who do not have these needs, entertainment only for recreational games such as Bingo and tombola, TV service in the room without channels Italians making request of our language have not provided with a technician in spite of our solicitations. Food average enough with little variety throughout the stay.

Excellent freindly staff that made you feel like a welcomed guest. Good food and good service.

A place to spend a few days, with very good attention on the part of all the staff, with bus courtesy of the hotel to the center, and well connected if you want to go out with your car.

Hotel complex is great. There are 2 Animationbühne there is the right evening.
Drinks are brought and mixed according to your taste. The food is good with a lot of choice. Centrally located. Shops, supermarket all within walking distance.

Excellent Hotel, maybe a little old but very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, and with a good situation. It's close to everything. Recommended.

Hotel with spacious rooms, good views, you can see the Teide and the Orotava Valley, balcony and terrace overlooking the pools, is a resort of three hotels, therefore you have to go to breakfast one and eat and dine as directed. I do not recommend buying an all inclusive why in the end you will be forced to spend money, because if you want to have a decent drink you'll have to go outside, there are many bars and restaurants with ambience, the spa very simple and you'll have to take your own towel and bathrobe. The Buffet well, the normal food, with little variety, the dinner better, the staff well, with tendency to nationalities that give tip, which is what usually happens, the cleanliness of rooms well, you notice the difference of some employees to others some change the towels and other They spend more. Overall not the best value for an all inclusive, for saving on quality will lose customers.

Careful trap! If you are in the "Canarife Place" half board, you will be asked to pay at breakfast and dinner for a 0, 2 L glass imitated fruit juice with €2. A lousy rip-off. We will never book this hotel again!

Very welcoming place and very clean resort. A special thanks to the animation team for making me feel at home. A big shout out to Chris and the others pablo and jan and not forgetting the character francesco. Thankyou all. Food was substantial and very pleased all in all. Only reason not 5 star is due to drop off and pick up not clear, also a slight electrical fault meaning a walk into one of the other 2 buildings for food although the pool bar food is again very tasty. Would definitely return. Which I probably will in order to beat my 11 diplomas I won in a week ;-) thanks guys. Garry.

Rooms are good, breakfast was great, dinner was on most evenings basic, one night the choice was burgers or rabbit stew, there were other items available on the buffet menu but of the same ilk. The hotel bar was down in what appeared to be the basement, on the two occasions we went there, we were the only ones there, didn't stay long! hotel pool and pool bar were good, to be fair we did go in February on a package deal, weather was great 26 degrees all week, shorts, tea shirt and flip flops oh yes! ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a.

Renovated Hotel in Puerto de La Cruz. With spectacular views of the Orotava Valley and the sea.
Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good.

Rooms big It seems that if you are German you get first class service in the restaurants, drinks bought to you, Hello and a bit of chat. If you are English they just ignore you. My grasp if German is pretty good and when the waiter comes up to the people who have just sat next to you and tells them in Germany he can move them to different seats if they don't want to sit next to these people sort of upsets you Would never come here ever again Door card been redone 3 times in 4 days as keeps loosing code, 10 minutes round trip to other reception We were here last year at Hotel perla totally different atmosphere Feel unwanted here. I'll say it came with bad body having read reviews from other travelers, I thought… where we are going to get, but I am of fixed ideas and as something is put between eyebrow and eyebrow I carry out, first I will put the worst and I will continue with the good (also there and much) the coffee D The breakfast is lousy, the worst I've tried to take in hotels, since Friday I don't drink coffee at breakfast, then I do it at the pool bar which is very good and at a good price.
The bathroom screen is small so water spills out.
The carpet in poor condition in some areas. (improved)
The mattress and pillow can be improved. (improved)

We are talking about a hotel with a few years, with gardens, lounges, swimming pools and all in if care and clean.

The grounds and pools well and also the food and rooms. But it needs a renovation and it has the silver and the city center for a good walk and with much cost.

Just got back on last sunday 28th of January definitely not the best place ive stayed not got a clue how its 4 star* food was ok not great. All inclusive I felt 2nd class rooms are clean but very old fashion easily not been done up for 20 years. Carpets are fraid on hallway/stairs (trip hazards) internet is perfetic its free at reception but you might aswel go to a bar and get it but that means having to pay for a beer. €6 euro a day in hotel room it constantly goes off and constantly having to sign in again entertainment is good for kids to be honest but that dosent start while 8:30 to 9:00 one place around the pool to get drinks snacks but have to walk backwards and forwards because its that far. Inside bar isnt open during the day which is rubbish because the pool is right there next to it. There is a bar right next to the main pool but thats not all inclusive and there advertising saleros twister ice creams not free at all. My daughter didnt want little tubs of ice cream and have to walk 3minutes to get one we complained about the first room we got in it looked like a cat had been doing nothing but plucking the carpets it was awful its a real shame its a nice place it just needs someone with comen sense to just turn it around you make your own mind up end of the day like I did I read the reviews a week before going and I thought some people are a bit picky im not that botherd but when I experienced it believe me I ate my words.

Good to say about this hotel. We were in October and we went out very disappointed. We arrived about twelve o'clock in the evening as we had the all inclusive offered us some snacks, fruit and water. The truth was good detail. But when we got to the room it started the disappointment, the dirty room, with empty water bottles lying on the floor, the bathroom had stones inside the tub (surely from the person who occupied the room previously). Let's not talk about breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink. I was in several hotels with an all inclusive and never had to go out for lunch or dinner out of necessity. In this case we ate and dined more times outside than at the hotel. He doesn't deserve the stars he's got for me. Apart from all this I think it's all meant for foreigners.

House bonanza is OK, except for catastrophic animation with your music. The sound of the whole day is impossible. You want to relax, but with deafening initial music you get the invitation to participate in the animations. That happens day after day alike. The boring daily same music drives at most depression and does not promote recovery. Many guests Lt survey, will not book at this resort again, but in neighboring hotels that offer no impossible music sounding and animation. Level of music and animation equal to zero! This is also shown by the participation.

Disappointing outdated… and horrible food… being a resort can put you in any of the three hotels are Q… you have to do the checkin in one and you can send another… You can use the facilities of the three… but it's a bummer. I do not recommend… Although the area is quiet and has many shops and restaurants and the botanical garden next door… The center is very secluded…

The only nice and helpful the waiters, reception staff incompetent, never answer the phone, mattresses to throw, mediocre food, not at all a 4 star, the night C is people making noise and you can not sleep… If you have to spend for a 4 star hotel change.

Former hotel bonanza The beds are totally secluded. You can feel every single metal spring. The fitness room is useless. The few quality are damaged or defective. Otherwise only two minimally equipped free weights benches.
The food is mediocre and repeats itself weekly. Rather German cuisine, nothing Spanish.

Literally the worst hotel you'll ever stay at in your life, the staff are incredibly rude even shouting at my disabled mother to go away when she asked tfor directions. Every night we heard other guests complaining and this just seemed to make the staff care less. Karaoke till 3 in the morning which you can hear all the way up to the second floor bedrooms. No one uees the pool because it's freezing, even in really hot weather the pool is positioned in a way that it remains ice cold. The beds are like military mats with pillows like sacks stuffed with hay. The beauticians in the sauna used Moldy old tools that look like they haven't been replaced in years, the food was the only redeeming feature but it's actually cheaper and better quality food to eat at the surrounding restaurants. We are not posh and don't expect much but there were so many instances of bare faced negligence and rudeness that this resort really should be shut down. Don't go there.

Hotel of the middle class, guests from Spain, France and Germany as well as England. Like almost all or many hotel Renovierungsbefürftig. Cleanliness OK food and pool also OK.

The hotel room was tidy and equipped with good mattresses and an almost new TV. The bathroom had a bathtub. The location from the room was not so great, 2 ter floor on the east side. Look in front of a wall and when you looked down there was the tennis court but EHR was a Anstellort. Where the balcony often rocked a scaffold with workers because they improved the side somewhat. The 2 pools outside (19 degrees in December) + the grounds were clean and tidy. The pool inside has been a little bit over the years but for a bit of swimming definitely suitable at around 24 degrees. The carpets have running marks and have come a little like the doors in the years. I had half board and the breakfast and dinner were buffet style and varied.
For drinking there was early coffee and juice for free, in the evening there was free water at the half-board, the other drink costs €2 and you can drink as much as you want.
The car park on the premises has 24 parking spaces, but it costs €5 per day. On the street or the small parking lot nearby is free. The Wi-Fi is also free in the entrance area, but costs the entire hotel if you want to use it everywhere.
The safe in the room is for a fee, the TV and fridge was free.
A rental car was arranged by the hotel for 55 €/3 days.

Spacious rooms and good bathrooms in them. The buget very good cooks and waiters. At reception very amales and agrdables. They deserve the five stars and more. Enhirabuena.

Bad smell at the room. Completely ”self service”; you ger to mix your own drinks. The liquer bottles are placed so that even children can reach them! Not much to choose between at the buffé. Food that hasn’t been eaten is re-heated and served the day after!
Nice pool at the Bonanza — but at the other hotel the pool area smelled like rutten sewar! No service from the staff. Weird “bar” in the basement! It feels like they won’t have guests here! We did NOT feel welcome here and we are certainly NOT gonna come back either! This is NOT a 4 Star hotel — a 2 — or 3 Star at the tops!

Very noisy. Impossible to reconcile sleep. Guests parties in surroundings swimming pool up to high hours very bad mattresses. Repetitive food and poor quality. Lack of lounges to be, there is not even where to see T. V. In short, you have 2 stars left over.

1. Rooms are spotless and large. 2. Pool area is excellent, but note don't dare leave a towel to reserve a sunbed or it will be removed by staff. (I think it's a great idea) 3. Food isn't great in my opinion. Don't book it for the all inclusive option unless your broke. 4. When you want lunch u need to go to another hotel across the road 5. If you need anything done extra pillows etc u need to ask in another hotel reception area (a bit frustrating when the door key doesn't work a few times during the week). 6. Food really was terrible. After reading reviews I had my hopes up. If your pregnant or have a walking g disability I think it can be a bit much especially during lunch. 3 out if 5 because it's so clean.

In itself a very nice hotel but the food is under all sow. The plates are unwashed and in the glasses one can smell what was drunk in front of it. My girlfriend and I caught a infection here. Find another Hotel.

I really enjoyed the attention of the staff the first day I arrived after the 11th of the night and they kept food I found excellent. The food is very varied. The only thing is Q is a bit old but I like the hotel.

The place is beautiful and the hotel is not bad either. You have access to a total of three hotels where you can eat anywhere. The rooms are huge and the staff friendly.

Fab place, yes a bit dated but I booked a single room and got a twin. Lots of choice of food, but if you go half board you have to pay 2 euros for a drinks voucher but you can have as much alcohol with your dinner as you want. The sun shined from 11 to 6. Just had a lovely facial in the spa and enjoyed visiting all 3 hotels in complex. Some people on here moan just for the sake of moaning.

We had a good time and as a family of four we had 10 days there. The food was good and we had good choices every day. We were disappointed with our room. We had booked a Superior Quadruple room and had 2x twin beds! No separate room for my husband and I! Just one big room. We did query this but nothing could be done.
Also my children of 9 and 10 years couldn't participate in the activities as they were told they were too young. A lot more could be offered for kids this age. My husband took part more so, but my son wanted to do darts, football, archery, rifle shooting, water polo, but no such luck! The all inclusive cocktails… no alcohol at all! Evening entertainment was ok if a bit repetitive, but the staff were very good especially Rich and Francesca who always made a beeline for the girls and was a complete flirt at times. I wouldn't return because of the room situation though. Something has to change there. Can't believe all families are in one room…

Ok hotel. Not too expensive so don't expect too much of it. Hotel staff is ok too. Most speak some English.

The staff are so courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The young manager name Fabio was so wonderful and helped make our holiday a great one! … will return here again in the very next opportunity we have. Highly recommended. ❤

Very clean rooms helpful staff self serve for all inclusive drinks all day. The entertainment staff was brilliant Francesco/1220 the hotel entertainer was fabulous. If you are there on a Friday go to the party night in the town fabulous great fun. I would go back. Beware of lizards they freek the hell out of me.

Everything is ok. But Wi-Fi is not free. Even if you have all inclusive deal you have to pay another 25€ for 7 day and its only for one device. So for both of us its straight away 50€. As example in europe even in the toilets Wi-Fi is free. Weather wasnt hot, so water in the pool was cold. Also very dissapointed with food menu, food was like: pasta, sausages, fried fish. Nothing special what we been expecting from canarian island. And very bad news was: in that Puerto de la cruz they never have sun! Thats really really bad for that place. We was thinking that maybe its a bad weather, but one day we went do rent a car and lady said that in Puerto de la cruz they never have sun! So we went to south of tenerife and there all the time sky was clear. And it was very hot there. But you have rent a car and you have to buy food over there as you going to miss lunch. Dissapointed…

Location is not too far from town, there is a shuttle bus that goes into town anyway. Bit confusing with all the hotel locations. Rooms are a bit outdated but the balcony is a plus. We were given a packed lunch as we arrived past dinner time. Buffet style meals, the fruit could be altered but everything is great. Free Wi-Fi only available in the foyer but is extremely slow. Pools are great and there is a pool table and air hockey table.

We have been in this small group of 3 horeles 10 days… came with all included… big mistake… already QE all inclusive is very rare… This snack apart… you have qe serve your and drinks and food leaves much q want. If you like coffee you have qe pay… 1, €20… THIS IS A 4 STARS?

AT QE IS BASED TO PUT 4 STARS. Superior standard room we had and we have two tiny beds… the time of Mary chestnut. Sumieres them and mattresses… is salian springs… the first day lost waiting for change us mattresses… the ubicacion. A 0

In qe qe are based a hotel bring 4 star?. The mattresses of the second world war. If you want a piña colada serve you your machine. If want coffee you must pay a supplement of 1.20 when out of the hotel is at 0.70. And if like to picnic and you are all included have qe pay. 3€ pir person… the animation. Shines by its absence. Of echo some of the animators do not speak just Spanish. And the schedule of the meals. QE are in Spain… I say too soon for the Spaniards.

Experience can be improved, we charged up to breathe and what they offered was nothing otherworldly. Hours are foreign, the pool closed at 6 and dinner left serving at 9:30 if bad not recurdo (as Spanish I, at that time we were still touring the island). To all this must be added that the rooms are not otherworldly and over we had a plague of ants in the room. In terms of the treatment we receive before the plague… VERY BAD. We had to ask ourselves which we changed room, it did not start to them say it, intended take repellent insect spray at 10 in the evening. As for the change of room, more moving than a simple change that appeared, to 2 rooms we had, all of them with problems (we were three and missing beds). Finally, in the terms of service (camarer@s, Señor@s of cleaning, etc. ) great, very friendly and attentive.
I neither repeat nor recommend it, I've been in hotels with fewer titles and a lot better.
Surely there are people that ended up encantadisima, but we don't.
