The hotel is a complete success. Nice grounds, great pool, nice staff. The only problem is the lounger reservations early in the morning. You come to the pool and directly all loungers are covered with towels. Attention should be paid to this, both with a sign and with an employee who puts away the towels.

Very well located, three minutes walk from the beach. Very good food. Only the rooms are not too big.

Very, very friendly staff, who always have an honest smile on their lips and thus immediately invoke a feel-good factor. Food is very varied and delicious. Cleanliness also top and the rooms are beautifully modern. Pool area very nice. Simply a hotel to feel good about!

Just back from a lovely short break. Really handy to the airport. Few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants. The pool area was lovely and all of the staff without exception were really friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly, smiling and always ready to help staff. I stayed at the new block which was a nice, light, clean and quite decent size studio-room. The hotel has all premises: swimming pools, jacuzzi, lounges with air condition, bar, restaurant (a breakfast was included / a really great selection of bread, meat, ham, fruits, more and more etc. ) — Less than 1 min. From the beach that what I was enjoying most! Plus the hotel has great transport links / buses & taxi just in the corner — so you can get easily and quick to the centre of Palma or to the airport. Thanks.

We spent 5 days at the hotel in July. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, anyone not finding something to eat there has other issues. The pool and outside bar were also great, however, there were not enough sun beds nor space for anyone. The hotel should put their foot down about people putting their towels out on the sun beds before breakfast or reserving one generally. A lot of them not even coming to the pool until much later! There is a sign that it is not allowed and it shouldn't. A hotel I've been at on Ibiza takes any towels found without someone there off after a certain time and most certainly none out before the pool opens. Guests can then pick up their towels with the staff.

Very good food, Well insulated-can't hear a thing from outside even when music plays loud. Lateral view to sea from most rooms. Small bathroom, quite tricky to shut the door while inside. A. C. A bit noisy, only 2 elevators — crowded for breakfast and dinner. Some cracks in the bathroom between tiles or between wall and door.

Overall a nice place to stay. Good housekeeping service. Amazing breakfast and dinner! Also good location to the beach and bars. Swimming pool require restoration though.

My daughter and I visited this hotel with friends in 2014. It was all to our full satisfaction. Modern rooms and great bathrooms.
We had booked half board at the time. Breakfast, as well as dinner were consistently great. In the morning, the eggs were freshly prepared on request. Plenty of fresh fruit was offered. Even in the evening you could only be satisfied with the food on offer.
The pool landscape is manageable, but well maintained. In between, we also liked to use the indoor pool.
A fitness room can be found as well as sauna and massage. There, however, you have to reserve one day in advance.
I can recommend this hotel in good conscience.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast very good. Helpful staff. We loved the bar poolside and staff there brilliant and bar food excellent. Nice pools and sun loungers. Close to shops and beach. Daily cocktails were mmmmm.

Have stayed in this hotel for the first time and was very satisfied. Long before check-in time, my room was ready for occupancy. The room was beautifully bright and clean. It was very quiet at night. The view over the island made it perfect. The location of the hotel is also very good. Just a few minutes to the sea.
The pool complex is beautifully designed and invites you to linger. To do this, music is played relaxed all day long.
The staff were always very friendly and courteous.
The breakfast was delicious.
All in all, the hotel is as described as being!
I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Location is good near to beach. Room are comfortable and reasonable. Little issue with Wi-Fi system. Overall service is nice. Have good food and staff are gentle.

Friendly hotel with a very nice outdoor area (swimming pools, bar, solarium)

Clean hotel with friendly staff — was too big for me personally. A lot of people at the nice buffet let some coziness get lost.

Stayed for one night as my cousin and I had a flight the next day. The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The beach is also about a 10 minutes walk. It has a great pool with ample seating and a bar that you can order drinks and lunch/tapas. There is also a pretty large and diverse buffet connected to the lobby that was 16.50 Euros per person. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad though. I was able to connect in the lobby but you get kicked off as you go up to your room. The rooms are also quiet small but if you're staying in Mallorca you really are not there to hang out in the hotel room. All in all, it was a nice place with ample amenities but it's not without a couple drawbacks.

Excellent value for money! The hotel in General is very well maintained and modern! The breakfast is great and there is a large selection of… The hotel has a very nice spa or water from the indoor pool is heated and the facilities are Pier nine. The hotel bar offers an animation almost every night, the staff is available! The hotel is well located and almost most of the rooms offers a beautiful view… The only downside is the channels available on TV that does not pick up very well!

Gut gelegen, interessant für Biker oder Familien. Zimmer eher klein, aber sauber, Balkon. Für diesen Preis ein super Hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommend. Rooms are basic but modern design and clean. Food is basic canteenish but there's lots of variety. Staff are very friendly and the outdoor pool area is very relaxing.

Room small but nice bright but too noisy…
Bed is good, TV remote control was broken shower OK, sink water tap defective. When you sit in the bathroom, you sit with your legs under the sink, that's getting used to… bad I found that it was too noisy in the rear hotel area (I was in floor 3) by highway and airport and construction site noise.

The surroundings are not so nice, but the location is quiet for Palma and the ball man.

Have had a great holiday, was really nice all very friendly and helpful! Food was top and also the facility and rooms were very clean even the cleaners were very friendly and reliable! Prices were human at Halpension! Top location second row short across the road and right on the beach. Everything in a 5 star and we are happy to come back and we hope it stays so.

Recently renovated Hotel. Double room small, okay for short stays with little luggage. Swimming pool, mini golf, spa, tennis court and Ping pong.

I liked everything very much. The staff is good especially Nana. She is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent especially dinners. If I'm in Mallorca I will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel is clean am staff is nice. Rooms are nice too. They have a locked bike room which I think is good, because some rooms are really too small to take your bike with you. The food is good. Unfortunately the pool (both indoor and outdoor) are to small to actually swim in and the average guests is a 60 year old German couple…

The real strength of this hotel is the location, being located 250m from the beach and the various services. Helpful and smiling staff. Rooms clean and tidy although quite small, especially the bathroom. In-room Wi-Fi is only available for a fee (free in public areas).
All in all a nice place, probably a bit pricey for what it offers.

Goods in April to race go in this hotel. Were very satisfied. Hotel was relatively freshly renovated. Everything (room, lobby area and pool terrace) clean, staff very friendly. Had HP. Breakfast and dinner good and plentiful. If what was, was tantamount to replenishment. Evening buffet might have a small little can be varied. Situated in unmittelabrer close to the beach at the Balenarios 11 travel time from the airport 15 minutes.

I made a stay of 7 nights, top, beach and surrounding area! Hotel, room too small, bathroom also, difficult to resolve the water once in the shower, Wi — Fi, paying in room (20 euros), Nice staff, but not smiling, extremely disappointed, I must say that the Manager of the restaurant was a stress for employees! Twice, once at breakfast and at dinner once, I used little by little (salads for starter and main course) and when I arrived at my place, I had nothing on the table, having not even started! Large quantity for the buffet as the morning than in the evening, but not often diverse I found! Am of Portuguese origin, including so Spanish, but them, not really, I would say rather that the effort was limited, not a collaborator spoke french, so even when in stores and elsewhere, it's a shame! A number of German channels and not a French, I must say that Germans had not! :-) Anyway, I go back maybe in the region, but not in the same hotel, I will say that hospitality was above my expectations!

Only from the reports of stretch I send money have you can do this for 1 week is recommended, even after background reports.

Beautiful Hotel, attentive staff. Four stars just. To recommend!

We (couple) have this Hotel in April 2015 for a week visits. Clear highlight is the (for this Region) excellent food (HP), the quite to the level of a 4-5 star hotel equivalent. The entire staff is always friendly, very attentive and very nimble. So you never have to wait long until a table cleared and re-stocked it was. Also had the chambermaid our habits already after a day of internalized and the room was after Breakfast, again prepared. To our room (3. Floor / back) to me are the very good mattress and a good Flat screen TV with many German channels in the best memories. The grounds are also very well maintained and appealing. They were, therefore, also by the guests, including us (usually no Pool on holiday), is often claimed. The small Spa area with a Pool also offers a sophisticated ambiance and the price for used Massage/manicure was not overpriced. The (few) devices in the fitness room are all new, high-quality and well-maintained. The short evening Shows, in the small Bar (without the right stage) are more likely to be semi-professional, but not annoying or ridiculous. The question is whether we the Hotel again book and would not regret it, we can clearly answer YES. Who is a good, 3-star Hotel on the Playa looking for is in the Caballero in the right place.
