Good place, good price.

Los apaetamentos estan muy bien, los empleados muy simpáticos. El desayuno muy correcto.

Aparthotel con desayuno buffet libre, gimnasio, lavadora (de pago) y piscina. Limpio. Wifi gratis. Aparcamiento gratuito al lado. Buena atención del personal.

Good location and very friendly staff regarding the facilities the building is renovated and good looking. But in the mornings there is a lot of noise from the breakfasts, they should condition it. Please note that cleaning only makes beds and towels are changed. As for the beds we had two singles and one of them was uncomfortable as were the pillows.

Except the location is a bit secluded, everything else perfect. Great value, and if you have car rental shopping and no problem. The port of the Cross is small so it is really all at hand, yes, prepare the legs that the slopes are large. Clean apartments, rich breakfasts, perfect facilities, and great Wi-Fi. Recommended 100%, we will return. Attached photo of the views when leaving the door.

Very good stay. A normal, refurbished apartment. The breakfast was very good. Especially I liked how simple it is.

Small swimming pool, small breakfast. Bad reception, no english. Nice rooms.

First Night was awful was on lower floor and we could here everything didn't sleep and bed was really uncomfortable we complained and they changed us to third floor and was so much better. Breakfast was really basic all cheap ingredients. The last morning we went to the bar across the road for breakfast instead.

Not really central place. But nice, cared for couples and families with children. This pool and small gym. The staff was very helpful Large and well equipped rooms.

Clean and cosy, good beds and I liked the detail of the bottle of wine …

Okay, but they don't pass. One day they didn't make the room and for dirty dishes they don't leave you detergent or scouring and neither does the service.

Very good, the facilities are new and very nice. The only thing that the cleaning was not very good, was the apartment dirty. But other than that, all very well.

Overall a decent hotel, but the description is not quite true. Hot water from a small boiler, dust and sand on the floor, but what disappointed most of all is stale bedding. At the same time the staff (cute Russian-speaking girl at the front desk) are very responsive and friendly.

Quite nice although there are cooking facilities there is nothing in the way of washing up liquid or sponges. It basically doesn't seem as if they have given the cooking much thought.

A quiet, economical and very central Location. The attention is detailed and painstaking. To especially highlight Monica's attention! Let's start by clarify that although advertised as a hotel are actually apartments. My family and I stayed a week and we were super comfortable, but the services they say they provide does not conform to reality, the room only had two days, when they say there is no maid service floors two days a week, advertise free parking non-existent, you can leave the car in the street that yes, the reception service is quite unpleasant, with the exception of a girl doing that we treatment great, the buffet breakfast was ok no more, but need more tables and staff to develop the peak hours, since they do not have a dishwasher and this task is performed by the own maid. The location was somewhat away from. Center but if there were a lot of services around, in short, if you want an apartment at a good price this is your place, but don't expect extras because you won't find them.

Clean rooms and good service but awful breakfast and unfortunately a bit far from the Shot.

The location is really one of the best, located just minutes from the city centre.
They are all friendly and sunny, the rooms could be improved because hammo two separate beds and not a double, but the apartment is in very good condition and clean. I found myself well.

The apartments are spacious and clean. It is u place to spend as much two nights that are not well located but it is cheap.

Clean, modern and spacious apartments. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and easy parking. The apartment has a big flat screen tv, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and they offer a buffet breakfast every morning.

The hotel was refurbished recently (2015), looks better than on the pictures. The family apartments (65 sqm) are fine, ours had a nice view to the sea. Beware of the apartments in the basement, they are dark and inconvenient.

Spectacular apartment where we were. What we liked most was the treatment received by the reception guy.

An infamous site. We arrived on Tuesday the pool had a green color by lack of water cleaning, the Wednesday morning pool without access because they finally cleaned it. Thursday, my wife was sleeping in the room and enters a no clean cleaning lady takes the key that was in the kitchen and holds my wife with key. Climbing with children I find that called but we heard not the phone, went down to reception and the receptionist took him to joke and went to open the door with key and had to locate the cleaner to recover our key that had been unchecked if there was someone in the room. In no time we received apologies. Today at 9:30 supposedly was the director-general to speak to me, appeared at 10 h 40. At the end, he called me asshole which led to a second sheet of claim. Finally the receptionist refused to identify himself on the sheet that I gave to putting that we gave the room and inventory correctly. Third claim. A site to avoid and an embarrassment to tourism in the Canary Islands in general and Tenerife in particular.

The area is busy car, we were 4 young people and the rooms very good, spacious. The pool area the best, and the relationship quality price was very good (also depends on the time of year).
