We are now 11 days in this super hotel, there is nothing to complain about, all are super friendly. The food is very good, especially Christmas a very big praise to the kitchen.

What can I say. A lovely location on the stunning island of Tenerife, very close to the beach, an average shopping centre, Siam park an hour away, and loro park literally round the corner. The location is great with lovely views. However, the hotel is dated, pretty clean but dated. It just feels like everything needs to be brought back to life. Food is average, everyone I've spoken to here have hit the nail on the head, it's very much like a canteen, it's all passable, but nothing to get excited about. The pool was disappointing. Small, dated and the water is extremely salty considering it's a chlorine pool. All of the pool lining or skin as they call it is coming away, so as you walk through the pool, it's like walking on a water bed or something. ALL of the staff at reception have been very nice and helpful. Always said hello and goodbye, offered advice etc. No complaints there. The bar staff however have been very hot and cold. The two I've encountered 'Francisco and estoban' have been very rude at times, almost as if I've personally insulted them or something. They go out of they're way to serve others before me, and will always get my request wrong. The amount of times they've given me normal coke over diet is ridiculous. There is also an abnormal amount of Spanish here, not that there is anything wrong with Spanish. But I've only met 2 other English here in the 7 days, and I've never found that on any other holiday.

Hello from Tenerife! I'll start with the pros! The hotel staff is excellent, the rooms are large spacious, the cleaning rooms are excellent, the hotel in relation to the sea is not far away, a maximum of 8 to 10 minutes is a quiet step, but back you have to climb the hill, it's after the beach is not so easy and pleasant, perhaps It won't be a problem for coaches! Although everything is solvable, the taxi price pleases, and the car is in the rental, the price is also democratic! The road to the sea is pleasant, all in greenery and blooms! Now about what maybe the hotel should pay attention to is the kitchen! Not that it would be bad, just monotonous and taste quality food resembles food in a Soviet-era cafe. On the tenth day you don't want to go to breakfasts and dinners! But it is necessary to pay tribute to the range of dishes is good. I'd bet three for food! And there is no internet, or it is right to say there for money, but I understand the problem of the whole island! Want to connect to WI-FI pay money, a little weird in the 21st century! Nice place. Room with separate living room two bathrooms full kitchen shower in one and whirlpool bath in the other. Terrace with sea view very good. Breakfast and dinner varied and good. The worst Wi-Fi payment, the best the company.

Very cozy and family Hotel, has two swimming pools and indoor playground, the rooms very spacious and well lit. The restaurant offers buffet in all meals, varied, with local produce. It also offers different types of accommodation.

My stay as a couple has been from April 23/30, 2018. Hotel with spacious, bright rooms with views but old, and cleanliness could be better. The design is not functional, access to dining room inconvenient for the distance from the rooms (the Good food). The bad animation and the worst is that in (1 km) there is no where to have a coffee or buy water, the hotel has a free bus that gets you down as the hotel is in high but ends to las18h30. So either taxi or walk. I do not know who to recommend with poor children that boredom, older go hiking. The port is very nice. Wander all over the Lake Martianez area a marvel to take something at Tasca Min and especially in the club of good quality/priced fishermen. ´ and for a Copa Café Paris.

Hotel of 135 rooms of reasonable comfort, cleaning is average, the staff is friendly and always at the service of the guests. The food is not worthy of a 4 star. It only offers dishes worthy of a second-zone canteen. Very little varied and little Spanish rather English.
The view is superb, it is close to the Loropark.

Hotel well located near a beautiful coast and loropark, large and clean rooms, rooms 811, 809 with balconies and very bright, unbeatable attention of the staff of dining, buffet of great variety, and to highlight the boy of the Bar (Felipe) his gift of People and their attention with my family and the sympathy and attention of a gentleman from the pool bar I don't remember his name… thanks for everything.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff treatment. Always polite, always with a satisfactory answer. Especially attentive to the children the cheerleaders, a charm. The less good, you need to update some facilities and that the buffet is mediocre and little varied after a week. A negative thing, that the Wi-Fi is paid for. The hotel was very nice and the pool was good.

We had a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. A million thanks, we'll be back.

I liked the food and the facilities but some services fail sometime for the rest all Chido.

The hotel is on the hillside, the entrance is 7th floor.
It is already laborious to go up the slope from the sea to the hotel entrance.
For someone who is not well on foot, not recommended. 7 minutes Uphill!
There is a free shuttle bus for weekdays, but only until 6pm, Sundays not at all and restricted on Saturdays.
The hotel offers everything else you would expect.
To the city about 20 minutes on foot — uphill back rather 30 minutes.

Chewing gum stuck on the edge of the sink whole week from previous guest, verschtaubte bed, door frame, deposit, etc, ) the bathtub in very desolate condition, missing bathroom parts (Biedett? whose outflow was temporarily covered) therefore also unpleasant odor, no Information about the promised animations, otherwise very good, nice, to be found staff good food, changing dinner themes. Generally good holiday location, beach, sea, sights within walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the food leaves a lot to be desired, would return but only with accommodation.
Parking is complicated.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. The room was a disaster-dripping faucet, miserable sofa bed which was an imposition for my daughter and I was glad she didn't hurt herself, rooms right on a busy street, Wi-Fi and safe, food very monotonous. The advantage was the small playroom, the island's own bananas, the not too far away to the beach and the Loro Parque which we visited twice a week. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Our personal highlight at the In the room was a beautiful gecko on the glass of our window which we saw almost every night.

Decent hotel. Mostly German holidaymakers this week.
Perd room. Restaurant below 1 4 *, which without a doubt its weak point. I'm not going back.

Well located. Near Beach Garden. Good service. Good rooms. Usual prices.

Right now I am staying on my first day at the hotel and everything is phenomenal: staff attention, rooms and food. With the only exception that there are no refreshments for diabetics such as Cola Cola Zero, Pepsi Max or similar.

Cheap hotel, staff friendly, food offers great choice but everything is very poor quality. Most of it is bland to unpalatable. Deserves a maximum of 2 of its 4 stars. Location but very good… 5min from the beach and 10 from the city centre.

Total disappointment. Not recommended. Poor service, poor food and location is also not the best. View of a wall and a fence. 7 days the same food and often bad. No way did the hotel deserve 4 star rating. I only give 1 star for the hotel.

Food does not taste, small selection and no variety. Morning and evening always the same. Bad taste. Rock hard buns. Despite all inclusive only one drink per person. At breakfast only quiet water, juice or coffee. No mineral water, cola or other soft drinks for refilling. Always the same food, no change. Wide paths in the hotel from rooms to restaurant or pool. Bar very small and only small selection of drinks all included. Definitely no 4 stars earned. Wi-Fi only for extra payment. Refrigerator only limited functional and the beds are very hard. As a view there was a wall and a fence. Not recommended.

My experience was fabulous, I went there to celebrate my birthday with my family and everything came out perfectly. One of the waiters, Victor was lovely was very attentive every day and Ana the cheerleader was also very nice and friendly at all times with my daughters. We will definitely repeat.

Very good location beside beach. Pools for everyone and for kids separately. Playground. Nice food, spacious room.

Unfortunately my experience was bad, when we arrived everything was presumed well.
When you get to the room you immediately notice that the curtains were very dirty but esque in the bathroom The thing does not improve. I had to go to reception as the bathroom underneath was very dirty. The cleaning came off the stain and already. Just change the towels do not make the bathroom in the stay.
The beds very hard, notavas and you stick the pier.

In my opinion this far from being a 4 * even 3.

Lovely holiday at this hotel. Very clean, excellent food for an inclusive. In two weeks we ate out twice just because the food in the hotel was so varied and well presented. Service from the majority of staff was great. Walking distance to Loro Parque. In a nice quiet area of Tenerife. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Well, once but not a second time. Very large facility but unfortunately has handling characteristics. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean…

Perfect we have been a week and everything great. Highly recommended the perfect animation. Anita is great and all the hotel staff. It's lovely I can't speak ill of anything. Everything's perfect. Great rooms and great pool. Victor from the pool bar is great. Felipe makes you some terrific cocktails. In general everything is fine. They have a very nice and friendly staff. Everything's perfect. Very good Hotel and especially to go with children.

The staff is not bad friendly, but indifferent. The look of the hotel is obsolete the old-fashioned and damaged furniture, the couch of our stained suite and even the armchairs in the reception room/bar were dirty, unthinkable for a 4 star. No individual adjustment of the air conditioning in the room (just modulation of the power of the ventilation) Big heat at night (October) and impossible to refresh it. The parking lot at €15 per day is overpriced, the horrible view from the balcony on concrete and abandoned pools, the vague terrain of the building bars of the years 70 (the sea in the distance, far away! ). The hotel is out of the city centre of Puerto del Cruz.

Great look but little afford.
This hotel is unfortunately not recommended. Here are the reasons.
Location and hotel The location is actually quite good. But unfortunately, little is done with the relocation. It is built in the middle of the mountain. For example, the reception is located on the 7th floors. The Essensaal on the 6th. And the swimming pool on the 4th floor. This means long footpaths in the hotel. The children's pool is on the second floor.
If you have a room from the 3rd floor you have to pass by the pool to take another lift outside. This is very cumbersome with suitcases.
Rooms The rooms are very old. The furniture is messed up. Old Tube TV. Partly upgraded sanitary facilities. Broken taps. Durchgessesenes sofa. A suit not worthy.
We had a room on the first floor and what was presented to us is an insolence. It smelled extremely stale. The air conditioner has spread stench after slurry. And the Windows can't open either because the smell was also outside. After our complaint with the tour guide we got a new room on the 4th floor.
Cleanliness is cleaned the room only if you artwork the sign. And the room was clean.
Eating the Essensaal has a canteen atmosphere. There are a few round tables. But most of them are in rows. No holiday atmosphere.
The food is mostly frozen food and there is no variety. No special evenings, for example tapas or similar. Everything is on cheap trim.

Location is great, but rooms are a little bit to old, Like from 90's… Service is very good, in the reception everyone is speaking 4-5 languaguages.

The staff I met here was very competent and helpful. The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms are huge. We did not use the living room once. So the room was actually too big for us.
The food is very good and varied. There is a daily selection of fish, meat, chicken and several dishes from international cuisine. The one that doesn't always taste everything is clear, at home there are also dishes that do not taste.
For the size of the hotel, the pool is a bit small, but there is always ample space available, as most guests, as we do, are busy during the day to explore the island.
What I liked very much was the individual hotel sections, where you could see exactly how the hotel started and has steadily expanded. Unfortunately, the equipment seems to have remained the same as on the first day. She smells a little musty but that didn't bother. In the room you sleep anyway only.

Amazing room and view, not best food or service.

Different how is on pictures. Hotel on the hill. Nothing around hotel, need walk or take taxi to see something. Food no good. Alcohol horrible. They have some local imperial alcohol for all inclusive and good staff you need buy. Snacks? pizza and some croissants. Staff doesn't speak english proper and when you ask for drink on first place they serve for spanish people and after english. Pool is ok.

Ok. Classy 4 star but a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. This hotel is very clean, beds and towels changed daily, rooms have fridge, hair dryer and toiletries. The pool is small and 800 steps from our room. The pool was not crowded and sunbeds were available. Pool towels were available at no extra cost Staff are helpful. There is a shuttle to the main tourist area. This is the cloudy side of the Island. Good selection of breakfast foods.

Two super sunny weeks are over and we are firmly : (in rainy Germany.
We had a great holiday thanks for that. Nice, attentive, friendly and dedicated staff. Great animation for the children nice varied entertainment in the evening for the "big" delicious beers, cocktails and drinks! The food top! Lots of variety, always fresh and it is always refilled! Tablecloths are changed after each guest, which I have not experienced in a hotel. Great. We are very sad that time passed so quickly. Thank you for a great 2 weeks to the whole team of Diamante Suites Hotel.

Strong three for hotel. Food not to bad. Rooms is not clean as should to be. Personal do not speaking in English language and they are not friendly as you aspects. But overall is quiet and not to bad to stay. If you traveling with family this hotel is what you looking for.

Great hotel with spacious apartments. Good choice of food. Never seen my children eat so much! Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Would recommend it.

No doubt best it has been all the staff of the hotel. We have gone with young children and it has an area and animators for them. Much variation from the buffet and room cleaning. Highly recommended.

So now honest. I was a week ago. The hotel is nice. Food has little taste but that's it. Rooms are newly furnished. And it was always clean. The beach is not far away. It is gravelly. But if you go a few meters you have a sand. Although the swell is strong but this is now so at the sea. The beach is clean. If you want to be entertained then informed you better there are enough hotels that are have it for young people is. If you want to have standarts such as in Germany and Austria then you must accept higher oda hald 5 star hotels.
I would at any time again to fly and also the same hotel. I'm very excited about it.

It was ok. Our room was fairly small, and being on the lower level we did not get a view … just a view of the brick wall outside our room. The buffet dinner started out good, but after our forth night there started to get rather repetitive with little changed each night. We were supposed to have all-inclusive drinks as well but again here the selection was poor, with only one cocktail available as part of the deal. There was nothing particularly bad about this hotel, but nothing to tempt me back. I'd try one of the many other hotels next time when visiting Tenerife.

Good service and very quiet.

Bad hotel, all dirty or broken. Room was directly behind the lift in every trip to hear a loud knocking and scratching. Claim I was told "That you have booked, out of luck". Food is also gechmacklos, overcooked, lukewarm and not fresh. Average age of guests is about 70 years. Pool is tiny.
Beach is indeed close but hardly to the swim suitable, much to stony, dirty, and to much swell.
Since also the travel line locally wanted to do, I flew home after 24 h at his own expense.

When we arrived, refrigerator works, wet towel was not in there, part of the room was without electricity.
Unfriendly staff, poorly organized, and snake the bar (8 to 10 persons).
Dining all partially locked, tables not cleaned up dinner in two layers. In the second tier, only limited offer, not to mention management of complaints, is all inclusive only until 23: 00.

On first impression the Diamante Suites hotel appeared clean, somewhat dated old style hotel/old peoples (German) nursing home. On closer inspection and to stay in? More like Belsen, wired to the moon + 'dirt' oozing out of everywhere. Noxious, nauseous + unnatural ventilation/air con? combined with 'tainted' food+drink served up amounted to a real con (more than a restless night can be expected) in my recent experience so much so thst a transfer was allocated on my request after only 3 days staying at this hotel. Choking, stifling and out of order is a present situation which would seem symptomatic of this resort and many hotels in general. A bresth of fresh air not. Wonder I didnt catch more than a cold during my stay here. Clean? Clean rotten.

Good hotel, but room for improvement.
The rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet very full and varied (though lack of coffeemaker) and the staff attentive and friendly. Although free Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired, almost impossible to use. For a 4 star Hotel this is unforgivable.
In terms of location, is located in a quiet, although a little remote, to foot and slope of the resort (Puerto de la Cruz).

I liked the view, room, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, spaciousness of the room.
It is incomprehensible that in the 2015 and with a whole included, internet is payment.

Arrived yesterday and completely disappointed!
We ask ourselves how we should sit here for the next 2 weeks off.

To be 4 stars I was expecting more, if you want Wi-Fi in the room or you're all inclusive customer or pay it, something amazing in the year 2015.
Refrigerator in the room locked, can't even keep water to have it cold.
The food is not bad, room service isn't the best and the staff is good.

I've been in many hotels throughout my life, but the truth that I am very happy to have had the great opportunity to be in this hotel, because it counts with a staff enough qualified whose tried offered makes the stay in the hotel more enjoyable. It is located approximately 350 metres from the center of the city of port of the cross. In terms of the rooms are spacious and very cosy. I recommend this hotel, because it is worth a stay at a place like this.

The hotel is located close to the beach and is surrounded by relatively good restaurants.

The week I spent there was still beautiful by swimming in the pool and central location. I would nevertheless not revisit the same hotel, or one of Luabay.

Rooms overlooking the sea a dream — eating a nightmare!
Who marine wants to have a great view of BB´s, want to go not far to the beach (2 minutes) and has a good location preferred, is right here. Unfortunately, is sleeping with open balcony door cannot, because it is eingenebelt from all sides with cigarette smoke. However, BB´s are the points deductions about the food. I've been to five other 4 star hotels here in Puerto, but I've never seen such a thing. While there are elsewhere daily changing dishes, there are the same in the Luabay every day. It's not quite as bad, unfortunately it is barely edible. The flesh to death, boiled and fried until it was tough as shoe sole, fries were soggy, fish tasted nothing (where the fish on Tenerife is really top) and of the desserts was even sick. Stupid for us, that whole 2 weeks at this hotel we had booked. We had to go out for dinner and realized how good the Canarian cuisine can be. A downgrade of our booking was not possible because the minimum booking is made up of half board. Thus, we paid for our meal twice! Nothing helped also complaint. Since we regularly fly to Tenerife, this hotel in the future fails. If a booking self-catering is possible, we would take again the hotel.
