Clean and functional. Friendly staff.

We have arrived this morning super soon, and they have behaved super well, having availability they have left us entry before to rest.
All the service is super friendly and helpful I give them a 10 everything has been facilities.
Also in the afternoon when we went up to the room there was a bucket with a Lambrusco and a fountain with fruits.
The room is great, the dining room is great the pool and the heated pool with Jacuzzi.
It has a gym.
It has a private Spa.
Its location is very good.
The food is not bad, it is true that there is not much variety.
But the catering service is lovely.
The pool lifeguard super helpful.
If it is true that you may need in some rooms Reform to modernize it a little.
Parking in the streets above the hotel is quite easy.

I would absolutely recommend this 5 star hotel, not only for the comfortable environment and spacious rooms, also for the excellent cleanliness of the rooms that I found excellent.
Comfortable beds and king size.
It offers various possibilities for relaxation and the sea view is incredible.

The hotel a dream the location even more dreamlike that to see me every day while eating is a real delight… we love it 😃

The food was very good, lots of choice, some cooked in front of you. Indoor pool warm not crowded. Although busy always able to get a table in dining room. Nice experience.

I stayed between 1st — 8th November 2019. I had a lovely holiday weather was quite warm for time of year. Every aspect of the Hotel was very clean, food enjoyable and staff helpful and polite.

We are staying on the 10 th floor, pool is on the 16 th its definitely amazing views all the things you would expect from a 5 star, staff work hard to keep everyone happy, we upgraded to all inclusive, lunch times here are quiet, and the choice of food is fantastic, evenings are busier but still lots to choose from, would definitely stay here again. We are here with Dance Club so lots of fantastic dancing going on.

We loved the Hotel, the room was large with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the food excellent and very varied, at certain times there could be many people, the pool, the bar and the great atmosphere and all the staff very friendly and attentive.
As a negative point, the picnic a little scarce and repetitive.

Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Room is spacious and linen changed regularly. An abundance of different foods to suit all tastes. Very relaxing, and suitable for all ages. Definitely recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely hotel very polite staff and helpful. Heated pool isn't very hot and jacuzzi needs to be hotter. Food plentiful and good choice although nothing is very hot. Rooms clean and well proportioned. Reading Web site says no shorts allowed at dinner but people were wearing them. Walk into town about 20 mins although at night its along an unlit path and mostly the path follows a road not for the faint hearted. Great views from the upside down hotel.

Don't let yourself fooled by the overall score of the reviews. The hotel is very clean, room is huge anf the good is very nice also. (breakfast and dinner) The views are fantastic both from the room and the restaurant. Staff is very nice and the ladies that clean your room are brilliant. Everything is clean and back to where it is supposed to be upon your return.

Definitely not a five star hotel. Whilst the staff are reasonably polite they're not highly competent or attentive. The standard of catering is average at best. Most of the food isn't hot, this includes the beans every day at breakfast, the soup at lunch and dinner every sitting, the chilli con carne even when fresh from the kitchen, the fried rice and so on. Plenty of salad though each sitting. After three days here it's becoming apparent that the place has either incompetent or lazy management. Every morning so far I've had to ask staff to find me a cereal bowl so it's common to see kids using plates for yoghurt and coco pops etc. 4 euros a day to hire a kettle and no irons are available to press your clothes. The rooms are kept clean, the cleaners are fast, capable and courteous. The pool bar has a menu of various pizzas and sandwiches, none but the tuna ones available, poor really and no apology offered. It's not an horrendous hotel but it is no where near a five star.

This hotel is very good. Rooms are big and clean with balcony. Everybody can enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Breakfast and dinner of this hotel is very good. The only negative thing of this hotel is to go to down town is very tough, specially for the aged people. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic.

This is the second time we go to this hotel, with several years of difference. It is very good to go with children as it has two pools one heated with jets and Jacuzzi and another outside which is a bit cooler. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It has a good location, close to Puerto de la Cruz and with parking in the area. The food in the buffet is acceptable and is changing every day.

Clearly not a 5 star hotel but however good value for money.
Finally it is a hotel that will suit in the evening fall to sleep in large rooms nice and comfortable after walking and visiting all day. On the other hand, I think the services offered and the quality of outdoor equipment are really not enough to stay a week to enjoy the sun at the hotel.
The overall look is a bit dated, the clientele also from elsewhere. The restaurant is rather good and offers a wide choice.
Special Mention for the staff of this hotel that does a remarkable job at all levels, with a warm and caring welcome.

Amazing view as all the rooms have sea view, clean rooms and very nice staff. The food is another plus. People working there are always happy and full of respect. The sound of the ocean waves crashing its almost scaring.

The buffet. A little embarrassment in addition it is a hotel that does not deserve 2 stars the attention to the public leaves a lot to be desired. At the end of breakfast we saw an operator pick up the food from the floor… and return it to the tray. In addition the hours at the firm are not real. In the cafeteria we were driven by abusive prices.

Decent hotel for the value for money.
Seen on the ocean of all the rooms, but better to have a room as high as possible so as not to have the view on the road.
Very rich Buffet, there in for all, from very fat and sweet to legé, vegetable and fresh fruit.

Excellent. I'm very cordial. Wonderful views. They change towels and they replace soaps every day. The food was delicious and varied. Activities for children. The outdoor pool, warm, a pleasure.

It's not really a 5 star. It doesn't have a t. Of quality. The best certainly the views, yes, from the 6-7 floor. The staff is. Very nice and always willing. The gym was quite nice, very renovated. It is curious that in dining hours you can not bite anything in the pool bar or lounge.

Well served Hotel with a wonderful view of the ocean. The buffet is very varied and full of food for all palates. To be improved definitely is the speed of the check in. There are many restaurants, ice cream shops and mini markets nearby. The rooms are spacious and the level of cleanliness is remarkable. The only bad thing is that often you can not find parking, but in the vicinity (about 300 Mt. ) There is a fairly large parking place to stay. The nationality of the guests is varied. Few young people and many elderly. If you want to relax is the right structure. 17 Floors high.

A very good 5 star hotel where everything fits where you can enjoy the holiday to the fullest, the food is hard to exceed the rooms as well as the facilities very pure, only the smokers on the balconies are horrible and throw the smoked cigarettes simply into the s Chöne Plant.

Top hotel with sea view and friendly staff. The whole hotel is very clean. Thanks to the maid from the 10th floor. The view to the sea is great.
The fitness room was big enough and nice. On the Internet stood 5 devices, that is wrong, there were much more. The food is very good. But there was a great variety of food.
It is 15-20 minutes walk to the centre.

If you are older German or English it is site must be perfect, when booking a 5 star you expect more than that and some luxury of course.
At reception they are half friendly, dinner is served until the 21H3O! If you're 1 minute after not dinner.
The room service has nothing from a 5 star rather than a 3 and only caters to the 22h30.
They offer activities and dancing but all for older people.
It would be a good 3 star residence for older people.

We had a nice room at 11th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The hotel is very clean, beds comfortable, linen changed often, the staff is great. We liked food too, different fish every dinner which we enjoyed, good variety of dishes to meet all tastes. The only disappointment for us was the warmed pool which wasn’t as warm as we like, as well as hot tub. Otherwise great place to relax. Worth money paid. Five stars from is.

Great view from the window, the rooms are quite cozy, cleaning daily. The restaurant has a varied and delicious meal for breakfast and dinner. Open terraces with beautiful ocean views. Friendly staff. There is a sauna, spa, beauty salon. Rent a car.

Beautiful place, spotless rooms, Gentilossimo staff, rooms with breathtaking views of the ocean, a flaw is the food, not the top but it fits! It's not a 5 star but a 4 si! A few km from here is the Lake Martianez then Plaza de Chario that in the evening becomes alive!

Very expensive hotel that doesn't have 5 stars, it has maximum 3 stars. Usual breakfast, nothing special! No heated water in the pool, inside pool is actually still outside amd it had no water in it. This hotel might've had 5 stars 30 years ago but now it's not even close to an usual 3 stars hotel. We don't recommend!

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was great every morning we ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. In the evening also eaten in the open air. We had half board and the food was just great. In the morning as well as in the evening. The room was very clean. A pity was only that the bathing area was renovated in the indoor area. But we had a great vacation. The hotel and food was great. We were there from November 11th to November 18th.

The times I have been to Tenerife, I have always stayed at this hotel, which is located in a beautiful place on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz, on a cliff and with the reception in the highest part of the building. To the rooms you take the elevator to get off, not to climb. This last time has given me the impression that, not because, has lowered something its level of quality compared to other previous stays. But it is still a recommended hotel.

Nice hotel with great views. Friendly service staff and plenty of choices at breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately at the moment some construction sites and therefore noise. There is a night's sleep, as the main road is currently closed.

5 Star Hotel?
This had to be more controlled… surplus 1 * or 2 *… for the years 80 had to have that category… but in the present times… no, no and No… You need a comprehensive reform… isolations. (Road traffic is very much heard).
Food, little varied but acceptable. No more. Good location, nice staff, clean and friendly.
At the time of stay. Ten days, we found ourselves in room 3 cockroaches. By the way. Well-bred (please insect more often).
The only good thing that took out of this hotel the size of the room and the bed very comfortable… the rest is not worth the price you pay… You can not give quality of 5 * Charging what you charge for the room…
In short, thanks to the little time we have spent at the hotel. The stay has become more bearable in this beautiful island… The hotel will not return or recommend it to anyone…

Indoor pool in works during our stay, large buffet, quality of the correct food, very clean rooms, sea view to all rooms and not too expensive for a 5 star, friendly staff and speaking a little French.

We just spent a week at this hotel with our 3 year old daughter. The staff are helpful and always in a good mood. The hotel is a bit old but the reception, the spacious room and the quality of the restaurant make us forget the quaint side of some part of the hotel. The hotel is very well located to visit this beautiful island full of different landscapes.

This hotel is really good and staff cannot do enough for you. Would go back here again without a doubt. Amenities here are good balcony over Atlantic, and waves breaking at night put you to sleep. Steep hills and weather nothing to do with hotel, as is mentioned in other reviews, trip adviser being the worst… in my opinion. One more thing people going full board and never going out we could hear them looking for fault at meal times, with difficulty I might add… really they should go out for a walk or something.

Superb Hotel, the staff is nice, speaks many languages, well located, practically all rooms have a wonderful view of the sea, breakfast buffet, dinner theme etc… Excellent.

Great hotel with ocean view, spotless and very spacious rooms, very kind and friendly staff made you feel at home. Restaurant with buffet dinner with a thousand dishes to taste, I do not think anyone would find anything that could not please him. Buffet at breakfast with anything you can eat. 1 km from the beach, but you do it very happily and effortlessly… ditre a superb hotel.

Very pleasant stay, unfortunately, it is very difficult to be understood by the hotel staff. The languages written and spoken in this hotel are Spanish, English and German. Only 2 people from the hotel have tried to understand us, one of which has royally ignored us, "No speak French" and it is barred.

Nice location spacious room with beautiful view. Downside was They charge for safe and cattle. We where in 18th floor. The best view ever but no lift to this floor. Lifts go up to 17th and you have to take stairs. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there is no bell boy in the hotel.

Food too much but excellent choice every morning and night lots and lots to eat. Air con in room totally useless better to sit out on balcony where it is cooler. Beautiful views of the sea and town. Staff excellent! Pamper to your every need. Beds are solid could do with being a little softer. But hey ho we are English and like our home comforts. On the whole the positives out weigh the negatives. We are here for our 2nd trip and really enjoy it here it's so relaxing.

You can see everywhere the announcement of "late check-out" you just have to pay 10 € hour But that is not the case at all. We asked for the Check out at 2pm they refused directly even without any word of apology.
The reception is not always at the top. The last day of our stay Sir at the reception was unpleasant which did not want to answer our two questions.
80% of the food is too greasy.
If not, the rooms are clean, the housekeepers are very nice and the service at the bar and buffet is very good.

Lovely place!, Brilliant staff! The food amazing! The rooms really up to standards!, I can't ask for more to be honest! Clean! Good location! Wifi I might say it's not the best one in the room, but hey! Who goes on holidays to spend time on the Wi-Fi? For me it's not a big deal as I think we should spend some quality time with the family :) :) I would recommend this Hotel without thinking twice, I would like to say so many names of brilliant and helpful people working there that I think it won't be enough space for me to type :) :)

Fabulous place, dream room with the noise of the sea refill, elevator that comes down over the front desk to allow you to arrive directly on the waterfront. Meals from King. Never been better…

Prestigious hotel in excellent location maybe a little dated but the view over Puerto De la Cruz of Tenerife and the pools of Lake Martianez is splendid! A gifted breakfast buffet and staff at the height and a really unique price-quality ratio! Recommended!

It's a beautiful place and great surf. It is necessary to walk 20 meters side of the ocean and will open a very beautiful view. Where there is always something to dream about and think about alone.

Loved it. The food is awesome. Vit, just no words. But no child's room is normal, no children's playgrounds. The noise from the sea constantly. Very close to the shops, to the Marina to go down no problem. There are plenty of small cafes and restaurants. Very good to relax Without the kids. A lot of places where you can lie back and really relax.

All very well except that there is no parking and hard to park. Spectacular buffet and staff very attentive and pleasant.

Hotel perfect, rooms great with fantastic views. Nice staff, polite and correct. Pools well. SPA a little bit small. The food is not very varied. When you take a few days just by repeating. Double bed great. Quiet area, near there are sites where you can salír to get something to drink or eat outside the hotel if you fancy. Good prices for the area. If they are people with some kind of allergy there is advance notice so that you can build the commands in advance. If you're going the same day you can make it.

Hotel not recommended, it lacks of animation during the day (both for children and for adults), buffet repetitive, with little variety anything like that to a five-star hotel, rooms clean and comfortable, staff pleasant but exhausted (there is little), the all inclusive is not worth snacks and mid morning void.

Room very well. Lovely dining room and cleaning staff. I recommend is wear long pants because it is obligatory for dinner for men although women can go as they want, something that isn't logic. And the music by the pool bar best who turn it off once in a while: loops of 10 songs that are repeated without change.

Went here for 10 Days in Sept '14, great View Of down town Puerto DLC, vast choice for breakfast buffet, friendly, helpful staff. Only bad point is the road tunnel closing at 9pm and there's no way you can walk back from town in half. Hour.

A hotel with a great sense of humor. Arrived December 28th day of the innocents and after you have booked a room with sea views, bed King Size and extra for a child more another room for family members. Previously we had called to verify and confirm the reservation several times. At the reception of the hotel we were told also that it was overlooking the sea. We pay at the moment, we load the suitcases because despite a 5-star or waiter or cart. Surprise send us to floor 1, where there is nothing of the contracted and paid. It was the basement, two beds, TV's cathode ray, smell of humidity, carpeted with rash and a splendid view of a Palm tree, a fence, and with an extraordinary sound of cars passing. We started to look to locate hidden cameras but we were not able to. Only to the reception area and move it was a regrettable error and we wanted to talk with the address of the Hotel, we realized there was a joke, because at the speed of lightning we would go to the address, but no, they sought us hired, this time on the 14th floor, with excellent views of the sea flat TV and paid for by the beds. And I say, how I could be so innocent? Would it not have been easier to meet promised and not lie you on your face? Would it not have been easier to think that the money of the españolitos is the same legal tender than the rest of the Europeans?.
Moreover, ladies and gentlemen, the 5 stars are located in 3 and see that you can get party views and facilities that have.

A 5-star hotel is not the best Semiramis rather good 4 star. Lobby and dining room have the charm of 70 years. Not so the rooms, renovated all with great sea views and neat. With small children, I would have concerns but, for a room on the 14th floor with a balcony is already staggering.
Inside outside everything is compensated on the 16th floor with sea views for 5 star tip top clean, somewhat boring but great pool.
Helpful and friendly staff, but I advise against renting a car through the hotel. Maybe I am but also to very german. Culinary enough exists, I believe that all inclusive here, not worth it. A little more variety would not hurt.
