Am yesterday and the Hotel say is totally recommended. The Pool is nice and big and the evening program is also very varied. Super dinner, because everyone can find something. The room was clean, had a double room with extra bed, could be a bit bigger but for 2 people completely sufficient. I would definitely come back, thumbs up.

Hotel Oleander, near the B10, is a very clean hotel at first glance. However, there are some concessions to be made.
A so-called double bed room is just enough for 2 people. Each room has its own balcony, but as can be seen in the picture, this is not a pleasant sight.
The bathroom is clean and has a large shower. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator.
Breakfast and dinner is for the price Ok. Drinks must be purchased despite the half board.
Up to the popular points at B5-7 it is a big route to overcome.

Nice staff, food is okay. Rooms are a bit too loud. Very near to the beach. Overall I'm satisfied for the price.

To put your clothes. The staff is unfriendly. Two evenings we couldn’t find an available table which was clean. Still The waitor refused to clean the table, and told us that we could find another table. … The food was terrible, and if you came later in the evening there was hardly any left. One evening one of the cooks grabbed the spoon out of my hand from the other side of the desk, and took the remaining meat himself. The only positive thing to say is that area was nice and close to the beach.

More pros than cons. Of the disadvantages, when the neighbors smoked early in the morning smoke went to our room, it would be good to place smokers on other separate floors. Breakfast and dinner arranged for us, enough coffee, all right. Generally the hotel itself is located very well, away from the roads with buses and was quiet and peaceful, this is of course provided the neighbors did not make noise. Cleaning in the rooms was not always done and it surprised! The staff are polite and pleasant. We didn't like the show at all, too primitive. The beach is close by, near everything, shops and cafes and bus stops. The beach is clean, the water is clean, generally not bad and even more so for the price. We will definitely return, but may not go to this hotel, but who knows.

The price of this hotel was affordable because we are not yet in full tourist season. All was fine. I recommend it.

Rooms very clean but very light polite. Unfortunately, 14 euros a week has to be paid for the refrigerator in the room.
Eating was good and alternating. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back.

We were now at the Hotel Oleander for the 6x and will certainly come here a 7x. The hotel staff is very friendly and also fulfills small wishes. Our room was very modern furnished with fridge and large TV. The maid even thanked her personally for a small tip. The dining room has also been modernised and looks very friendly. We liked the quality and choice of food, here you should also take into account that the Oleander is a 3* hotel. I can therefore only recommend the oleander.

Paid Wi-Fi in the rooms at a superslow speed, internet pages open. There are only 4 coffee machines (2 freshly milled and 2 coffee powder) at the breakfast buffet. Staff very nice. Food overall good. Rooms very light polite.

This is a great hotel given the value for money! I stayed for 4 days and would easily stay again. The entertainment is not great but that is the only negative comment I would give. The rooms are nice, great bathrooms and only a 5 min walk to the amazing beech!

Regular food, friendly staff nice rooms, more or less affordable price, all very clean.

We really enjoyed the hotel! Breakfast and dinners were all great with big portions of meat on offer and drinks very affordable! Entertainment was good and fun but one of the singers was a bit TOO retro for my taste.

A cozy hotel on the beach of Palma.

Hotel Orleander is a hotel of the middle class. It is 150 meters from the beach. Shops for shopping are nearby. It's not very noisy in the evening. The hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a safe, television, balcony and a nice bathroom.

Nice simple hotel. Room small but adequate and very clean. Breakfast and dinner with buffet — for everyone.

Solid three star hotel clean and predominantly friendly staff.
Construction site in front of the hotel was communicated to us by the organizer but in no way disturbed us.
Buffet Good salads very good, breakfast also ok perfect enough.
Only the beverage service at dinner is absolutely bad you wait forever until you are served and can place an order despite attempts to make itself noticeable you will be ignored and the 10 days long.
Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Good hotel with good location and staff. 95% German holidaymakers but no problem stayed early January 2018 weather not great but no rain.

Our /comfort/ rooms were clean and well furnished. We got there everything we needed: free Wi-Fi, small fridge and an air conditioning. The beds were also pretty comfortable.
The staff was very kind and helpful, especially one of the waiters. His name was Oscar, as far as I remember. He could also speak English well, I really appreciate this!
The food was fresh and delicious. There were many vegetarian options and generally a wide range of meals, but I still think you should consider cooking more vegan dishes.
The only disadvantage I could observe was that you had to pay extra for drinks, even for some water, in the dinner time. I mean — I could have understood this, if you had had to pay in the breakfast time, too, but you hadn't… so I don't really understand that.
Anyway, I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel definatly worth staying in so sparkly clean every area from reception to bar area dining area all immaculate meals are superb pool area perfect plunge pool and adult type pool the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and we definatly will go back and being cyclists were geared up for cyclists having a secure location for bikes whether you hire or bring your own.

Too small to eat dining hall came in the year the last 6 years has become increasingly worse partly renovated rooms are better than the old rooms that mildew stains in the bathroom much.

Older but well renovated hotel with indoor and outdoor pool in the 3rd row from the beach located. The House is clean and especially the kitchen inn is very fine. There's a rich, varied buffet for breakfast and dinner. The House drink prices are moderate and the service fast and friendly.
The bus stop is 3 minutes ' walk from the hotel to Palma. The bus operates regularly at short intervals and costs per trip per person 1, €50.

One week I was at the hotel oleander and very satisfied. The rooms are bright and friendly, the room spacious and everything is very neat and clean.
Families with children were accommodated as the older guests and the cyclists in another part of the hotel (both groups wanted to rest in the evening).
The breakfast was adequate and at the evening meals there is a varied menu. (Fish, meat, paella, etc. And tasty side dishes, as well as soups and desserts).
At the pool, there was enough concern and the bar with pool service, was open all day.
In the evening there was a varied program and dance evenings.
Happy hour was between 13: 00 and 17: 00.
All in all it was a restful holiday.
This hotel is highly recommended for older guests.

Super hotel but not a good location close to the sea.

You must immediately pay rich standard buffet and drinks.
Unfortunately Kasernenmäßiger breakfast / dining room with partial painful volume.

Rooms are not very thoroughly cleaned despite complaints.

In the bar, great cocktails are offered, not taste but at all, because for example lemon instead of lime are used, making a cocktail is unfit for human consumption.
The staff is very friendly and the location is near the absolute beach.

The horrible staff, views a disgusting, technicians of the hotel do not solve any problem. I do not recommend it for anything in the world.

Great Hotel, except the Restaurant, VERY unpalatable do-eating, annoying waiters, you have to take your drinks to pay immediately if you ordered something, it is in the middle of the meal and the wait, and require of you that you stop to eat and pay the… £ 2 for 0.2 l are I think normal… but the room and the rest is good. Cleaning ladies are (according to my own experience) very nice and fit well on what your private stuff and not Every place was saubergewischt except where my private documents were. Got my Hand was lost, and the cleaning lady found it and me onto the bed.

Hotel offers for 3 stars is a good Service, but the rooms are very cold to back out to the street.

Very welcoming and friendly. Rooms not brand new but kept very clean and functional. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Oleander is a hotel that you should avoid if possible. Although the hotel looks okey at first glance, the beds are very bad and the restaurant is a nightmare. The restaurant is actually the part that spoils the entire stay. I was down on one week vacation with my soon and the hotel and restaurant almost spoiled the entire stay. The food is swimming in fat, the fruit is hermetic, the bread is old. One day they served "fresh" pinapple, but is was rotten. Also the waiters are more concerned about the table reservation for breakfast that the service. No plates was taken await from our table, making the table crowdy after a short time.
